I was charged 50 dollars for a subscription I didn’t subscribe to someone else did I tried to get a refund but was denied
Offers extremely little for the price
I can't believe how much these people charge. For what amounts to basically a stopwatch, UV index in your area, and ads for tanning/sun care products. Don't get the subscription. Don't even bother with the trial.
this app should be free
i see the vision of this app and seems very helpufull but theres too much AI and a lot of stuff is behind a paywall and there’s only 3 free days, so if u want to use it for 3 days its fine, paying for it? nope.

I downloaded it and it didn’t load at all! I’ve heard many good things about this app, but it kept kicking me out and resetting me to the survey at the beginning.

I was charged $42.79 for a subscription renewal that I did not intend to keep. I canceled the subscription as soon as I noticed the charge and did not use the service after the renewal.
I attempted to contact support through the website, but the support form would not allow me to send a message. I then sent an email requesting assistance and have not received a response.
Apple advised me to contact the developer directly regarding a refund, but so far I have been unable to get help. The lack of customer support and communication has been very frustrating.
I would be happy to update this review if the company responds and works with me to resolve the issue.

It won’t even let me log in, it wont load after the “allow your location” page.

On paper this app seems cool, but it really isn’t doing anything besides reminding you to tan.
The “advanced routine” is the same no matter what the UV is (I know because I tested it at 2am at night).
Reapply timing makes zero sense.
Don’t tap anything but the pause button or the timer will reset.
Says i’ve done 7 sessions when I’ve only done 1.
UI designers did a nice job, and that’s about it, not sure why this app has good reviews.

I have a feeling this could be a great app. It just won’t process my picture when I’m setting it up.
Glitched
It did not let me go past the skin scan results . There was no button to click no back or forward button and before anyone says anything about a subscription it did not give the option to even pay for anything so I can atleast use the app for a free week or anything. Dont know what’s happening. Hopefully devs can fix it
It doesn’t work
I don’t know if there’s something wrong with my phone or the app. But all my other apps are working. I wasn’t even able to see what was in the app. Is there anything I can do? Honestly, I hope it’s something wrong on my behalf, so I’m going to give you 3 stars

It’s just ok
I paid for the subscription and it is helpful. However, you can’t change your skin type once you enter it and that determines your routine plan. Also, there is no notification that it is time to turn so you have to be staring at the app which is not ideal.

It’s a really good app…..if you pay. You used to be able to do a quick tan for free and now whenever you do a tanning session you have to buy it, which is kind of the whole point of a tanning app. Honestly I think it should go back to the way it used to be and more ppl would like it.

Can only really do anything with purchases and only can make a routine with purchases.

K so this app I was so exited to have but it all costs money, you can do anything without using money I only tanned once and it won’t let me tan using this app again I think it should not cost money this is lwk stupid…
