Can’t update
I’m trying to log onto my account and it tells me there’s an update but when I go to get the update it just keeps on going back to the same thing so I can’t get on my account anymore! I might as well cancel it and delete it because it is useless to me if I can’t log onto it

Then she suggested there was an incorrect digit. Well you have my number Right there if it is typed wrong correct it. Don’t leave me locked out of my acct. they rigged the reset password when they send you the code to verify the number key pad has a question strategically stunning keypad text so if you try to enter the number you were sent it automatically says didn’t receive code? Yes I did receive code your site is bogus and I am pretty sure you accepted my deposit and then locked my acct. think I need to contact law enforcement.

My grandma could make a better and more intuitive app. You want to look at the graph of a coin and scroll back to the see the previous days or weeks? Good luck lol it’s just not possible. They apparently just hire literally anybody now.

They make it hard to withdraw
Easy to deposit and buy crypto. But once you want to withdraw. They text 2 times code for verification. Send email to verify. Etc. If you miss to follow on one. The withdrawal will be on hold…

Known to manipulate price and even internal timestamps in order to liquidate you and take your money. Bad listings and rigged against you. You will not find actual value crypto on the app, because they prioritize BNB memecoins and pump and dump fads. Cypherpunk values are long gone. Kraken is far better.
WORST CRYPTO SERVICE
I’ve had litecoin stuck in my account for months and every time I try sending it somewhere, I’m denied access and told that I have to wait 7 days. I’ve had the litecoin in my account for months and just want my money.
Take too long to approve
As someone who can literally open any trading account and get it approved within minutes, these guys took too long so I went to go look for other apps to use. When I contacted customer service, the AI bought gave me somebody, but they weren’t able to give me answers. Just my opinion but crypto you need to move faster.
Poor KYC process and customer support
Very bad experience with Binance.US. My account verification was rejected despite submitting a valid U.S. driver’s license. The process is unclear and inconsistent, and customer support only provides generic responses without real solutions. This platform is not reliable. I do not recommend it.

Binance used to be good until they released BNB. Now they only list garbage mean coins/ pump and dumps, but don’t list world changing utility coins (like Kaspa). They’re scared because they don’t want competition on their exchange with BNB (as if there’s not enough money in the world for both to thrive).

When try to login this iOS app it shows incorrect login details. I tried resetting password, cleared cache but login not works in app, same password works in desktop

I NEVER write reviews and I am NOT new to crypto but figured I’d go ahead and get a Binance wallet since all these casino apps say it works easier with it. So alright why not right? Mannnn fkkk alll that it hasn’t even been 12 hrs and im already down 34$ in random fees and although ALLL the way verified had my BTC on hold for a minimum of 20 hrs since I downloaded the app 4 hrs ago I can’t transfer money that I transferred to the frkin account minutes ago man don’t waste your time if you short on patience, or time or if a couple dollars actually means something to you!
Stole my money and no help
Binance made me go through transak to buy crypto. The purchase charged me and went through saying success but days later no crypto and my wallet. Also no view of the transaction on the app. even with email confirmation than the transaction went through transak and binance they still refuse to assist me saying giving me many lines of excuses along the way. Do not trust with your money in 2025.

Binance has a form to fill out where you can select the reason you’re using it. I selected to “pay” for things with Crypto. I later find out that isn’t an option after they took their fees from me. I contacted support who told me I also can’t withdraw my money for a week. So I Binance took my money, refused to give it back, wouldn’t let me withdraw and wasted my time.

The app does not receive transfers from other wallets and their “customer service” is not helpful at all. You will lose your money. DO NOT USE THIS.

I deposited Toshi and converted it to bnb. After the conversion i have not been able to withdraw or log in on another browser. If I click deposit or withdraw on cash or crypto options I get “Something went wrong, please try again or contact support if this continues” this is ridiculous. I never had issues with Coinbase, crypo.com, or kraken. I decided to give binance a try and this will be my last time ever using binance 😡 my advanced verification is also complete so I have no idea why this is happening. I have not gotten any emails about my account being restricted. NEVER AGAIN. PURE TRASH 🗑️
Just terrible all around business
They claim 0% trading fees, but they make it up in 3% slippage in their favor. Entered into a market order, and when I confirmed, the price miraculously jumped 3% in the UI and executed the order. I did not accept 3% slippage. The spot price came nowhere near that high all day. This is legit robbery. Crooks.

I’ve been trying to create an account for over a month, and honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an app.
I sent every single document they asked for - multiple times - including photos of myself, my ID, my driver’s license, PDFs, and all kinds of personal information. Each time I contacted support, they made me start all over again from zero, as if nothing had been done before.
I feel like they just played with me and wasted my time. I understand and even appreciate that they have a high level of security when creating an account - that’s great. But please, don’t play with users this way. If the account can’t be approved, just be honest and say it from the beginning.
I only wanted to use the app for small purchases online (through Binance payments), nothing complicated. If I had known from the start that it wasn’t possible, I wouldn’t have wasted weeks sending the same information over and over again.

Sold my coin without permission
Transferred fund. It showed the balance but later found out the transaction was not successful. Instead of informing me, they suspended my account and sold my coin without permission at the lowest price when the market is crashed. It took several days for them to reply and right after I got an answer, my coin were sold. The customer service told me to lock the account to prevent my other coin from getting sold, but after I locked they can still sell my coin. Just like that, in a few days, I lost more than $2000. They use AI to answer your questions and they tell you different stories each time. I have never had this issue with Robinhood or Coinbase. Binance might be good in Chinese market, it is very immature and very unprofessional in US market. My suggestion is avoid using this app if you can.

Do not use this exchange!! Their owner was previously arrested and sent to prison for fraud and Binance is still committing market manipulation. On October 10th they crashed the market. Fraudsters. This exchange should be investigated immediately. They stole billions from innocent people. People lost so much money that they committed suicide from this and now Binance is trying to save their company by only refunding 1/1000th of what they stole.
