POP UPS
Why are there so many pop ups when you log on, it’s beyond annoying! I just want to play the game not close 15 pop ups every time I open the game! It’s annoying and getting worse!

Stop with the pop ups throughout the game. I’ve been playing this game for 15 years and the ridiculous amount of pop ups to just get started is unreal, then after each round it started too, is absolutely insane. So many people in the game rooms are complaining about the same issue. Fix it or else you’re going to be losing alot of players who have been here for years. Also, the rooms aren’t even fun anymore. It’s so hard to get a bingo and win anything. I know that’s how bingo works but it was never like this, yes it was hard before but to take months to finish one room is insane. A lot of teammates and people in rooms are leaving because of this issue.

Let me tell you. I spend $46 and just spent 2000 credits on 120 credits each game. I’m not spending big here. Not one bingo and that is with paying $250 on this game this week alone.

Pay your whole paycheck to play!
I used to really like this game. But now you can’t even really play without spending money, and I’m not rich, I don’t have an extra 50 dollars to play a phone game. I just want to relax and play my favorite phone game, but instead developers refuse to make games for us to enjoy and have fun with- but create games to make the maximum amount of money they can. Screw the customers enjoyment, right? Like there has to be a middle line… i get on, there’s no way to earn extra credits- so I get to play 1 game, then off I go again because you don’t even give red tabs or bingos, and the cannons don’t do anything. It’s just saddening. You find a game you really like, and it’s just made by a money hungry developer. Give us more FREE to play with, please. :/ I just want to play. I don’t want to spend money. I just want to have fun.
Don’t install
The bingo is nice and creative, but is impossible to get credits. And you will ruin yourself buying them. What they give you daily is not even enough, they also steal credits all the time when the game crashes and don’t return them. Overall too creative but too difficult to play
GOLDEN CARD
The new golden card is nothing but a way to get players to use more chips. The wins if you get any that is are terrible. The chests on any game play are worthless anymore. PLAYTIKA the GREED is HORRIBLE! Getting 1 thru 5 consistently is Ridiculous. Let the game be fun again.
Used to be more fun.
Requests from friends are always pending approval now. I have spent thousands of credits and the hard numbers never seem to come up. It was more fun when you at least had the chance to try for them.

there is literally no point in playing this game unless you’re gonna spend your own money. it’s impossible to ever get bingo, I’ve had the game for a few days now & can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve actually gotten a bingo. yet somehow other players seemingly get bingo immediately. not worth the time!

This game is absolutely terrible. You never have enough coins to play and when you do have some you never get a bingo. I’d have to collect daily rewards for a month to play for a good hour. It’s a terrible game and I wouldn’t suggest it to any of my friends or family. I’d give it less the half a star but unfortunately you have to give at least one to even rate it.

To it may concern. I tried your app and I’m very dissatisfying with your method to attain any level. And withdraw funds from my bank to gamble on your site and you never explain that in details. Don’t waste your money on a membership
I cancelled my membership because I am not paying $14.99 a month for exclusive games that you can’t play. I just waited an hour in a VIP exclusive game for 3 more players to join. Why pay if I can only play the games everyone else can? Plus I spent a lot of money on this game only to have people call BINGo after the first number is called which tells me it rigged and the creators are shady. Don’t make it so obvious that your game is a scam.

Another day of the same BS yay so fun! NOT! Have been playing this game since the very beginning. Since the owners that are there now have had control, they have become the most hard headed, ignorant, non negotiable, dense company. They stick to their, “It’s random computer generated luck” line when we ALL know that it’s BS. Every single day, every single month, and now every single year somehow that random generated luck misses me but continues with the same people, or bots should I say. It has become extremely boring. I would absolutely not recommend this game to anybody anymore because the longer you play the less you ever get anywhere. I’m a daily player, and the last 8, EIGHT menus I have not been allowed to have the luck of completing. No matter what I try. Please, tell me how that’s fair???? Don’t worry I’ll wait……. Every day that I log on, play a few rounds and then log off because I get nowhere, is another day those new lawsuits that I’ve been contacted about seem awfully true and tempting. If I’m not going to get anywhere ever in the game, then I might as well record my findings and at least get some money after all these years.

