Purchase a package for tickets and they took my money and I never received my package,I enjoy the game but the support is very poor.
Fun no more
Used to be fun. Now more frustrating. Continuous quest to complete puzzle, but you get tons of opportunities to get duplicate pieces. Nearly impossible to complete cafe orders because you need tons of 1 ingredient, but hardly receive it. In the meantime you have thousands of an ingredient you seemingly don’t need for any order. Club Battle now have to get a minimum score to win anything. And the “Contact Us” option is a useless robot.

Imagine my surprise when I log back in and the 6000 is gone when I didn’t even get to play. 0/10
This game is a cheat!!
I like this game but I barely get any Bingo’s.. then when playing how is it possible that once the first ball two balls is called 3 ppl have already one a bingo which doesn’t make any sense. Then the game updates and makes the number ppl winning bingo go much faster the timer can be at 70 with one ball called then jump all the way down to 24 then another ball is called timer is now in red at 10 counting down to 1 in less than a minute HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE FIX THIS GAME IM USING ALL THE MONEY IN EARNED IN GAME TO LOSE EVERY ROUND EVEN WHILE USING POWER UPS THAT DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE
Annoying
The games go so fast and you don’t get a chance toactually get bingos I played for 2 hours and only got one bingo that whole two hours this game is a waist of time
Fun-Free Cash Grab
This game was fun once, but over time, the developers made it harder to play without paying more and more for the privilege. The more you level up, the more it costs (in fake and then real money if you choose) to play even one round of bingo. The latest update ensures you will be stuck in and endless, futile circle of trying to complete a puzzle where the developers refuse to make the final piece available, instead expecting you to play round after round of bingo in the hope you will invest some real cash to get that final puzzle piece. No thanks. I deleted the app instead. Play Abradoodle Bingo instead of Bingo Journey. It's a much better game.
Awful, don’t waste your time
If you enjoy playing bingo where you NEVER EVER get a bingo then this is the app for you! After a month of daily play, albeit minimally unless you want to pay for tickets, but again every day for a month, always playing 4-6 cards at a time, I have only got a bingo 8 times. It’s rigged and forces you to lose to use up your daily free tickets so that the only way to continue playing and I assume win by actually getting a bingo is to give them money.
UPDATE IS AWFUL
This update is horrendous. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review until now. This update is the worst thing you guys have ever done. The price of the bingo rounds went up and the winnings are lower?? Also the price of extra daubs went up as well, you can’t even collect puzzle pieces the same, now there are duplicates instead of just giving new ones?? It’s really annoying I’ve been playing this game for 5+ years and I’m ready to throw in the towel.
Changes
I just discovered the changes ,they are awful!! The game is no longer fun,. Please go back to they way it yesterday . Examples ,The old format was great , you could choose the “ chip” type, the bingo cards were easier to see .
Fine… until it’s not.
Anyone know how to actually get to app support? The link goes to Facebook and then does nothing. Anytime I contact support, they act like I’m stupid and recommend the most obvious thing to do on my end, which I’ve already done. They have zero interest in fixing your issues or issuing back-benefits that their glitches have cost the player.

Constant errors & Incredibly racist
Not only do they make it near impossible to play without spending loads of $$! But the game like to take ‘entry fees’ and the game stalls/never starts- sometimes you get a fee refund- more often not- and there is NO WAY TO CONTACT customer service. They make it impossible.

Getting Bored Super Fast
Been playing a couple weeks, but the game is getting very stale and boring quickly. Can’t make food there’s never enough potatoes. They want potato for everything. If you have none, neither do your teammates to help you! Rewards and how often they give you wins are poor. Having to play 7-10 bingo games for one puzzle piece is a snooze fest. I make real money on my cash bingo app. Why am I playing yours for? While it’s cute for awhile, it just starts dragging. Bro fix your stuff cuz it costs too much and I can see that so I hoarded and I’m not without, but you sooooo boring! And stop changing the selected puzzle piece option in a city to the present. If I press the puzzle piece that’s what I want to play for. Literally watching it flip to the present so you won’t let me win one lousy puzzle piece in maybe 50 played games? This is why I stopped giving you money.

I have played this bingo game due to the bunnies pictured how ever the game dose not have the graphics shown it is quite plain and dose not look anything like toe advertised at all not the actual game features fake game

ANNOYING
Why is it every time you want to move to a different mini game you have to X out of the same 4 screens every time. So annoying. Even some of the screens you have already done the daily challenge but still have to waste time x-ing out so annoying. I would stay with the game longer but too many screens to x out of

I thought the game was fun, didn’t win a whole lot, but oh well…until the second section when they started talking about global warming. Sorry I play bingo to get away from politics, not get more of it. Uninstalled.
Customer service
I have tried to contact customer service several times and no response. I made a purchase and never received the items purchased and very disappointed. I have been playing this game for some time now and I used to enjoy it.

