There are times when they think it’s someone in particular that lost Wi-Fi or could be the game or something turned up. They can’t have them play on used cards and have them fill them up and make it so that other people can’t have a bingo. They aren’t being fair to everyone that is playing, people can’t get behind people and steal money from people’s gadgets when they don’t use money in the app. The game is rigged because of thieves, here and there you can’t watch videos for parts and times 3:00.00 middle and sometimes space in between the videos it would also be ready. But still why goes from a certain area until the very next day no matter if you spaced them out or not.

Sucks
Game used to be fun but all recent changes making it impossible to enjoy. And when game freezes and crushes developers won't make it right by returning your tickets no matter how many times you write to them. All they care now is your money and not make it right by you so you actually want to come back

Scam! Don’t pay for packages
I have spent a total of less than $30 for packages on this game and they charged me a total of $65 without giving me any extra perks. I have sent screenshots with the correct amounts and they claim they are right. Do not buy anything unless you want to be charged at least double for what you actually tried to spend.

So I feel like this scam bingo is somehow related to Bingo Journey which is another awful, scammy bingo app with a lot of terrible reviews. So it isn’t completely false advertising, you don’t have to watch ads and you get daily tickets for free, like every other bingo game out there. However as you progress it steadily becomes more expensive to play and this app literally forces you to use up the daily “free” tickets by not obtaining any bingos with them and then if you’d like to continue playing you will have to spend your real hard earned money to make a purchase through them. It’s beyond aggravating that the puzzle pieces you need to complete a room and move on are beyond rigged. Once you get down to needing only one piece to complete the room, it takes weeks of playing to obtain it bc of course there’s a payout for completing the map/location. These people are absolutely horrid, avoid this one unless you enjoy playing bingo and you enjoy NEVER getting a bingo.

This game has become a money grab. The deals are horrible. You have to play an absorbent amount of time in order to level up. I refuse to pay for anymore extras. It’s not worth it! Oh, forget about getting the cards you need to complete a chapter! You’ll never finish unless you’re willing to pay for a huge amount of tickets.

One of the worst bingo games I’ve ever played, I’ve never felt motivated to write a bad review until now. Game is pay to win, you almost never get puzzle pieces, and worst of all, I’m constantly being robbed of tickets I’m constantly under 1000 or at 0. Absolutely rediculous.

I have been playing this game since at least 2018. It was always fun and enjoyable until the recent update. It is almost impossible to get the puzzle piece you need to complete a room now. Some days it’s near impossible to complete the daily task without making a purchase (which I will not do now). Ohh and why do the tasks go from classic to epic, shouldn’t they slowly increase from I don’t know classic to super and then epic? Just another way to get all of our tickets! And the win rate is nutts. A task was win 4 bingos and it took me 12 rounds, 12! You are going to lose a lot of your long time loyal players because you are being greedy. And what’s up with these Luxury Edition cards that I complete the entire albums but then I have to pay to get the prize?? Such a money grab…STOP IT

I’ve been playing this game for years and it was great until the recent changes. All the duplicate puzzle pieces and never get the piece that is needed. You are now just like the rest of the bingo games! Please go back!
Not Fun Anymore
If you like to lose, this is the bingo game for you. This used to be my favorite bingo game. They’ve changed it around too many times and now I lose 95% of the games I play. I personally don’t find it to be fun. There are much better bingo games out there.

