This app relies heavily on AI - I would not trust the information it gives it at all. The “people” demonstrating the exercises are creepy AI animations whose limbs move unnaturally and do the exercises with no effort whatsoever. They could have just hired a few fitness trainers for a day’s shoot but that would have cost money and effort.
On top of that it’s crazily expensive. $20 a month for a low effort app. There are better options available.

I feel like an idiot for paying for this
Wow - a bunch of random exercises that are not tailored at all. I can’t do them. I had the app for like 5 min before canceling and I can’t get my money back. They should let you see day 1 before deciding whether it’s something worth paying for - I never will do what they’re suggesting.
Customer Beware
I used Better me for the past two months, almost daily. I did not see the results that was expected by this app and decided to cancel. Please be advised that I canceled before my membership renewal. (Which was not easy to do on the app, had to navigate their website before I was able to do so) As soon as I clicked cancel I received an email stating that BetterMe charged my card for the monthly fees. I emailed back and forth providing time stamped screenshots and straight forward proof and requested a refund the unauthorized charged (May, 2026). Their customer service is Ai, making it incredibly difficult to communicate with, leaving me a very frustrated Ex-Customer..
Felt the need to warn others.. Buyer Beware and be careful of scams.

Do not buy. Poor quality. That missiles for the subscription twice. I had to cancel service and refute the charge with my credit card company.

I’m sure it’s a great app, but charging without approval is not okay, especially when just downloading to explore the features. The free trial is not true. I got charged the same day as downloading.
Financial Rip Off
The apps idea is in general not bad, but I do feel some type of way. I signed up with them, but then I decided not to proceed for the next billing cycle. I tried to cancel but it turned out they still charged me. The worse part was that they had this bot robot asking me if I wanted coaching on the app and then they charged me 70$ on top. The coaching never happened! They refuse to return the money for the coaching!!! I recently discovered that in my bank statements!!!
Seems great but works aren’t loading
Waste of money compared to what is promised. Try a different app that takes care of their app.
Do not download
I had purchased one thing a while back and unsubscribed, 3 months later charged out of nowhere and no emails why. Haven’t logged in for months & I’m not even subscribed!

Not as advertised
App was not as advertised and charged on day one even though there was supposed to be a 7 day trial time.
No warning of auto renewal until after the first 7 days expire.
I am very disappointed with this app. They did not state that a charge would be automatically renewed. I saw a warning from pay pal that I had been charged 38.95 for 28 days. They did this without my consent. Do not get this app.
Total Scam
This app is a total scam for automatically add you to a subscription. They should be up front about if you want to join a subscription or not. They do not care if cancel right after after getting charge and request for a refund.
Try a free trial before committing
There are better health apps out there. Their meal plans are sub par. Aside from an option to choose a general type (ie keto, Mediterranean, diabetes, vegan etc), there is no other way to manage. They give you different meals every day without options to increase serving size, or to repeat meals. Can’t choose ingredients you don’t like so it doesn’t offer the same. It also doesn’t come in American measurements if that is something you like.
You can track your own meals manually or by photo but they have free apps for that. They offer exercise plans but there seem to be apps that can manage both the nutrition and the exercise portion better.
They also offer challenges but charge you for them. So you will pay an additional 14.99 or whatever to do a 30 day squat challenge if you want.
I don’t recommend.

I am using better me app. If you ask will i continue to use, yes i will cause it helped me. But if yoy ask do i trust this app; answer: no. Cause
1. They additional payment on your credit card, which you never see at your final purchase; so hidden charge
2. They never return you the money that they placed in you account which you never ordered.
3. They will never return your money cause their mouthful clause in money back guarantee statement.
Summary: amazing app with full of lack of ethics finance people.
Update: replied came as if you choose the 2nd option it will charge. No reply on why it did not showed up in the final amount. I am waiting. How breakup your payment system can be that you cant calculate total amount?

Videos don’t load
The classes aren’t bad, but after. Not even 3 days in none of the videos won’t load, they aren’t there. I feel like I wasted my money. Messaged and everything, no response
