Expensive packages..Looting from public
I had 6 months gold plan since March, 2024 but very few interested accepted and received and that too after contacted most of them didn’t work because of multiple reason like horoscope, location preference though I mentioned everything in profile and suddenly started receiving some interest at the time of expiry of my plan and thought to renew it but seems like they increased too much from total amount They simply looting people money and they got nerve of the people that people won’t go anywhere and they think that we don’t have other options except paying for plan… When I had chat with an agent he didn’t give me quote until I gave my ID and I told I will give it later then he said offers will change ID to ID so I really didn’t understand how they give different quote when people are in same country…. I can understand price may differ country to country but how can be different within the same country …. I am sure this people looting our money … very bad experience … when I told agent I would like to have same plan for same price then he simply said he is working since 5 years and he never saw that kind of plan with that price and I told to check my history how much I paid last time then no response from then… Beware of these frauds…. Don’t take memberships.

Useless app in the entire world.
This is the most useless app in the entire world for matrimony. There are more fake profiles and than any other matrimony. Their membership plans are so expensive and not even worth it. I don’t know what to say about their app. It’s slow and asking me to identify which is okay with me. But it doesn’t provide an option. Strangely payment page opens up to pay, do I look dumb to pay for membership when my profile is blocked and there is no way to verify it. I don’t need to email your customer service and share my experience. You can read it here or see other feedbacks.

Everytime I run the search engine it resets by itself for the second match I would prefer shaadi.com 100% better than this

This app is full of scam, pls don’t download and pay for the subscriptions. It as all the fake profiles and asking to pay money. It as auto renewal thing which is taking money from your pocket without your concern. And we are unable to turn off auto renewal.

All of them are fake profiles created by the same company, and they never responded to the request after accepting it. Before you make the payment, you see a lot of good matches, and it will ask you to pay the amount. Once you pay the amount, those accounts will disappear.

Worst app I have ever used
This is the worst app I have ever used. It keep crashing every time I try to open or use. Not sure why App Store allows such bogus apps on their platform. The app developers who developed this app should be fired for making such terrible app. Unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 start rating. This app deserves 0 star rating. Just today I had to download this app 2 times because it would not open when I login in the app.

I made payment from my Apple iTunes Store and the payment went successfully which I was given receipt from Apple and yet I am not been upgraded on my profile in BharatMatrimony which I don’t understand why ??
Pathetic app for a pricey subscription
We paid 17000 for an year subscription and it’s pretty useless. They literally don’t care once you pay. The app is so much worst and pathetic when it comes to basics, like searching, updating partner preferences, contacting customer support. Heavily unreliable. And I’m even concerned to ask these being a premium member. I’d advise anyone looking to buy a membership from this website to think twice. They charge such a hefty amount and don’t do the justice in servicing their customers. It’s a loss of money.
Not working
When trying to log in in app , it just keeps loading and loading , doesn’t logs in . So I have to uninstall and then reinstall the app. I’ve been facing this for sometime now. So frustrating!!

Bad or no service , unprofessional
I am a prime member but never received any suitable match and never got my service addressed correctly. The customer representative are after you to collect the money for membership and then they forget. They did not return the excess money charged. Horrible and I regret being here.

Very bad experience
We were not able to login for the last 15 days and now the membership is about to expire. They didn’t respond to our issue that we are not able to login, but they keep calling us to renew membership and pay money. I ask that should get extended membership for the days we were not able to login.
Worst Matrimonial Matching Experience
I will provide a genuine and honest review based on my experience. I have had the basic plan initially to search for the prospect. I personally feel that most of the data they have is outdated as you barely get response from anyone but then you will have agent reaching out to you asking to get assisted services convincing that you will definitely get someone as there will be an assisted manager assigned will be doing all the hard work for you. I took the services for 3 months paid decent amount. Forget about finding a match i would not even get a chance to speak to any of the prospect out their. Your assisted manager is there for the sake of finding 3 matches every week which they are never able to connect or getting a response from the prospect saying they are not interested. It kept going on for 3 months not a single prospect i was even able to speak forget about anything else. Thats the worst kind of experience i have ever had with this matrimony app. The folks working for the organisation are out there to meet their target they dont care post they get the money out of your pocket. I would recommend Jeevansathi any day over bharat matrimonial. I would give it half star just because they exist.

This app is a crap. They charge so much for the subscription but it’s not working at all for messages or chats or anything. Any link I click from email takes to the app but not working at all. It’s just loading or blank screen always. There should be a zero star option for this app.

Excruciatingly painful to login if you’re outside India. Their otp verification process through phone is broken. Why can’t they support email verification is beyond me. The app itself logs out automatically and is super unstable

Everything from registering to adding photos took multiple retries. Add to that, when you try to verify your profile things just freeze and then I could not even login to my profile - get a “invalid login information” message - even when using my profile ID for forget password option.
Reached out to chat help, and they simply tell you to email to some address for help… then why have chat help??
Needless to say, I am glad I didn’t spend any money and will be promptly deleting this poor excuse of an app.

Uninstalled the app cuz u guys r a bunch of woke propagandist who use big Hindu festivals like Holi to further ur Hinduphobic propaganda. You guys wish followers of all other religions with respect (like you should) but the only thing u find worth mentioning on Holi is not “Happy Holi” but acting as if all women get molested on Holi and only Holi. I REFUSE to let ANYONE equate my festivals with molestation let alone in my name as a woman. SICK!!!

Being a paid member also lot Lot of problems
Please don’t waste your time and money. Always there will be some kind of block for sending interest ( WHO HAS TIME TO SEND 500 MESSAGES EVERY WEEK) they will give this kind of reasons and blocked for paid member! because they will try to make you pay again some extra packages fee and top of it you are going to get calls in midnight o my God.

Very poor performance!! App needs updates!! All that they do is bombard with bunch of emails and the app never works straight. You gottta close the app before opening it!! Surprisingly this app has many users but they’re only focused on money making. Interesting thing is when you subscribe for a month, initial 2 weeks you get plenty matches and next two weeks nothing and again last few days when your subscription is about to end 😂 that’s how smart they are but they never spend on improving the apps.

Worst customer service ever.. I have made the payment for 3 months plan but account dint get updated. However, customer care people don’t know what to do or how to help and keep dodging call. Nobody’s at customer is concern that app is not upgraded. It’s like pay at your risk or if you have 1 week to spare spending time to customer care calls.

As soon as they receive a payment they restrict your account from being accessed and restrict you from accessing other accounts as well so that they are the only ways for you to contact, like, or to even see other profiles. And when I reach out to the customer service they refuse to help and suggest u should just make another account and restart the services by making another payment. The company should fire the staffs in between pretending to help to avoid further scams behind their back and should consider automating the entire process similar to apps like Tinder. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and it shows how far one would go to eat off of another’s plate. PLEASE AVOID ASSISTANCE SERVICE AT ALL COST!! it’s a shame that the company allows this just for their piece of commission.
Useless piece of app
This is one the worst matrimony service and customer service, I have ever come across. Forget everything else. The app itself is horrible, useless, you have to refresh several times. Top of that, their membership is expensive and you don’t get unlimited messages at all. In order to reach their customer service, you have to wait several days. Most people don’t speak English. They call million times to buy membership and after that, no calls or messages. Irrelevant matches.
