First off, the games are heavily rigged by an algorithm(not true rng). Maybe once a month you’ll have a few slots in a row where you actually profit, but other than that, you will go weeks at a time with no winning days. The goal is to always drain your account to 0 with the hopes that you consider buying. If the algorithm sees you are within 500x to 0, you will always lose. Don’t try to chase and DO NOT WASTE REAL MONEY on the chips.
With each new update, they make it slightly worse for the player. Like recently, they sped all reels up by 20-30% making it almost nauseating to play. This is clearly just to get the people who let the reels play out play at a faster rate, so you might buy chips sooner.
The list goes on and on. They are truly worse than a real life casino with their tactics and are completely out to get you the moment you download their app

Avoid as games proven 100% rigged. Even employees at Product Madness inc. owners of Big Fish Casino say these slots are fully rigged and fixed. People report slots with zero wins on a hundred spins.

This used to be a fun game and the slots are still fun. However they’ve got to greedy. It’s almost impossible to hit jackpots. If you buy chips they go he’s a sucker. If the game was like it used to be I would give it 5* but it is what it is. If you spend money don’t expect to win.

Been a member for several years and after pointing out how bots and certain players are killing the social as well gameplay of their scatter rooms they have penalized me. The app won’t work properly but I’m not allowed to contact customer service. The only thing I’m still allowed to do is purchase chips…..go figure.

My suggestion is to run from this game if you write into customer support about a glitching problem and you constantly tell them about it, you will be banned. They ban you for contacting customer support who is there supposedly to help you. but they don’t mind taking your money and they don’t treat you like a loyal player at all when you block and report a leach. I’m pretty sure at least 100% that they do nothing about it. Just beware I was banned because my iPad kept glitching and they didn’t wanna hear it anymore.

Awful odds. Lose millions and millions and they will give you a few thousand in a side game. It’s an embarrassment. They will squeeze you for everything and give nothin back. Unstable game, played for years in spite of issues, because of friends on it
Game is unstable. For example on slot machine Mad Mouse/Ultra Gold (can’t get gold from it so it is like the ultra gold mines in Iowa…), I’ve had it crash on the first spin - never came back from that spin… if you spin for an hour without crashing that is fairly typical, I’ve seen it go 2 hours, but never left it overnight and had it still on auto and working in the morning.. used to work a decade ago…

They started a 15X on Wednesday, and 20X on Sunday for crowns (team ranks), and now it makes no sense AT ALL to play any other days if you care about that - and that is the ONLY point to the game… helping friends on your team advance…
Been in the top team - I was the one who told them how to knock out the top team using the Sunday Multiplier… next week they did… and that ended a 146 week stranglehold on the top spot….
Because it would have cost them over a hundred thousand real dollars to buy enough chips to overcome what the other team did on the 25X day (pretty sure it was 25X when it started), if one team dropped $30,000 (real money) TJ get millions and millions of crowns, and the other team needed ti counter that, but at 25X… well, they just hurts.. I mean, $750K? Yeah, the pasted on that! And now players have trillions of chips… try to compete against a team with a bunch of trillionaires…
I stopped playing for a year… may take another sustained break..
