The app runs fine, but there are things, like suggested accounts that don’t actually complete a transaction, you still have to go through the motions of electing each suggestion. Let’s call that 50% helpful.

It is hard to use this platform for true business needs. Support has never been helpful as I am transferred to other agents, based in other countries, that seem to have no information, nor training. Also, I have been double billed twice. When you do make a payment, it takes over a week for it to clear. Finally, after my last review, they cut my allowable credit to be cut by 65% with no warning. I’m not behind in payments, in fact you have to pay the full balance every month, so if I have all my bills set up for Divvy, then they cut off credit, it causes an undue burden.

Loyal Customer
I have been a loyal customer of Divvy for over 2 years. I made a payment and they froze my account the next day. After a week of “deliberation” they proceeded to tell me they would not unfreeze it. Very disappointed in the way this was handled.

I strongly do NOT recommend
Extremely disappointed l. The platform has extremely poor security controls. Disputing fraudulent transactions is nearly impossible compared to companies like Amex.
Customer service is another major issue. It’s incredibly difficult to reach live agents.
On top of that cards are constantly getting blocked and jonway to unlock unless talk to a live agent which hard to to reach
Overall, its been an frustrating experience and we will replace bill.com with another provider

Hate the new AI feature
The new AI feature has made this app unusable. Before I could easily put in my notes but with the forced AI inclusion the AI puts in the wrong info or sorts it in the wrong category and now I have to go back and edit it to the correct one when it assumes wrong. Sometimes it does not register my corrections though so I have to refresh the app and try again until it actually saves it. So instead of being any help the AI feature has made it a worse experience than it was when I used it a few months ago

Absolutely Horrible
Bill.com is going down hill faster than they can manage. I was on a 10 day business trip when they dropped my credit limit to $2000. Why, because my bank account, which I had reconnected multiple times was once again disconnected. This has been happening for months with no fix. Good news is that after all of this, I finally has someone admit it might be something going on with the bill.com system.

Hands down one of the worst apps I have ever used. It’s constantly giving me an error message saying “We can’t reach our servers” and “if it continues to happen, reach out to us” and it does nothing. They make it Impossible to delete my personal info. I have searched everywhere for a solution and even their chat bot constantly responds to simple requests wirh “can’t understand.” No option under settings to opt out of selling my data, nowhere on the site or app where I can delete my personal information or close the account. Then there are the “contact us” options that get me nowhere. Seems shady when they don’t offer a somewhat reasonable why to close, delete, or even contact them. Infuriating.

Horrible for sales teams
Almost every time we travel, our card gets locked because of fraud and we are then unable to pay for hotels or rental cars or fuel or plane tickets. Then it takes roughly 3 to 4 hours to get a hold of anyone and then once they initiate undoing the fraud hold it takes 24 to 48 hours from that point. The customer service here is the worst I’ve experienced.

Do not recommend using bill. They will randomly reduce your credit line if you a payment is rejected. I had a payment get rejected then they dropped our line of credit. Will not find a different company. This is after spending over $3Million in 12-18 months with them.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with a credit card company ever. They gave me a $5,000 limit and after I spent a few thousand dollars and then a single day later they reduced my limit to $1. like SERIOUSLY and then they immediately removed money from my account.

Glitchy and complicated
So complicated to set up. Customer service closes but I don’t know what their hours are. Registration page is glitchy, verification code was sent via text but I don’t actually have a text and the data entry box for the registration code doesn’t work properly. I absolutely hate that the powers that be in my company are making me use this garbage app.

I had several good months with this card but recently it never works and it’s very embarrassing. When you take a client out and go to pay in the card doesn’t work for absolutely no reason. I cannot get Customerservice on the phone and when I wait for 30 minutes and then they just hang up on me., It is extremely frustrating.

Unethical practices
Be careful when using this app. Bill.com requires you to be a member for a year before you can get rewards.
Then they will tell you oh no you can’t get 1.5% rewards, you are only setup for .52% rewards. But we can set you up for them now.
So we lost 1% of spend rewards go a year.
I would not recommend this to anyone.

Cortez fire assignment reimbursement
It states that I had been reimbursed for gas from an assignment and paid, but I have yet to receive anything. And I have not been reimbursed for my mileage. I would love for this to be wrapped up, but apparently it’s a dream at this point.

This company collects your personal data only to provide you with a non-functional credit card that declines every transaction as fraudulent. Their support is utterly useless; after three days of communication, the agent ignored me the moment I asked if they could directly help process a transaction. As a result, these people misused my personal data, damaged my credit history, and left me with a useless card that completely halted our business sales just because we decided to trust them. Draw your own conclusions.

Bill has yet to authorize and let me pay one single bill or invoice related to my company. Every charge is blocked, then I call and they say they have to submit a ticket to approve it then it never gets approved. I am closing my account and I recommend everyone use Ramp instead.

Problem with transactions
In the app, Transactions tab says I have items to add missing information. When you click on it, the app takes you to a page that says “all is well here”. No, it’s not. This glitch needs to be fixed to make the app useful. It used to work until this past week.

The app has been glitching for weeks now. Despite having numerous transactions that I need to allocate, the app constantly tells me “There’s nothing to see here.” I have tried updating the app, deleting it and reinstalling it, and nothing works. It is completely unusable.

Constant Glitches
The “To-do list” transactions list is broken and hasn’t worked in days. The only work-around is to go into the “Transactions” tab and manually hunt and click through every transaction to find the ones that haven’t been expensed correctly. New bugs every month. Fix it or I am moving our entire organization to Comdata, ADP or Onepay.

Every time a go to my app to take a receipt photo (because TurboScan automatically crops the receipt & removes background - something that the Bill app doesn’t do automatically)… then I have to re-enter my pin in Bill…, and then start over with the receipt I was working on.
