Unusable
The app is in Chinese, with no apparent way to change the language. I even went into my Apple settings and changed the default to English, but even after doing that when I open the app it changes little default language back to Chinese. Too bad, I would've liked to have tried to at least watch something on it

時間軸的根本沒辦法拉定位 還會隨便亂跳播放時間軸 不是跳加速播就是按讚popup 一大堆花俏不實的 滑上滑下會不小心滑到螢幕亮度 聲音亮度 不是炸聲就是mute 螢幕還忽明忽暗 人家手機都內建了音量亮度調節了 要你一個視頻播放在那亂嗎 基本該做好的不做好 大概是有史以來用過最難用的影片播放軟體

❗️锁屏控制Bug 多年不修，绝对差评
从2022年到现在，B站iOS版一直有个致命Bug：播放视频时只要点开评论区里的图片，锁屏和控制中心的媒体控件就会彻底失灵，没法暂停、切歌。必须杀掉App重启才能恢复，严重干扰通勤和睡前收听体验。官方从未正面回应，最新版本依然存在。这么基础的系统整合问题，B站的技术团队真的修不了吗？差评是给你们的傲慢。
Constantly crashes
This app will crash after watching 5 video clips or less. When I try to full screen, the screen freezes while the sound continues. I'm using an ipad.

Terrible customer service
Purchased monthly video subscriptions for an Up on a Mac for some exclusive video contents. Cannot view those video on phone using this version of app. When purchasing, there was no message alerting users that those videos cannot be viewed through this app. Asked the customer service and they asked me to download an app version for China mainland users and I refused. Bilibili refused to refund my money even if I cannot use the service I purchased, and it was their fault to not make it clear that this app version cannot view the videos.

手机换绑必须要在原手机上操作是有病吗？
强行要求绑定手机，绑定后原来手机号停了，手机也丢了，就再也无法在新手机上登陆了。明明有账号密码等所有信息，强行要求在手机上登录才能申诉换绑，在手机上登陆账号又要用我已经停的手机号接受短信，网页端即使登陆也无法申诉？10年账号就这么没了！

更新至26.4后，b站播放闪退，无论直播，视频播放，甚至点开主页也会闪退。
一个app缓存数据都TM十几二十个G
这都是什么破B软件？而且嘴无耻的还不能清理，设置中的清理选项就特么是个摆设！苹果的审查机制完全不行了拿？这种该死的app不下架留着做甚？

升级到iPadOS26.4后，全屏播放就会卡死，只能不开全屏！但即使不开也有几率闪退！
Can’t delete my account
I had logged in because I was told I needed to in order to upload videos or see my followers. It’s been awhile using this app until the platform itself kept getting worse, especially those disgusting 18+ thumbnails (something that hasn’t been on in the app the last time I’ve been using it). After trying to find the settings for me to delete my account, there were NO account deletion/Cancelation. There is no way to delete your account except for logout.

Problem
I try to link my email to my account but I can’t because I don’t let me add my phone number for it and I don’t get a verification code either.
Can’t even search
when I search for something 80% of the result is irrelevant, I get a few video that match the keyword and rest is all unrelated videos that I already watched and even liked. For example, I search for anime A, I get anime BCDEF and idol group ABCD and educational videos brain rot videos etc. If I want to watch it again I will search again, I don’t need it when I’m not searching for it!