I’ve been playing about 4 years. It used to be fun, now, it’s so hard to earn anything. It’s boring. Used to get customer support, never answer now.
JOKE
Tried this again after deleting. Absolutely horrible and not at all fun. Doesn’t matter if you use every power up you can in a round…NO BINGO! Even with an instant being the first power up! This is a rigged money pit and I’ve never spent a cent. Which is obviously why I can’t ever get a bingo. So obvious.
Game has changed
I use to love this game, however, rewards have changed. It’s hard to go forward or win prizes. It’s basically fixed so the wins are far and few. Don’t spend money on extra items because it’s not worth it. Better games available in the App Store.

People can’t fix the mask battle event bingo games as well.
New format yuck!
Used to be fun to play but the new format of numbered puzzle pieces is garbage. If you aren’t willing to buy tickets to play you get nothing. if you get more than half the puzzle pieces the new ones you need rarely come up and if they do it’s almost a guarantee you will loose and have to cycle many times to finally get the puzzle you need and then you don’t get a bingo to finish the puzzle. It's becoming a joke and head ache to play

Used to be fun
Ive played this game for years, I mean years! It’s gotten to where I NEVER win a game. I might get enough to play one game a day. Maybe! Can’t make any food because everything costs so much to make, I’ve spent tons of money on this game and that is the only way to get anywhere. It used to be you could never get enough power ups, now I have like 4,000! Now you can’t get any coins to play. I honestly love this game, but it’s getting to where it’s not worth it anymore.

Update not working
Updated app and nothing works now. Please fix it. I lost a bunch of coins from nothing loading correctly.
There’s no way to turn off music.
I turned off the music, but it continues to play. I cannot stand playing this app when I have to listen to the music. I tried turning all of the sound off and the game had already started, and I couldn’t catch up. I would like this game and give it more stars if I could just shut the music off.
Fun but frustrating
This game would be a blast if the play to win ratio was better. It’s not even realistic and you have to spend so much in-game money to continue on the journey. If you wanted to buy a pack, they’re insanely expensive. I don’t even mind spending on mobile games but I know it will just be a waste of money because the purchase wouldn’t even last long enough to make it worth while.
There are fun mini games and I enjoy the special bingo rooms but it’s not worth it to play in the long term. They’re very stingy with fake money.

Fix the club glitch!!!
This game use to be fun. Now the club battles are glitching horribly. A new one starts and other clubs are at 1k or 2k and that’s at the very beginning! Please fix it.
Can’t Join a club
It’s not letting me join a club anymore. So I left the one I was in because there was never any response from club members. I had them pick a club for me and 3 times they put me in the last one I was in and left each time. Then I got a message thing saying I have to refrain joining clubs now. Is this a forever thing or will I be able to join in a day or two?

This is the worse bingo game I have played!! 1900 bingo dollars spent and NOT one bingo game won! Pathetic!!!!!
Bottomless cash hole
Look-this game is probably the most engaging Bingo game out there, with a lot of razzle dazzle, but unless you spend lots of money, 90% of the mini-games and Bingo wins require tons of cash. If a bingo card costs 200, you might win 20 (you’ll lose 180 even with a 1st place bingo). This game offers NO sustainability. You MUST spend money for power ups (get 3 numbers for a boost).. the gems system for them are absolutely ridiculous. (I’ve done it-multiple times) Spend $15 for 120 gems which will disappear inside of 1 game. Seriously !?! I love the Deep Sea battle bingo, and it’s my favorite bingo game of all apps, but having just played 25 rounds over a few days, I HAD to close the app from the disappointment of losing every gain plus some. You’ll get 100% more return buying 93 octane gas for your 5 mpg car. Too bad.. this game screams ‘a sucker is born every second’
Not happy
I have been playing this game for at least four years. Ashamed to admit that I put at least $30 a month into it. Why is it costing more to play less? Why did you double a lot of already already ongoing issues? I noticed when I do pay for better options? It actually gives me less chances to win. I’m lucky if I get one bingo every 10 games. Let alone get a puzzle piece.
In the store, why did you change the price from 50 coins to 500 just to get not very many purple diamonds. Not to mention you made it harder to even earn coins through the legend guide.
