horrible.
this app is 100% a scam. after providing my card information and canceling my account i was STILL charged $60 a month later. do not download this app. the designers of this app are money hungry and are pathetic.
Paywall
I just don't understand why everything has to be behind a paywall. If anything it should be a one time purchase, maybe $5.00 maximum. im not spending $50.00 a year for an app. I remember when apps used to he free to use, and if they weren't free it was a one time purchase. I really don't care for your free trial either.
Remove paywall from free trials
Signing up for payment before testing it really creates a bad customer experience. I highly recommend at least allowing to test it before requesting the payment authorization. Otherwise I’m not comfortable even in sharing it with any of the people I care about that would really benefit from this.
Scam
I signed up for the 7 day free trial, decided it wasn’t for me, canceled my subscription and deleted my account and they charged me $64 and will not respond to me. Do not sign up!
Do Not Try Free Trial
After specifically asking for a subscription reminder, none was given and there is virtually no support or way to get a refund through the app. Do not give them payment information
Scam
Would give 0 stars if possible the app is a total scam they steal $70 from you and refuse to refund it
Charging after cancelled
I like this app but am not looking to pay for it right now. I cancelled during the free trial, and yet it still keeps trying to charge my Apple Cash. Thankfully I don’t keep money in there or use that, so it’s declining but this needs to be fixed. People shouldn’t be charged if they’ve gone through the cancellation process
