Already paid for!
I had this app when it was a purchase. They have changed to a subscription and have not honored my original purchase. Stay away. They also ignored emails on the issue.

I have multiple bank accounts and was only able to link to anything outside of this was not able to be connected therefore I was not able to continue using this app.

Deleted! Why am I being asked to pay for a subscription for an app that is called "pro"? Usually "pro" means it's the paid version of an app and you don't need to pay into it anymore than you already have. This whole subscription culture of the our timeline is absolute garbage. It's only there to squeeze every dime out of you for something you'd pay outright for once and own it for life. Devs say "oh it's to keep the app updated and security fixes and such." A decade or two ago that was priced into a lifetime license. Now it's a never-ending subscription. No thanks. Paper and pen works just as well and is cheaper. And if I want really want digital I can just use the calendar app. Free and pre-installed on my iOS. It also has reminders.
App trying to force me to pay for it
Everytime I go to add a bill I keep getting promoted to buy pro. The option to not pay does not work. Not trying to be railroaded into spending money and I’m made I wasted my time starting with a app that’s presented as free

They billed me full price even though it stated that I would have a one week trial period. I am very upset

I really enjoyed this app until this latest update. I don’t need all the bells and whistles and just needed it to keep track of my bills like it did when it was free. Not only did the update require me to sign up with an email, but it wiped out all the information I had in it so I can’t recover. Time to find another app to track my bills.
Payment
Why did I get charged $40 for this app when I literally just paid $3.99 for the month of December? I did not want to pay $40 for the year it didn’t even ask nor give an option before charging. Could I get a refund?
Terrible
This app does not function like it should. Bills won’t let me mark them as paid so the notification won’t go away. Won’t let me delete bills that I don’t need anymore. Won’t update anything if I try to edit the bill. Randomly deleted all my bills and wouldn’t let me get them back. App is fully updated and still does not work properly.
New Update Not Working
With the new update, bills don’t save and when you mark it to be paid - it doesn’t save either so everything looks overdue. Old style was classic, simple, and worked well. New design has more details but does not work.

I keep selecting that I’ve “paid” my bills and every time I go back in they show “unpaid”
Not So Good Now
It used to be a great app, now not so much. Very glitchy and not reliable. A big issue I have is my biweekly bills are disappearing after marking as paid causing my budget to look inflated.
This started out okay, but it is awful now.
This app has become unusable. It doesn’t communicate between the phone and iPad versions and nothing works correctly anymore. I’m going to have to shop for something different and just delete junk app.

Should be no limit on bills added
I have been using this for a while but I’ve now noticed they put a limit on how many bills can be added before forcing you to pay to add more. So after I’ve put all this time and effort into setting it up, it’s almost useless since I cannot keep track of ALL of my bills unless I pay them. I’m not a fan of the bait and switch tactic. I feel like that should be advertised information which it wasn’t when I accessed and explored the app for the first time a long time ago.
It’s getting worse
With every update, it gets worse. At one point, there was an update daily. You mark a bill as paid and when you clear the app and go back to it, it shows that you still owe that bill. Very frustrating and honestly, why do I pay for this app if it doesn’t work?
Notes lost urgent
The recent update seems to have deleted or hidden my notes for a few accounts. Those notes included account numbers etc. Please help.
New Layout?
I used to love this app and use it 24/7. I just upgraded to the iPhone 17 and the entire layout is vastly different and confusing. Features that I usually use are not where they should be and it is not easy to navigate. Very upsetting

Worst app ever. Don’t waste your money. When you mark bill as paid it just comes back unpaid everytime. It’s ridiculous. Was great until I upgraded to iOS 26.

I’ve been a member since 2023, even paid for the app and today I opened it and everything is deleted. It used to be good now I don’t know what’s going on.

Only let you add three bills. If you wanna add more, you have to pay monthly which is 1.66 not much but I’m not trying to pay anything.

5 stars before the update
I loved this app before the update. I loved how I could see my bills coming up in the next five days two weeks, etc.. I love that it showed the total amount that was due instead of each individual bill only it was definitely user-friendly and now after having this app for more than a year, I don’t even know how to use it and there’s not an easy way to learn how to use it. Very disappointed that they would take such a user-friendly app and change it so drastically.

Previous free version was much better!
I used the free version for many years and when it was no longer available, I paid for this version. It is a waste of money. I couldn’t care less about the graphs and charts. When I apply a payment, it should remain paid; however this isn’t the case. I go in the app and have mini panic attacks thinking I forgot to pay a bill when I actually did. I’ve waited a year hoping it would get better, but it hasn’t. I’ll be searching for a new, more reliable app.

I am constantly having to mark bills paid that I have already marked paid. This has been reported several times. The app would be better if it was fixed.
Was a great app
I updated my iPhone to iOS 26.1 and now the app doesn’t work the same as before the update. Wish I hadn’t updated my phone. Why did an update alter the way the app worked. Will be looking for a new bill tracking app if an update doesn’t put this back the way it was.
Needed more time
I canceled the free subscription because I needed more time to figure this app out. Allowing people one week to figure a spending app out is not enough time. Most people are paid every other week. I am paid monthly so I need to go through a whole cycle to familiarize myself with an app. Not to mention I have a brain injury.
Needs a recently deleted or back up function.
The app was bugging out and duplicated all our bills so we deleted the extras, now with the update it seems they fixed it but all our bills are gone. Glad they fixed it but now we are at square one because there was no safeguard in place.
Update: the devs did reach out to let me know they have our data backed up, and if we email them they will restore things for us, but we have already taken the time on our end to adjust. No way of knowing we should’ve emailed them to begin with. Like I said, there needs to be something in place for the user to restore recently removed things if these are the kind of bugs we are dealing with.

Bank Sync Missing…?
Seems to be the perfect tool except they claim that you can sync your bank account to using Plaid yet there is nowhere to do this. On the trial now, won’t waste my money if it doesn’t actually have this feature.
