I ordered 11 things. 9 came. Sneaker $35.00 and a jacket $15.00. I didn't receive it. I contacted the customer service. The answer was as follows: Regarding the incident you had reported to us about your order📦, we want to inform you that we carried out all the internal validations and the items were delivered correctly on August 15th 🗓️. In this case, we cannot generate a refund 💸 or replacement of the items.😞😞😞
Scam
I was scammed not once but twice. I have lost over $400 dollars shopping here and never received any of my products. I will talking to my bank and will be getting this sorted out. I won’t even bother discussing this to you guys because I’ve tried for months and get no help.

While scrolling on the app, I just saw a label saying that i received my order on August 2nd . I didn’t receive anything nor gotten any notification (email or text) , there’s not way to track the products which makes it difficult.
Moreover , the app doesn’t work properly, it takes time to see the products.

Terrible service
I ordered 4 items. I got an email after the purchase was confirmed telling me 2 things were out of the size I ordered, fine. But when I went back on the app the next day, I am now seeing one of those items listed as being available with the size I tried to order?? So that’s annoying. So now I still at least have my 2 items coming, that is until now I’m seeing all of a sudden there is another item missing from my delivery with no notice given. Guess another item mysteriously ran out of my size! Basically, don’t get attached to anything you “order”

Hesabınızı silmek için günlerce ugrasirsiniz. Türkiyede yüzlerce magazasi var ancak ulaşabilecek telefonu dahi yok. Ben neden uluslararası ve çalismayan telefon numarasını aramak zorundayım! Sohbet ve WhatsApp üzerinden ulaşabilmek için en az 2 saat beklersiniz. Ticaret Bakanlığına hemen şikayet dilekçemi oluşturdum. Güvenilmez bir işletme. Bir daha dükkanlarının önünden dahi geçmem.

I M, have to put my gender at the end of every search so I can see what I am looking for. What is the point of asking for it, if I have to filter it out all the time. And it’s the only shopping app that I have this problem with. That is so basic

Purchase on the app
I hade just purchased a pair of jeans on the app and now when I go to my purchases it is saying that I haven’t ordered anything, even though I had just order a pair of pants.Please fix this or send me my money back 🤦♂️

The return process is hard and makes me so frustrated. Hate that I keep ordering but clothes too fire.
They scammed me or who knows?
I purchased items that totaled about 109 dollars and my package never arrived and it took them over 7 days to send me a message that my package had already arrived and it never arrived and they also didn't send me driver tracking and then they are so blatant to tell me yes I liked the products, yes, I tried to contact them but their customer service is terrible, very bad so I better give up and leave it at that. How bad of them, but unfortunately I couldn't do anything.

If I could I would give this app a 1 star review they took my money from a visa giftcard I have and don’t want to give me the money back or give me the merchandise I paid for but I’m not getting because apparently showing them the transaction receipt isn’t enough!

Bershka is so frustrating. I ordered once and it was pretty pricey but the quality was alright. Tried ordering again and my card was declined more than 10 times over 3 days, contacted customer service and they told me to re download the app, still didn’t work and they never continued to help me, all of them said the same things regardless of me saying that didn’t work. And guess what? They disabled my account afterwards!! LIKE WHAT! So problematic and unreasonable!
It offered me free delivery and I ended up paying delivery
II started the check up and it was a green phrase saying that my delivery was for free, but once I made the check out it add the delivery
Don’t shop Online
Breshka have a strange refund policy, as they give them selves the right to accept cash on delivery payments and if you request a refund they will give you e-voucher with your amount to use online only (not acceptable at store) you are requested to use the exact amount of the voucher with no other option to add to it by credit card or cash / you can’t use the e-voucher in store , so if you don’t find items with the same amount you have 2 options one is to buy things that you don’t need (and still going to lose money) or don’t buy anything and keep the useless e-voucher !!! I have the right to choose what I want to buy with my money or refund the cash in store. You must be reported, App support is not working too! Please send a useful email to communicate with you!

App unusable
Your app does not provide an enjoyable shopping experience. The app crashes every couple of minutes and signs you out. It is a pain browsing and then having the app crash whenevr any action is taken, this makes it virtually impossible to make an actual purchase. I had uninstall and reinstall the app around 20x to make a purchase and the whole ordeal left me feeling more frustrated than anything. What a struggle, please get someone to look into these bug fixes, such bad app performance is unacceptable especially for a notable name brand that conducts most of its business online.

Son muy tardadas no especifican que se manejan únicamente en días hábiles aparecen entregas exprés y prácticamente tardan lo mismo que recogiendo en tiendas en resumen MUY TARDADAS LAS ENTREGAS PROCESO LENTO🚫🚫🚫 si necesitas mi prenda rápido acude a tiendas.
Cannot send the email to support team
The app doesn’t show any options for email subject. So I cannot submit my complain to Bershka.
Bad storage counting
I ordered from the website about 6 items, after a day from confirming my purchase they tell me all the items I ordered except one are sold one , why couldn’t they say that before I paid money, oh and they haven’t returned the money yet

Can’t reach customer service. Invoices are confusing. Items still have mot arrived even though they say delivered on ap. No real tracking information. Can’t email cause you can’t type anything in the subject line on the form and it can’t be blank. So there’s no way to tell them how dissatisfied you are.

literally horrible. i placed an order and they never sent me an email to track it. it’s way past the due date when they claimed it would be delivered and my package just never showed up. i spent over $80 and had to report fraud on my paypal. i’m livid. i even sent an email to them to try and get answers and got no reply. This app is so annoying
First it shows the item has a stock, but once I check the shopping cart it says the item is no longer available!! How many time do I have to delete the item from the cart to move onto the purchase confirmation page??? In the end, I didn’t buy a thing. The system is so soooo discouraging me to shop☹️
Unprofessional
placed an order and it got cancelled for absolutely no reason. Called and was given a bs reason. Placed another order and that one got cancelled too for absolutely no reason at all. Don’t shop here, they are very unprofessional and will not work to resolve your issues. Terrible company and i will never shop here or recommend to anybody. Bye.

This app is horrible! The information regarding the 20% is incorrect. Every time I try to check out after selecting my shipping method it takes me out of the app. What good is the app if O can’t actually shop and make a purchase?

My other jeans feel way better and im pretty sure these are used they have a heel-bite and theres also a heel bite on the back pockets??

Whenever I try to shop and go to the baggy jeans section it freezes . They have rlly cute stuff but the app is not very helpful