Update : Just wanted to give them a shout out. The changes of this game have been deplorable. I have been playing for years and the greed has gotten out of control. You have taken away all opportunities to earn tickets. Change the algorithms, so it is quite difficult to even earn bingos. Your questionnaires are useless and slanted. you ask questions that are not all things being equal. You may give something but you’ve taken away three. Our family group in total spends about $1000 a month $12,000 a year. And because of these changes, we have all agreed that once we ran out of tickets, we are all leaving. $12,000 may not be a lot to you but times that by many other groups., and you have priced yourself out of the market. Moving onto other games that are more reasonable

I have bought a pass from this game. Somehow it got messed up and was deactivated. Was told wait till next pass came out (28 days). I notified them to reactivate (as they requested) 2 days later still no response. They have my money. And I am left with nothing! Support is a joke. Computer generated answers. This is the worse bingo game I have played. And I had been playing this for a couple of but it has gone downhill a lot lately. Not for the players. They only want your money.
Changes are too greedy
I had this game for YEARS. With the recent changes, bingos are sparse and the game is no longer fun. After 6 or 7 years, I’ve deleted it.
Zero return on investment
I have played this app for 7 years. It was extremely enjoyable. However, the fun has significantly declined as the costs to play have increasingly climbed. It’s not just about the cost. When you do receive rewards they are ridiculously insignificant. To get any meaningful rewards you then need to play side games such as “luxury” to get a chance at better rewards… this game has become a disappointing sham. I am going on a Bingo Party diet and may eventually stop playing completely…sadly. What a rip off.

Currently there is a lot of bug and issue I had paid for tickets and never received them also went to play a game and it just continued to call numbers, never actually let anyone win, I have lost a lot of tickets recently and they are not easy to get!😢

I just wanna say to all those that have actually met and won their goals. Congratulations. As for me, I am leaving this game and KashKick. I have played or tried to play multiple games it would not load all the way to play them; or I would not win any levels when you’re playing bingo, you can only win if you’re giving a fair chance with the numbers being drawn and in my case and one game alone 19 numbers appeared that were not on either card I had so there was no way I could advance in that level and it happened. Multiple times. So respectfully, I feel the app KashKick and any games that appear with this app are scams
Deleted this garbage
This is a total joke! Very rarely do I get a bingo and IF I do it only gives you back the ticket cost. The daily tickets given are enough for 1 round unless you want to PAY TO PLAY to LOSE!! I’d bet that most of the 5 star reviews 😂 are fake. I wouldn’t spend a penny on this. Good luck.

They delete your progress
Ive been playing this game for about 5 years and ive spend a small fortune on it. They delete your progress and you have to start completely over. Its happened to be more than once. I’ve had so much lost on this game, I’m deleting it. F U Bingo party. You get greedy and dont appreciate the folks that keep you going!!

I have played this game since 2021, I am on level 583, I have put plenty of money into this game!! I know how to play it. But all of a sudden I can’t want to bingo life. Constantly crashing in the middle of bingo game and then they take my tickets, don’t give me any of the roars that I actually got while I was playing the game. This has been my favorite game for the last three years when I emailed support they gave me 400 tickets and suggested I play a different room to win more!
Fun but cheap payouts and spoil it.
This would be a five star game if the prizes weren’t so cheap and they weren’t actively creating ways to make you lose. I really enjoy it but it’s a blatant cash grab by the developer. I get you’re trying to make money but the amount people have to spend to play regularly is absurd. And your prices are expensive considering what you get for them. If a game costs 1800 tickets to play the potential payout can’t be 450 tickets. Even if you win First bingo you only win 900 tickets! And the daily ticket prize is 40 tickets- you can’t play anything with that!! So in order to play more than 1 or 2 games a week you have to spend an obscene amount of money buying more tickets. The prize should always be more than the cost otherwise why bother? The game has also glitched on me quite a bit which has cost me countless tickets and lost games. When I have reached out they have corrected but for all the times they fixed it, there were even more times that I just didn’t bother bc it was happening too often. The newest glitch is either a major error or a new “upgrade” to out and out PREVENT you from winning games. Halfway through the games the powerup button DISAPPEARS. It’s happened for the last two days and they haven’t responded to my support request. So even if you have tons of power ups or win unlimited power ups they completely disappear and it’s virtually impossible to get bingo. So bottom line is game is fun but they need to fix the glitch or stop actively rigging the system steal tickets and money. Otherwise I’ll use up all my tickets, delete the game and take my money to a game that’s more fair and honest.