I HATE that new game so much that I would rather not get a bingo then daub what I need to play it. I tried closing out the game so I don’t have to play it but you’re forcing me to play that horrible game. When you include an X so I don’t have to play that game I will change my rating. I want to play BINGO, not that stupid side game. It’s bad enough I can’t get bingos, or the items needed to complete a room, or ingredients to complete a dish, but forcing those of us to play this annoying side game is unconscionable.

This is the biggest game of crooks two more bingo with green stripes, running through them that it wouldn’t accept no one fixes it. No one responds and love the game, but it’s a piece of junk.

This game is straight up BS. The game only lets you win when it wants. Once I win several hundred coins, I don’t win again for 10 games and it drains them. Notice that whenever your timer hasn’t reset yet that you get a ton of numbers, then when it’s ready, you get none? They give you a wild card when you can’t use it for anything, I can never complete ANY of the mini games because they are either too difficult to gain the pieces or they just change it to a different game when you get close and you can’t earn anything worth while because they want you to pay. And how many pop ups can they throw in your face at one time? The answer is 16. Such a crock. There’s no way you’re actually competing with other live players. Here’s proof: Every time I log in it says at the top that another user is logging in as well and it’s the same user every single time. The odds of that happening are astronomical. The numbers are targeted to your play. And when you’re actually close to winning, the number of bingos remaining drops from 30 to 0 in 3 seconds when they were dropping one every few seconds before you got close to hitting bingo. It’s a joke of an attempt at bingo. It’s an pathetic dive to get you to buy and buy. Deleting it and adding a real game.

I’ve been playing since 2014 and the game no longer feels fun or relaxing. There are way too many pop-ups every time you open the app. Coins/cash have become almost useless while important power-ups are locked behind gems. Bingo rounds end too fast unless you spend boosts, and the constant monetization pressure takes away from the experience. Older versions of the game felt balanced and enjoyable. Now it feels overwhelming and pay-to-progress.
Really wanted to like it.
It puzzles me how someone can have bingo after only two or three numbers have been called! It seems kind of fishy to me.

Fun app, but If your spending your winning
This app started out great, now I see unless you spend money on diamonds etc. they will drain you until you have nothing to play after winning a couple. Also it’s not a coincidence that so many people are battling for days for the same card numbers on the same levels, that’s very concerning. I’ve noticed it myself I had almost 3000 bingo balks I’ve played about 8 games won 2 a now they are just eating my bingo balls, so many people in the chats are looking for the same numbers and have been battling for days for it. This is not a good look to keep people playing your bingo game. Once you buy a package. They give you a couple bingos after that they drain you to buy more. Same with diamonds this has been a pattern. So find a free bingo game to play if you’re not trying to have to pay to play.
Weird updates
I’ve played this game for years and it keeps being updated to this weird lay out. It gets worse and worse. It used to be so fun and addicting but after the UI changes in the last two -three years make it so annoying. Il have to find another bingo game unfortunately
Horrible support
After playing this game for 13 years, there was a problem that arose. I contacted my account manager and support and got absolutely nowhere after a month. A shame because I had really enjoyed this game for that long.
Fun but lags
You’ll be in the middle of a game and it will freeze saying your connection is bad but it always happens when you’re about to win or get a card to finish your set. I’ve changed my Wi-Fi settings to see if maybe it is the connection but yet it’s still the same they make it so you buy things. I’m personally over playing for that simple fact of screwing over the customers playing the game.
Annoying
Game is literally rigged to make you spend like you’re gambling. The credits are hard to come by and even if you buy thousands you might still not earn that photo you need. Been stuck in a room for months now. It’s a fun game but it’s a shame how they’ve made it. These corporations/gaming companies/devs are just greedy.
