I’m leaving this review as a player who genuinely enjoys the game, but I feel obligated to speak up about a serious and ongoing safety issue that needs immediate attention.
As a female user, I have been targeted on a daily basis by multiple accounts attempting to move conversations off the platform to other apps with requests for personal photos and videos. Some of these interactions have been persistent and clearly inappropriate. The nature of the messages feels predatory and unsafe, especially in a game environment that appears to attract a wide range of ages.
What is even more concerning is that my profile photo is not provocative in any way, yet I still receive this type of attention consistently. This raises concerns that users who may appear younger are being specifically targeted or assumed to be vulnerable.
I have reported and flagged numerous accounts, but I have seen little to no meaningful action taken. After discussing this with other women in my bingo league and across global chat, it is clear this is not an isolated experience-many are encountering the same pattern of harassment and scam attempts.
This is a serious safety issue that needs stronger moderation, faster response to reports, and better protection for users. If this continues to be overlooked, it puts users at risk and undermines trust in the platform. I strongly urge the developers to take this seriously and implement real safeguards before this escalates further.

Too hard to earn tickets to play
I keep waiting several days just to earn enough to play games. In fact I went to playing one card at a time and still can’t earn enough to play. I give up. It was fun while I had some tickets. Every day you only earn 40 tickets not enough for even one card. Way too stingy.

Horrible Algorithm
The game is a lot of fun. The algorithm is bad. They increased your winning now but if you have a large amount of tickets you will consistently lose. I been playing for 4 days straight just to see in four days I only won 5 times. If a double daub is displayed I will not get another number. Horrible algorithm.
I had over 200,000 tickets which most was purchased. I darn near lost them all. No one should play this game and get suckered in like me. Save your money. Such a shame

How dumb do you think we are?
This was my favorite, but the developers pulled a “playrix township” stunt. They “gave” us more tickets but raised the price by a ton!!!!! You guys are totally screwing yourselves, you’re going to lose a ton of people by doing this. By the way thank you so much for making this game easy to quit now!!!!!!!!!!!!

No longer fun
This game used to be fun and entertaining, now it takes all your money without any bingos. It’s silly how much money you get when you do get bingos. Your winnings shouldn’t equal the cost to play! I would not recommend it is a waste of time! They try to hard to force you to pay to play and unfortunately are losing players. Change the algorithm
I’ve been playing this game for a few years and always enjoyed the balance of winning and losing. It kept me engaged and coming back. But lately, I can’t seem to catch a break. If you can’t win at least some of the time, what’s the point of playing? Fix your algorithm.
They messed up
With 3000 tickets I used to be able to play several games. Now yes they are giving more tickets for a win but wins are so infrequent that at best I can play one game a day and it’s usually a losing game. Less wins and more expensive game I guess will save me a lot of money. I’ve been playing for a year and putting money into the game but now I think it’s time to quit and find a better bingo game. Good job screwing your loyal customers and yourselves. Greed got the best of you.
What's going on with this game?
The level I'm on required 1500 tickets to play two cards. Now, when I go in they want 16,000 tickets. I'm not buying tickets to play. But, I'm sure going to miss it 😢

So, game is played maybe 1-2 rounds on 1-2 days a week, then you spend the rest of the time begging others for cards to complete sets to get more tickets. Guess, what, in round numbers you need 400,000-600,000 tickets to win enough to complete an album with winnings at 100,000 prize tickets, so get your nice friendly begging game in gear.
The win / loss ratio is poor, I gather behind the scenes they based on whatever criteria move you in and out of having higher ratio. Image going through ten rounds or 40 bingo cards and getting 1 bingo. And to win the gold/king cards for the games you have to bet really high, like at least 1000 tickets per card, if not more.
Bummed, met some nice people, but so many are just annoyed, seen so many leave.

Used To Be The Best Bingo Game
Playing out my tickets and then will move on to another app. This used to be the most fun bingo game out there. With all the changes and greediness, it has become impossible and unattainable. They really should read the comment sections and understand a lot of people are starting to hate this game after years of loving it.
Disappointed in the changes
I have been an avid and loyal player of this game for a long time. I have spent lots of money willingly to have fun playing. The recent changes they have made to this game are horrendous and have turned playing very unpleasant. Before you could play for quite a while, the games very fairly priced out, the side games made it fun…now however the games to play are horrendously over priced, the side games you can’t even play anymore because the charges to play a minimum to enter are outrageous. What they have done is take a great game we all had a chance to enjoy and turn it into an unaffordable mess. This was my favorite game… I doubt I will be playing much longer. SHAME on the developers for wrecking this for us all.

Started playing in October and it took a while to understand all the mechanics of the non- bingo stuff but it was fun and to be honest, frustrating at the beginning. I spent some money on it because it is fun to play but you couldn’t play for long. Then each time they made updates the layout would be hard to figure out each time and the art would change so it would feel off. It’s like how the change grocery stores to keep us running in circles. Now I’ve had good days and bad days on the game and I’ve raised my level decently but now I don’t even want to play. I’ve played every day since October but this recent update makes me want to just jump out of it. Hate the new layout and this clear change to the wins is aggravating. This blatant cash grab is disappointing. Who wants to stare at a bingo game and not daub anything for too long and then throw all the tickets away? I don’t begrudge the people working on this game their paychecks but it really makes me less likely to pay for anything. Why would I spend more when I know it won’t help? I’ve gone from playing for an hour or two to only getting about five to ten minutes of play. Why should I even bother playing it anymore?

When I started playing I really enjoyed it. While I didn’t always win, I wasn’t bothered because it seemed balanced, and fair. Then they made a big announcement “ Now you will get so many more tickets!!” Isn’t that great? No, it’s not. It’s not a flex to give 10x more tickets when everything costs 15x more to play. It’s also much harder to achieve “goals” and acquire necessary diamonds and power ups (without which you have a drastically reduced chance of winning a game). Even the in app purchases are worthless because you only receive enough for one more game, unless you buy a ridiculously overpriced bundle. If things don’t change I think I’ll just delete the app and go back to bingo blitz!
What happened?
This was my favorite game, I've literally played at least once every day for 2 years. Sure you would lose at times, but you also won, and it was great! Not anymore. After this latest update it is blatantly obvious that they changed something within their system. All you do is lose, game after game after game. When you finally do happen to get a bingo it's still not enough to break even on the amount of tickets used, then right back to losing again. I played this game because it was fun and enjoyable. Not anymore...now it's just frustrating and a waste of time. Who wants to play a bingo game where you never win bingos? Change it back to how it was before!
Love but glitchy
I love this game but recently the called numbers stopped flashing and my ticket wins are literally zero and my guess it it does this to make me buy more. I’ve fallen victim to this in other apps and won’t do it here
Used to be fun
I enjoyed playing this at first, but now, I seriously have gone four or five games without a single bingo. It will call five or six numbers, and I won’t have a single one of them. And you have the same people keep always getting bingo. What is the point? Why do you expect people to keep playing if you make it so unbalanced?
Ticket Amounts Went Way Up?
I absolutely loved playing this game but I noticed last week that all of a sudden it cost so much more to play a game. For example, it used to be only 1,000 tickets spent to play 4 cards and win up to 7 ingredients. Now it’s legit 16,000 tickets to play 4 cards and win up to 7 ingredients!! Change literally happened over night. Have no idea why but now I can only play 1-2 rounds and exit out where I literally could play for hours bc I would have enough tickets. I will most likely uninstall the game if this is the new normal. It’s ridiculous to expect people to spend that much for one round. You’re losing a loyal player.
