Misleading community features and pricing
The app shows stats claiming I’ve gotten lots of views and comments on songs, but I can’t find any way to actually view comments, leave comments, or interact with comments on community songs. That makes the stats feel misleading.
I also noticed many usernames follow a very similar pattern, like a name plus three numbers including accounts appearing on lists such as “Trending” and “Best Cover.” I can’t verify whether those are real users, but it made the community side feel suspicious and less trustworthy.
The app also says “free,” but the current free trial still requires a $1.99 charge, so it does not feel truly free to me.
Overall, I found the app misleading, frustrating, and not transparent enough. I do not recommend it unless the community features, comment system, user activity, and pricing are made much clearer.

this app is lying
when you first get on the app, it’ll try to offer you a free trial with some tokens. Once you get past that screen, you’ll see they didn’t give you any free tokens at all. You have to pay for it so your free trial is useless without tokens... and the tokens are quite expensive. This is a scam.

To make matters worse, the service was completely broken. Every time I tried to use the credits, the system threw an error, but the credits were still deducted from my balance. I ended up with zero credits and almost zero results. This is straight-up theft.

3-day free trial???
The app advertises a 3-day free trial, but in practice it appears unusable without paying $15.99 per week. Requiring payment to access basic functionality during what is supposed to be a free trial is misleading.

I paid for a year subscription. When I updated the app today it it asked for more $$$.
Money grab
Once you download you can get a three day free trial which is nice. Went to make a video and you have to have tokens, which cost money, or pay to make a video. So in short pay for a subscription then pay yet again for each video you make 👎🏻

App was awesome until you guys did the latest update. App sucks now. You guys ripped me off. I originally paid a one-year. And then you guys changed the policy’s that’s what you had to purchase an extra plan on top of the one year plan so then whenever I purchase the extra plan, then it ended up canceling my one year plan and I’m not really able to generate any music and so now I pretty much canceled all my plans and I’m pretty much switching into a different app.

Every time I try to do a music video or anything I get an error message. This phone is brand new and it’s a 16 so you can’t blame the device. All that time you put into trying to generate the perfect sound/video, just to wait for it to say “your song is complete” you get excited thinking it is, click on it and it says “error, something went wrong” waste of money

They promised me a year subscription so I bought the top tier. Then they decided to redo all of their agreements and offer a different agreements, putting my top tier year subscription. In a category of shame that you basically can’t do anything with a complete rip off basically thefted me. I’m going to find another application that does this. I will update. I can’t believe you did this to me after I told so many people about you. I was basically an ambassador for your application in my entire region I showed everybody and got a lot of them to buy it like I did what a fool I probably look like now. What you did was the worst

Warning! This app is a SCAM. It says you are one a 3 day trial but they give you ZERO tokens. You go to “your” trial plan and when you chose to add tokens they intend to charge you $25. I can’t understand why Apple allows thieves like this in its App Store.

False Advertisement
I thoroughly enjoyed my trial period so much that I signed up for a yearly subscription. The issue is that once I did i mistakenly deleted the app, in an attempt to get it to stop crashing. Upon reopening the app the entire layout had changed and the app wanted to charge me for each individual song I made - despite my subscription. I attempted to contact support but have heard nothing. At this point they’ve just stolen my money. I loved the app but be warned.
Strange program
They have the strangest subscription method; they tell you to subscribe for $12.99, and then you don't get anything out of it. They'll even ask you to spend additional money to use anything. So far, I don't know what the point of the money I paid is. I strongly advise against it; there's systematic misleading information.

None of the features work
I paid $6 for a week to try it out and I can’t get it to do anything (despite updating the app). No matter which method I try I get “Error the request is invalid”. I’ve tried uploading audio, recording, changing the voice options, anything just to see it work. Not saying it’s a scam, but I would discourage anyone from downloading this app until researching more.

After updating the Beatron app, my active yearly subscription was no longer recognized.
The app locked premium features and asked me to subscribe again, even though the subscription was still valid.

False Free Trial
Signed up for the three day “free trial” which gives you 1000 credits to use. Even though songs only cost 200 credits to create, once you attempt to create a song, it won’t use the 1000 free credits, instead you’re routed to purchase a paid subscription. In other words, there is no “free trial” as advertised. Didn’t even get to try the app.

I subscribe for their plan generated a few songs and then just stopped by contacting their support developers. Nobody has never answered to my email and the app still stuck for a week on generating two songs. I unsubscribed it’s a shame since I enjoyed at the beginning.

Downloaded the app under the guise there was a free trial. Nothing about it was free. It wants you to purchase “tokens” before it’ll generate anything for you. Deleted the app and canceled the subscription within minutes of downloading.

twice over had to delete the app and load it back up it’ll work good for a couple of days and then he’ll stop working. You guys need to fix this. It’s wonderful app when is working well but then there it’s not.

Downloaded this app about four hours ago and I haven’t been able to make a song. Not even one. Just spins its wheels. Either their AI engines are down or this app is just terrible and all of the reviews are fake.
