Terrible process where i am not able to log into my account from android to new apple phone. Solution was to pay for another subscription. Not acceptable solution. Fraud
I downloaded this app as a free trial. It didn’t do what I wanted it to do, so I cancelled the subscription without a few minutes of download. They charged me anyway.

Worst app ever
OK, I got this app and I was using it for months and I loved it but then it kept saying that I had a virus and then I told my grandma about it and she said it was a virus told me to immediately deleted it. This game is trying to give me a virus so I just deleted it permanently. Don’t get this app. It’s horrible. I don’t know how people are putting really good reviews of this app it’s so bad don’t get this app It’s horrible. It’s the worst I’ve ever. had

Stopped working
Are use this app for the gesture control feature and it stopped working entirely. Please fix it. This is super annoying.

I selected the 3 free day trial, before I double clicked it said 0.00 would be charged today, then all of a sudden it’s trying to charge me $64.19! For what! I didn’t request a subscription! That’s a scam! I canceled the subscription not even 12 hours of having selected 3 free day trial. That’s very misleading and scam activity! To this day I still can’t download apps because that charge is still pending trying to charge me for it! Scam!
Disappointed
I’ve had this app for a year. I pay for it yearly. I use it almost daily. Well it renewed today for the year, took my $50 and now nothing in the app works. I’ve tried uninstalling/installing again and still nothing. I tried reaching out to the customer service, no response. This is beyond frustrating. It’s telling me I have no subscription and telling me there’s an error. This is ridiculous. Just take peoples money.

I was prompted with a 3 day free trial for premium benefits with this app and upon sign up was charged $65 for the entire year. I did not agree to a yearly subscription, I agreed to a 3 day trial. This is unprofessional and misleading because there is no trial involved. False advertisement

I pay for the yearly subscription and I get a ton of ads now after I take one photo. What’s the point of me paying $50 if I get an ad after every picture? It’s not even worth taking photos on here anymore. Going to cancel my subscription.

This app used to be amazing. Now literally 1% of all the features are free to use, forcing people to pay nearly $100 a year for the rest of the 99%. Greed wins the day again. It was fun while it lasted. Shame on all greedy developers. ZERO STARS

Buyer Beware - Charged $63.59 After Canceling “Free Trial” Within Minutes!
I am writing regarding a $63.59 charge for the BeautyPlus app subscription.
I downloaded the app and enrolled in what was advertised as a free trial. After reviewing the app for approximately five minutes, I decided it was not for me and immediately canceled the subscription. Despite canceling right away and not using the service, I was still charged the full annual subscription fee!
I contacted Apple Support and spoke with two advisors, including a senior advisor. Both confirmed that I canceled promptly. However, my refund request was denied without explanation, due to the bad ethics of this Beauty Plus app company, and I was advised that I could file a formal report regarding this poor app company, which I did!
As the owner of an international PR firm, I find this situation to be extremely poor public relations. Charging customers after they cancel a free trial almost immediately - without clear and transparent communication - damages trust and reflects poorly on the company.
I canceled immediately, did not use the service, and requested a full refund. The denial of that refund is both disappointing and concerning.

I used to love beauty plus but since January 2026, they have changed it and it is horrible Whoever needs the changes need to be fired. I have just deleted and ended

I only use this app to use the acne touch up feature to remove a scar from a piercing and I don’t use anything else. Now the ache remover has become a paid feature and I can’t justify paying for this app for that one thing. It’s such a bummer because I’ve been using this app for years

It good but it asking to pay
I used to love this app so much but then I got to the point where it’s starting to want to charge $50 annually or pay $11 a month which I don’t think it’s pretty cool since it first started off as free. That’s the only issue that I have here.

I have used this app several times a week for YEARS. I have a premium membership. today I went to edit some photos and it said there are no photos found and that beautyplus needs access to my photo album to edit (i’ve used it for years and had no issue?) not sure how it changed. went to my app settings as it prompted me to and there is no option to allow access to photos. I deleted it and re-downloaded it and the same issue. if this doesn’t change I will demand my money back for the length that I have had it and never come back. fix immediately!!!!!!
Focus
The filters are jumping off and on losing focus on the whole head and face glitching it’s not stable please fix the features are not working properly or I’m have to cancel subscription.
Bug issues
Why is it I use certain options and then the options I use randomly disappear as if it’s not even an option anymore? Where did it go and why? The wavy hair, and soft and straight hair.. stop and fix these issues or I won’t renew, this is ridiculous at this point

This game was fun till it wasn’t. Every time I did the eraser effect it wouldn’t allow me too unless I signed up for something. I did NOT like that. I also had several other effects that just wouldn’t work. I wish they wouldn’t make you pay for some of these cool effects. I am not allowed to pay for stuff or get a free trial without permission and my parents don’t do that so please allow some things to be free. 🙄🥺🙏