Puzzle Formate
This new puzzle format absolutely bites. Takes too long to finish a puzzle and too many repeat cards. There should be a way to trade in the 5,000 duplicate cards for one you need. seriously tossing the games off my play list!
Used to be fun but Now too difficult to advance
It takes way too long to complete a puzzle. I could get 10 bingos in one game and not get a single puzzle piece. That’s ridiculous and takes the fun out of it. It used to be a great game, but unfortunately, I feel like greed has taken over. Based on the reviews since the update, uI’m definitely not the only person that feels this way. Hopefully they listen or they’re going to lose a lot of loyal players.

I loved this game. I really did. Then the last update happened, and it stopped being enjoyable. I went from 300,000 tickets I had saved up down to 20,000. The daily bonus isn’t enough to play a game to get good puzzle pieces. Oh, and by the way, you rarely get pieces you need now. Never mind that it’s extremely rare to get a bingo at all. Thus you watch your tickets drop. I do not purchase anything. I can’t afford to buy tickets and gems and other things they try to press you to buy. So now I’m forced to not play for awhile to rebuild my tickets. May just delete the game and find a better bingo game where the algorithm allows for more wins.

It started fun, but they have 15 side quests which you cannot play unless you pay.

I loved this game but it’s hard to play now because you hardly win anything good. I can barely get 3 games in now. Everything costs money even the lotteries for extra tickets. It’s all about money now that’s really sad. Now the game doesn’t give you the puzzle pieces you need anymore it just gives you random ones you already have.

i have been playing since 2019 i like the game and really enjoy all the side games an special ones but the daily bonus is 1500 that is really low for as long as i have been playing then because i haven't enough credits to play daily they decreased my daily bonus so for that reason alone i am looking for another game otherwise love it no issues

Obviously all about money. Not once was an instant bingo number called and 32 cards, not one bingo. These kind of dirty tactics forcing pay to play ensures I will not spend one penny on this game.

I was excited to find this game at first but unfortunately your tickets to play run out within a week and then the daily amounts you get aren’t enough to play for more than 5 minutes a day, maybe a couple games. In fact, the daily bonuses don’t even cover the cost of 1 game. You rarely win bingos and you never accumulate enough items you need to play the side games and win anything. It’s a pay to play game, not free play!

Impossible game
This game was ok up until about level 35. At that point all of my tickets were gone after consistently losing. The daily check ins and other rewards are pretty worthless because you get next to nothing as far as ticket amounts…not even enough to play. Need more power ups? Oh, those cost a lot of gems that you probably don’t have. Don’t waste your time on this game. There are plenty of other Bingo games out there that actually allow you to play.
Regarding not receiving my tickets
i finished the album several dayx ago but still havent received the tickets i earned. i have written to Bingo Party several times and they wont answer my emails or give me a response.anyone else have this happen to them. why play this game if you cant get your rewards. might as well play another bingo game. im an older person and i enjoy this game but no reason to play it if they dont honor their promises.
Overcharged
I have been playing this game for two years and I make a couple of purchases a month. I just made two $5.99 purchases and was charged $20.11 when I should have been charged $12.70 (including sales tax). This overcharging scheme has happened before. I’m pretty angry about the greed of overcharging for a few bits of electrons and coding. I’ve written to Apple before without a response.

Cannot get anywhere without paying
It’s impossible to play much after you spent the initial influx of tickets. Getting a bingo gets harder as you go and when you get a bingo, you are lucky to get back what you spent to play. I’ve only been playing for about a week and I have run out of tickets. You get a few tickets to start daily, then you can get more every hour but they are small amounts and you would have to check in hourly for 5+ hours each day just to play a few games. Today I was able to play one 4 card game, 2 single card games. I’m now too frustrated to play anymore.
