Absolutely Ridiculous
This game has sunk to new levels. There is no incentive to play anymore for your VIP players that have gotten your game to where it is. Players that have been loyal for years have no reason to play anymore longer because it seems like you dream up reasons to ruin the game experience for us. Update by update you take away things that that incentivize us to continue supporting your game. That really isn’t smart because we are done.
Shame on this company
So I've been pretty active for about a year and a half. This game says it's free but they've made the game almost impossible to play for free and finish the albums of cards that are important to the players. They've made SO many changes that instead of having fun playing, I'm angry. Just yesterday they yet again showed how money hungry they are and changed the gold card trading day basically eliminating the chances yet again of finishing their albums that everyone looks forward to finishing. If you play, plan on spending at least $100 and up a month. Shame shame Bingo Frenzy

This was a lot of fun and I enjoy playing. Over the last few months they made changes that make impossible to win without spending a ton of money.
Really did it this time
Today without adequate warning of a major game change bingo frenzy changed the rules to their favor on a gold trading day. This limited members bigotry to move forward and to ultimately win the game during the period. This change has already resulted in chaos nd multiple derogatory comments. I am planning on leaving a game I loved for 3 years due to unfairness and greed.

This is not an honest game, they honestly only want money and keep taking the good parts of the game away without any notice

Game used to be fun to play but greed by company has taken over and it’s incredibly hard to even finish a book or side game now. They have sucked all of the fun out of it. 10/10 do NOT recommend

This game is horrible! It is like a real casino in that it gives little to no rewards for the time or money you invest! Bingo Frenzy only cares about your money!!! Please find another bingo game.
Worst game ever!
They had made so many changes that is almost impossible to win. Unless you are willing to spend money. This game changed for the worst. Do yourself a favor and find a different game.
New Owners are Greedy Cheaters
I have played this game for over three years and made lots of friends. About a year ago, the game was bought by a new company. The costs of extras has greatly increased while the rewards have decreased. Long-time players are unappreciated and discouraged daily. I suggest finding a game operated by another owner.
HELP IGNORED!
I have asked for help over and over again due to a lost account over many days. I have been a LONG TIME PLAYER FOR OVER 4 YEARS at a high level and spent a lot of $$. Beware that there are not real human beings behind the scenes. All they want is your money. The game was great while it lasted, but if you have a glitch, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. DO NOT BELIEVE the platitude they wrote below in response! After weeks of requests inside the game and a baloney email they sent to which I responded with the same information I already repeated numerous times, there is still nothing. I wanted to update my review again. BEWARE! No one cares about you!

Kind of fun but annoying
They’re going to reply to every negative review saying the game is not rigged, but it definitely is. If you bet really low you could win back to back, but once you bet high you lose every single time. Also the pop ups are ridiculous.

If you want to play a game that WAS fun and WAS competitive and has great graphics, this is the game for you. Most players are frustrated with the behind-the-app controls (check the FB page and the comments!) The They squeeze players and it becomes frustrating when we know it used to be fun and exciting. Shame on the game controllers!

Don’t waste your money
I’ve played this game for a couple of years now. Would take a break, go back, and on and on. I spent more money than I care to admit. You rarely break even on any given round. The amount you have to bet in order to finish side games just drains your balance in 2 rounds. I don’t mind spending money for games that are enjoyable and entertaining. This one no longer is. Please don’t get suckered into this game like I was. You will waste so much of your own real money, for nothing.

Disgusted with the recent drop rates. Paid real money for gems and power-ups, only to get zero bingos for hours. The game feels completely rigged to drain wallets lately. Stopping all purchases until this is fixed.
No fun anymore
Like I said, it's no fun anymore. With every update you have made it increasingly difficult to even get a bingo no less win the side games. It's impossible. Hate it.

Customer service is nonexistent! I play on Thursday morning, went to play Thursday night and when I opened the app it started me at the beginning all my tickets, diamonds, friends, club gone! I was at level one! I’ve been contacting support multiple times each day with NO RESPONSE, I have missed out on final prizes I needed especially since album ends in few days and now being unable to play I will not be able to finish. Hard enough as it is to complete album now that they changed everything, and getting a bingo is a rare event. Don’t bother downloading this game, try another one they will take away all your years of work and not respond

If you don’t spending money your gonna get frustrated when it steals all the tickets you have repeatedly, and after awhile that’s all you do is lose tickets bc you can’t bingo bc they won’t give you the right numbers don’t waist your time on this stupid game

Ever since the most recent update with the increased tickets I can’t play more than a few minutes. I used to be able to keep playing for at least an hour or more.
I want to play the game not waste all my tickets on one round to get absolutely no bingos.
And forget side challenges. Might as well not even try.

Frustrated!
I got all the regular cards for the last album. I won three wilds, but had nothing to use them on since I don’t buy the album that costs real money to unlock. I had over 800 stars, but couldn’t use them since I had all the regular cards. I needed 1000 stars to get a gold wild card. Now that the album has changed to a new one, all of my stars and wild cards are gone! They should carry over. I was loving this game up until this point. I would have scored it much higher if this hadn’t happened. It is unfair that I spent all that time playing to get all of those stars only to lose them. I don’t even recall seeing any warnings that they’d be lost if not used. At least give a popup in the game on the last day of a current album that any wilds or stars will disappear. Or you could give players that amount in diamonds, especially if they have that many stars. My diamonds go so quickly because I use the power ups whenever I can, so 800 diamonds wouldn’t last too long lol. Once you get all the regular cards, this rule of the wilds and stars not carrying over to the next album makes continuing to play kind of pointless. If I had known I’d lose all my stars, I wouldn’t have played as often. I’m not sure if I want to keep playing anymore.

This game used to be fun to play. Now you can’t play for more than a few minutes. Winning anything worth a darn seems impossible. If you get lucky and get a big win, do not expect another one for quite a while. But don’t worry. The game continuously has pop ups on spending real money with flashy sales to get more tickets that you instantly lose. Not worth it. You might as well drive down the street throwing money out the window.
Get ready to lose
This game used to be fun and you would win constantly all of a sudden there is no more winning and many more offers to purchase packs to play. Deleting app.

I downloaded it and the first thing they wanted was $2.99! What’s up with that or don’t I understand
