Costs money for a health app?

I didn’t even get to use it, not sure why they’re so overwhelmed, but I’m not paying $7/week for this service.

I was really excited when I heard about this app. Although, once I finished filling all the questions out I wasn’t able to try the actual app because they charge $7 a week to be able to use it.
You have to pay before you can use the app
There is no way to trial the app before committing to a subscription fee.

Literally you have to pay to be able to even have it function which is a bummer cuz I’m a teen and I don’t even have a card to start a trial or anything and without paying u literally can do nothing as u have to pay first Oml can y’all make it easy on us for the love of lord
Cancelled my subscription but I’m still being charged weekly
Please make it easier to cancel when I want to. I have tried to reach out to get help with this but no one answered me.

It’s a good app and gives helpful advice but
the cycle syncing isn’t accurate with what I tell them. I’m currently i. my ovulation phase, getting ready to go into my luteal phase for instance but it thinks im on my period when Imm not and literally said I wasn’t.
Even when you pay it doesn’t work
I was using the free trial and absolutely loved it so when looking at the subscriptions I saw you could pay for the whole year and it was a heck of a lot cheaper. I purchased the year subscription on the 30th and my trial was ending the first. Got charged and everything and the app is acting like I didn’t pay. I tried to contact the company using the email they provided but I haven’t heard back so I got my money back from Apple. Super bummed because this app has so much potential.

No free version
I’m frustrated with this app because there is no free version. They make you do a free week trial because they say “they’re overwhelmed”and then it’s $7 a week after that. Every app should have a free version for the people that don’t want to spend that money. Seems like an okay app but no way am I keeping it
