What did you do to the game??? I used to enjoy this game. There was never serving customers and if I don't serve them I lose? That was never part of the game and it needs to be removed.

Still have to consistently delete app and reinstall it worked fine when yall ended the Halloween event but then once you started Christmas event it’s broken again…😭
Banned Crickets
This has been my experience… loved the game, had worked up to over level 100 (which takes quite a bit of loyal dedication, time, and planning on your farm), had a great co-op with helpful friends working together. Then one day I open the app, ready to show my farm some love and up pops a window that says “this account has been banned. Contact support .” Banned? I assumed this was some type of glitch as I had just recently updated the app and things like that can happen. I waited and tried. Still banned. I have not the faintest idea why. And apparently support doesn’t either. I contacted support and provided screenshots of the messages launching on startup of the app. It’s been over two weeks… and well, crickets. No response. I have replied to the help ticket (as suggested in the confirmation of the first message) two times with more info and nothing. Just the lonely sound of crickets on a farm that doesn’t exist anymore. So, if you decide to play, don’t get too attached. One day, you might find yourself ghosted colder than your least favorite ex ever did to you.

The game is full of GLITCHES. When does it glitch? EVERY UPDATE! What do they do to fix the glitches? Email you and basically call you a liar and tell you there is no proof that you bought items in the game that disappear during glitches. Even when you send them screenshots and receipts!!! What a joke!!! Play the game, it’s fun. DONT SPEND A PENNY UNLESS YOURE OK WITH BEING CHEATED OUT OF YOUR PURCHASES. I’d give this game a -1000 if it were possible.

This game was fun at first. Expansion level goal changes daily it seems now and the rewards promised for doing tasks aren’t being received. Plus voucher codes for special rewards are reading as expired before the posted expiration date.

Saw an ad that said $750 to Cash App to answer surveys and play a game up to level 20.
I did the surveys and played the game. Here’s the scam. Upon playing Big Farm I was only able to reach level 9. After that you can’t move forward unless you cough up your own money. That’s the scam! Coming out of your pockets just to get money in your pockets. You might end up spending $750 just to get $750 back so did you really gain anything?

Plain stupid
This game is probably the lamest game ever. Whoever created it was either bored to death and doesn’t know Jack about a farm. I just played it because I was going to get paid. But it’s lame I don’t recommend it unless you are bored to death or it’s the one choice.

I just downloaded the game and it freezes within the first 10 seconds of the tutorial and just turns gray. Tried playing about 5 times, deleting the app now.

incredibly laggy
i just downloaded the game and it won’t even let me past the loading tutorial screen when i try restarting it repeats the tutorial once again. Very glitchy.
Too much time for upgrades and growing things
12 hours for cherries to grow is absurd. Only giving 1 windmill is ridiculous and making it 12 hours to upgrade is nuts. I have found that when developers do stuff like this it's because they're greedy.

Please fix the game. I haven’t been able to access my farm in weeks. I deleted the app, redownloaded it, and also restarted my phone and nothing has worked. It keeps taking me to the very beginning tutorial and making me start my farm over.

This is a fun game, but………has to many glitches. I have lost money and gold from glitches. The time process for some of the crops is way to slow. And it doesn’t run in real time. I’ve been waiting on cows to make milk for over 24HR when it says it takes like 7 or 8 hrs or what ever. Every time I open the game it hasn’t hardly moved any. I can’t sit with a game open for hours waiting on things to happen. May delete this game because it is so FRUSTRATING! Get it fixed and it will be a great game.
About to quit
At first it’s fun but then becomes hard because you need things to upgrade buildings and fields. If you use real money on this game then you’re good to go but the rest of us who are trying to get through the levels without using money are struggling big time. They had a thing where you can get free gold and so I did some of the things and guess what … I didn’t get my gold. So I did something else and I STILL didn’t get my gold. That’s 5000 gold that I didn’t get and all the time I wasted on those tasks. Those who play this game know that getting gold is really hard so when they gave us this opportunity I thought great let’s do it but now I’m just mad that I’m not receiving my gold for tasks I do and I’m about to stop playing this game. Also, the ads. Every time you try to get rid of a contract BOOM an ad. You try to go to the island BOOM ad. STOP! I don’t want the ads.

Bad News!
We play the game on our iPads. When we login, the game begins to load our farm, but it stops halfway through. Then we get the message the you are preforming maintenance! It’s been over 24 hours. We’re going to go “Red Dot” and it’s our own coop! I’m subscribed to getting gold every day. I need to stop my subscription, but I cannot access my account!

This game is fun and addictive if you can tolerate all of the glitches. Currently the site has been down for at least 15 hours. It;s hard to compete if you can’t play!

Expect to have to pay real world currency and a lot of it. If you don’t you will be bombarded with forced ads and you will not be able to advance. The tournaments are not ran fair. The updates come at the worst times like during co op tournament. There are bugs in every single update, hiding bugs yeah I know you do big game. If they don’t like a reward they give you like they think it’s more than you deserve they’ll take it away even if you worked real hard for it. If it weren’t for my coop I’d drop this game like a hot rock.

The developers of this game have but one interest; money. They are unfair and show absolute disregard for their customers. And believe me when i say that without paying, you stand no chance to get ahead.
Horrible Management!!
I have been playing this game for about 3 years now. I have spent untold hours trying to navigate endless updates that have endless glitches. Because I’m competitive, I have regularly purchased products from this game. That comes to an end today after management stole product that I earned and spent hours and funds to collect. All this due to an error made by the staff when they released another update. That’s not ok. I would warn anyone looking for a competitive game to move on to something else. The management can’t be trusted here.

Depuis la dernière mise à jour je n’ai que des problèmes avec le jeu. Ça s’arrête constamment à 36%. J’avais laissé une note en ce sens et après avoir suivi les conseils de la production ça avait fonctionné mais depuis bientôt 72 heures le jeu ne se télécharge plus. J’ai beau tout faire, réinstaller le jeu a ne plus pouvoir compter cela ne fonctionne définitivement pas. Je ne sais vraiment plus quoi faire.

I’m not going to give any stars. I’ve been playing this game for over a year now and if it wasn’t for my wonderful co-op I would have quit long ago. You make it way to hard to advance without spending real money. Way to costly plus an ungodly amount of materials just to get a 9x9 plot. This game will fry your device and the game developers know this has been an ongoing problem it’s been reported to them by Best Buy after a number of customers started coming in with the same problem. Their motherboards were fried and the one thing they all had in common is they were all playing this game when this happened. Best Buy has contacted the people at Good Games about this issue and we’re told that if they didn’t want their friends and family to play that’s on them. There was nothing they would be doing. This company does everything possible to get you to spend money on this game and now this game has fried my $800 ipad that was a year old. If your playing on your phones not sure this is a risk you would want to take. Good luck to those of you that want to continue to play. Just keep in mind farming games have been around forever and they didn’t have to program in the same manner that this company has chosen to.
