Twice in 2 Weeks I Get Nothing
In the last 2 weeks I’ve tried to play the most recent playback concerts on my Apple TV. Today it is the concert with the Elgar Vln Concerto. Minutes into the Concerto, it all goes black. No picture, no sound. I fast forwarded through the rest of the piece and never got back a picture nor sound. At that point, I stopped trying with that concert. It was the Elgar I really wanted to hear. Last week, I attempted to watch the concert with Holst’s Planets. Minutes into the 2nd piece of the program, Schoenberg’s 5 Pieces again no picture, no sound. For the rest of the Schoenberg, I fast fowarded and no picture and no sound for the rest of the piece. The 3rd and last piece of the program (The Planets) plays fine, but I disliked misssing the Schoenberg.I am super frustrated and ready to end my subscription unless someone can fix this problem.
