When I attach saved pictures to Estimate the App closes the Estimate and entire Estimate disappears/ get lost , can’t find it / Have to restart from the beginning. Sucks

No support
I can’t contact support, I click on support and it does nothing. Every time I send an estimate or an invoice it deletes the contact information from the document and then I need to edit the document to add the contact information back. This has been going on for months and none of the updates have done anything to even give me the ability to contact support about this. Fix it and I will change my review, but until then you this app irritates me and I will probably just end up changing to something else
Save your money
I was a subscriber since 2019 and loved it for the first couple of years, but around 2025 things started going downhill. Like any company, they got super greedy, prices jumped to nearly $30 a month, features that used to be included were pulled out and turned into separate paid apps, and the value just wasn’t there anymore. On top of that, customer support became painfully slow, it could take hours to get a response. The final straw was constantly having trouble accessing the app at all. Paying that much and not even being able to use the service is unacceptable. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Not so great anymore
App is good in getting all your information together for invoice, but my clients names ALWAYS disappear anytime I have to make an edit, it’s very very frustrating and I can’t seem to fix the issue even with updates
MAJOR PROBLEMS!!!!! You dont want 2 pay 4 this app unless it gets fixed!!!! Not worth the headache!!
Since the last couple updates this app has been buggy and increasingly worse to the point that after using for several years we are going to have to quit. It started by not saving the names on the invoices after a change while still in the file. But I just noticed today that it is deleting all the names from almost all previous invoices!!??? I tried to use the support option within the app but it doesn’t work either. This is good-bye unless I’m contacted with a fix immediately, bc obviously you can’t run a business with this kind of nonsense going on, it’s extremely aggravating!!!!!!!

literally can’t function on this app with all the billing names of invoices constantly disappearing it’s driving me crazy i’m fighting not to switch as i’m comfortable with the app but if they can’t fix this bug it’s not usable normally bugs get fixed fast but it’s been weeks
Money hole App
I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years now .
This app is a money hole and that’s being minus about what I should really say. They charge 1499 a month to be able to add clients send out estimates keep track of everything. But you can only have so many clients saved before they’re asking for more money a month to be able to add more people to your contacts. Still in search of another app that similar to this before I stop using Billdu

Support is Horrendous
Support for the application is horrific. If you have any issues or upgrade, the application may not work and trying to get someone online is next to impossible.
Disappearing names
My invoices are losing customer names and costing me money and time . When I tried to get customer service assistance the chat keeps crashing the app . Will be looking into alternative options moving forward.
Was great until you need help no one answers
I have been using this as a premium subscription for a while now I cannot send invoices so I cannot collect payments either and there is no one to help you minus a AI bot. This isn’t acceptable I have been suing this for years now I will have to find another company
Developer socks
I have this app long time but lately every update you can nut work with it and when you send them a message to fix it it looks they don’t know what they do for last tow update they can’t fix the problem and they told me to throw the app and install it again and I did that and still same problem, write now the app is very slow I can’t work with it. do not buy this app.
Love the app (but always dealing with bugs)
First off, I’ve used this app for over 5 years now and have paid for premium for the entire time. I absolutely love Billdu more than any other estimating app, and I’ve tried them all.
My issues- it always seems to be bugged, new ones pop up, they take care of it and then new bugs come up again. It’s frustrating. The newest issue is that all my estimates keep getting deleted even after being saved. If they aren’t getting deleted, it will constantly delete the name of the person to which I’m doing the estimate for. I have to keep going in and typing the persons name in again and if I work on that estimate at all it will constantly keep asking me to input the name again that I already have saved into the program. It’s outrageously annoying and I wish there was a way for me to convey this stuff to Billdu but there’s no way to do that.
Also, I’ve had a couple of times where I go into the app and all the estimates that I created in the last week are just gone. Deleted. I spend a lot of time working on these and it’s outrageously frustrating that they just get deleted.
I figure that all the times the site is “down for maintenance” it will fix these issues, but I’ve been dealing with these issues for quite a while now with no update to fix. I’m now contemplating leaving Billdu and finding new software to use. I’d rather not, but I am still hoping that this can be fixed.

Premium Business version, isn’t good.
I have been using this application for over 5 years, and until recently it consistently met my needs. However, during my last renewal, I upgraded to the Premium Business version, and unfortunately my experience has significantly worsened since then.
I have been facing several issues that did not exist before, and they are directly impacting my daily work. Some examples:
Two clients’ invoices have been mixed, where invoices from one property appear under another client (possibly due to having the same email or belonging to the same group).
The app frequently freezes.
On multiple occasions, while creating an invoice, the app crashes unexpectedly and all the work is lost.
There are instances where invoice numbers suddenly reset or jump back to older sequences (for example, from 3800 to 320), mixing current records with data from years ago.
I have tried to resolve these issues multiple times with customer support. In the past, any issue was handled quickly, but with this version I have not been able to get any effective resolution. At this point, I am no longer receiving responses, which is even more concerning.
I want to emphasize that I have always been respectful and professional I have simply been trying to resolve issues that are affecting my business.
Based on my current experience, I cannot recommend the Premium Business version ($269.99), especially considering that I had to upgrade due to the client limit in the previous plan.
I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision. If anyone knows of a reliable alternative in the market, I would appreciate the recommendation.

This app sucks
If you have an issue an AI bot is there to help you and then disconnect from the conversation without warning. I paid for a yearly subscription only to find out I can only do invoices not estimates but for some extra cash I could. Who built this inconveniently confusing app. My membership wasn’t over until may 14 2026 but some how it’s expired 2 months early. Give me my money back for the 2 months then . What a ripoff. 😡
