Disappointing
I tried to download the app so I could watch a show I saw a clip of on TikTok only to find out I can’t get a subscription to the app because I’m not a pervious subscriber, so how am I supposed to watch this show that I really wanna watch. What are the circumstances preventing new subscribers I want to spend my money and time watching your shows. I’m just upset because it looked like a really good show and now I’ll never know.

Keeps crashing and getting hung up in the ads
New user and it is a terrible experience using the app from my phone. It gets hung up constantly and I’ve tried all the troubleshooting shooting techniques. Maybe they need to update the app.

Yall got a lot of good shows to watch and all the things. I started watching all the queens men on there and that’s honestly the whole reason I got the subscription too but now I’m 5 episodes in and it’s not wanting to work. I checked to see if it was updated and refreshed the app and everything and nothing is working. Yall need to get on them bug fixes ASAP bc I’m canceling my subscription and I really don’t want to

im not sure what happens when the ADS come around it’s like it doesn’t continue it stops and never goes back, I had tried to restart my phone delete the app download it again and even watch on the website and still does the same thing.
Fraudulent Application.
Monthly Renewals yet i am not currently a subscriber anymore believe the app has been down for a while. Some tv shows and movies free others arent yet they charge you to subscribe for content that is missing. Furthermore i unsubscribed months ago yet they are charging my card included i try to save money for friends and family yet they dont care for US.

I love watching some of my favorite shows on this app, but this app sucks. It’s always buffering and crashing out. Y’all need to redesign and upgrade this app because I want to watch my favorite shows especially when yall are changing $15 a month.

Can’t even finish one series
Glitches constantly. Have to turn my WiFi on and off during a show just for it to play all the way through. If that doesn’t work I have to close the app entirely and then reopen. If in PIP mode and an ad starts have to go back full screen until the ad is over to continue in PIP mode. It won’t play the ad unless full screen, and that’s irritating especially if I’m doing other things in my phone.
If zero was an option
Terrible app have to constantly delete and re download to get thru one show or it’ll keep restarting you to a certain part.

The app stalls a lot it will freeze on a commercial and wont play after that its been multiple episodes I’ve had to skip because it wouldn’t play not even after me turning my devices on and off, clearing all my apps, logging in and out not even deleting the app and reinstalling it. At that point just watch whatever it is on a bootleg website or a different app ANYTHINGS BETTER rather than using the BETplus app
Not sure what’s wrong
Everytime I get on BET+ on any of my devices the app kicks me off or sometimes won’t work at all I made sure that everything I watch it on is updated I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it didn’t resolve my problem so now I just gotta unfortunately cancel the subscription
Awfully & Frauds
I buy at stream with limited ads for $5.99/month last week by new iPad mini 7 with weirdly Apple Intelligence Siri pop up in oftentimes…..so why and bet app won’t allow us to jump quick like keep forward or rewind something like that bet app keep frozen in ad wow very warn about cheat bet app with limited ads for $5.99 months was not very helpful and worthless and bet app tricked us out and wasted our money for no reasonable…..good luck ahead try it out…..told u so
Mobile App is Glitchy AF
When it’s working, it’s a great app on iPad and iPhone. Unfortunately, it’s not working at lot more often. It gets stuck during commercials and will never restart. I have to wait until I get home to see the end of various programs on television. I’ve done all the suggested troubleshooting and my devices are new so I know it’s not my equipment. I’m a commuter and would like to watch my shows while I’m traveling. Unsatisfactory behavior!!! Please fix!!!
How I pay for it and it don’t work
Literally just paid for my subscriptions and it won’t work and it does that even after having the streaming service for a little bit Tyler Perry do better and make sure your stuff work before you start charging people money.

The worst streaming app
App has way too many bugs and way too many ads. I can’t get through one episode of a show without the app getting frozen on an ad or a movie unable to load right in the middle of the movie. This is an in app issue; I’ve tried to app on several different devices. This is ridiculous.

BET fell off
The app always have issues. It doesn’t offer all the episodes of the shows BET have. Why waste my time to on app if the episodes are not available? And OMG the awards shows are a disgrace now. It’s like they just give them the keys and tell them to lock up when they’re done.

Missing episodes
I pay for BET+ Premium / No Ads and still can’t access all content. Season 9 of Sistas isn’t available even though Season 10 is airing, and this happens with multiple shows. I’ve contacted support and they’ve been no help. Paying for a service and being blocked from popular content feels like theft. App glitches, missing episodes, and zero resolution make this app unreliable.

Don't waste your time or money
I paid for the subscription with no ads. Whenever I choose a movie or tv show an ads plays before. No ads means no ads I don't care if it's three seconds. I’m glad I didn’t pay for the yearly subscription. When this subscription is over I’m never renewing it because what the point my favorite show The Oval is missing season one. Save your money.
Playback
I just renewed my subscription . I can’t watch bet + on my fire tv AND playback on IOS is terrible. After ads are done it stays on screen, subtitles pop up but no video. I try to rewind I see the same ad again with the same problem. Please help I want to binge watch shows.

I wish i didn’t cancel my subscription w/ prime i thought i would’ve been better off subscribing to the actual app to see the full seasons but they’re not even up to date to know if there’s a new season i think ill end my subscription i lowkey wasted money believing everything would be on the app so i wouldn’t be charged for subscribing to the same stream that still ask to charge you on top of watching the rest of the episodes that should already be provided

I have had bet+ for a long time and not able to watch the new episodes of the OVAL on BET+ but watched it on the regular BET CHANNEL!!! Same thing with All The Queens Man. Like what the hell am I paying for!? SMH

Does not play, all episodes on shows are not as advertised on commercials promoting the app, lagging is out of control, the spooling is worst. The price for the service is not worth it. It should had been added to HULU pkg channels. Not necessary to be a separate service.

Slow, uneven play back. Missing show seasons
I subscribed to this app to watch The Ms. Pat Show, Sistas and Zatima. This app does not have the complete seasons of Sistas. It stops at season 8 even though the show is now on season 10! Also playback on this app is horrible. It freezes multiple times during an episode and has a hard time catching up or just shuts down after playing a commercial.
Fix the app
Every time i try to watch my show there’s always an issue. Commercial pauses and I can’t watch the rest of this episode, “sorry this video is unavailable” on a video I. Was just watching. Pluto tv doesn’t even have this many issues. Fix this app
Doesn’t work
The bugs on this app is ridiculous, even for the TV. Claiming my shows weren’t available due to rights issues but I was just watching it. The app gets stuck after one ad and refuses to work for a couple of DAYS. It’s insane.
Laggy azz app
this app is so laggy. audio cuts out for no reason in the middle of the show. if i want to rewind a funny part i gotta watch multiple ads just for it to go back 10 seconds!! whats up wit that??

For every show I’ve attempted to watch I get an error msg ACXE02 - video not available…something must be wrong with the app clearly.

Every time I try to watch a show I get a message. Sorry this video is not found or no longer available even when the show just started screaming like the Ms Pat show for instance.

I don’t care how many times I update, delete, or redownload this app it will not play correctly on my phone, my laptop, my firestick, my Roku, more smart tv!

I just want to watch the episodes without the ads pausing or whatever mess is going on with this app. I’m really tired of closing the episode and then clicking back in to watch the episode.
