Ridiculously Expensive
They charge so much for just a few cherries, making it impossible to play for more than a few rounds. They charge more than games that give you real money prizes. Not worth it.
Not happy
I’ve been playing this game for many years. The game starts out fine but by the second or third game you lose the caller you can’t hear anything and you hardly ever win first place or second or third very disappointing.

Another cash grab
Have tried 3-4 downloads over the years. Same cash grab as everything else now. No opportunity to play the game without having to pay. It’s a shame too. I like that this one isn’t story based or that it doesn’t require a ton of side quests.

What has happened very sad
I don’t see how this is 4.5 judging from what I see on here.This used to be a great game! Now has turned to a money grab it is asking for money before the game has ended you have to close that to see the cards! I have to collect cherries for days to be able to play for one day anymore. I am ready to give up on this game. I had I team not that I know they must have gotten fed up with the situation and left the game and one person does not make a team. Wish there was more to do to get people on the team if you are going to have them not just oh other bingos have them so we should too and that should be enough

Scam and sell your info
The tickets are a joke. Anyone else ever wonder how you go to level 5 or even 9 yet never got their cherries. Taking screenshots doesn’t help either. Then they say you collected on a random date. I’ve wasted years on this game but if they are not going to pay out after ticket exchanges and earning pets then what’s the point. If you call them out you best believe you will not win nothing then. As soon as I run thru the few cherries I have left I’m reporting them for scamming to every level that will take my complaints

Fix and keep it fixed please
Was fun for a couple weeks with actual payouts and then you “update” and now I can’t win anything.
I play more if it doesn’t seem like a shady money grab. I’m going to need to find a better app at this point but would love it if this was actually fixed instead.

Can’t get cherries since update
This use to be so much fun. Since update it’s almost impossible to get extra cherries or mega bingos. Use to live this game. Very disappointed
Ads After EVERY GAME
Not only do you have to earn cherries or buy them to play now after EVERY GAME it asks if you want to watch an ad and if you hit yes by mistake it is so difficult to hit the x after the ad is done. This game is now unplayable. Don’t even bother downloading it.

They play the same old style music with every game even the Halloween games! I was expecting scary music but you feel like you’re warped with the music that plays in every game.

I was enjoying this game until I connected it to my Facebook. When I did that I lost my standing, all of my 70,000 coins and over 600 cherries. I got to about level 8 before I connected to fb cuz I wanted to make sure I would like this game. And now the app won't allow me to disconnect from fb nor will it allow me to delete my account. So I am just deleting the whole app

I have never gotten any of the prizes promised after moving up a level. Without doubt this game is rigged. It’s impossible to get any more than either 25 or 55cherries when you spin the wheel. And never when you pull the tags down on the one game have I won. I won’t even play anymore.I used to have so many cherries and I play everyday and they are dwindling. I would NEVER buy anything from this game. I’ll play until I run out of cherries and then I’m done.
Scam n greedy
This could actually be a great game love it however, you have to spend your paycheck in order to continue to play you hard to get freebies. They promote something and and you still can't win they promote their Facebook page. Come get freebies, but that's once every six days has potential but pathetic. Hope you're happy scamming customers.

Changing the the pet machine was a terrible idea. Such a rip off. All they want is for you to buy cherries now instead of using your tickets to purchase them. I did like the game now I just think it’s absolutely asinine. Also you will never win any of the collections unless you spend money.
Greedy game!!
This is the most greedy game I’ve ever played. You take DAYS/WEEKS to build up enough cherries to play 1 game and you get NOTHING back from it! You exchange tickets and get nothing but duplicates for your troubles! EVERYONE is ALWAYS missing one of the collection items to make a set for a chance at 200 cherries. You NEVER make a complete set of cards to win more than 100 cherries when each game costs well over 100 cherries. The more you buy, the more you lose with this game! It’s a HUGE rip off. Don’t waste your time even downloading this game. You will be VERY frustrated if you do!

Seems this is the same response you give no matter what the complaint. You say I should invest in some power ups. Why, so you can line your pocket? I’ve had games there I had 3 instants on each card. Of course, all the numbers AROUND my instants were called. The only way to play the game for any length of time is when you run out of cherries, delete the game then reinstall it. It’s the ONLY way I can play more than a game or 2 at a time! Don’t waste your money. It isn’t worth it. Edited. So now, instead of getting 700 cherries for new players, they offer 105! Still costs the same as 700. Just one more way to screw people. I guess I should mention that I have played this game for several years when I had my desktop computer. The changes they make do nothing for the players. This is not a game of luck, as most bingo games are. This is a game where the more you pay to play, the less you get in return. What they don’t seem to grasp is that most of us know how easy it is to rig a game like this. It is programmed by humans and can be programmed any way they want it. EDITED: So today I played and got several labyrinth pens but didn’t use them all at once. Had to take a break, came back about 30 minutes later and gee, all my pens were gone and the challenge started over. Seriously??? Bunch of stinking greedy thieves!! Edited: Ever notice how they don’t allow you to post screenshots in the comments? They don’t because then you would see how pathetic this game is. I have dozens of screenshots where the only numbers NOT called were the 4 with bingos on them and my labyrinths. Most times my bird never leaves the nest.
The game is not opening
It’s not letting me play the game I’ve tried restarting my phone and exiting out the app and I’m still in the loading screen ? And it’s no update . Please fix the game it’s been like this for a week.

I am an avid Bingo player and am a vip in games such as bingo blitz and others. I really enjoyed jam city other game tbey just closed with only 3 weeks notice. I was very angry because I spent a lot money on bibgo infinity getting yo a high level especially the last 3 months and what I bought was worthless.
They sent me to bingo pop, said they were sending me a lot of coins and tokens to get me to high level to make up for what I lost in Bingo infinity. I olayed a couple times and didn’t enjoy this game nearly as much as other. It’s very boring
So SPEND money to increase you vip level, as you dont know if JAM CITY will cancel game and all the money worthless.
In the past with other games like clash of clans when they decreased effectiveness of hero’s we get them to return us money and apple took action . Please write apple if you are one of those screwed by jam city on bingo infinity. If enough of us do it tbey will return money and go after jam city.

What has happened? Why are all 4 cards in the same screen? This is impossible for me.

I had deleted this game over a year ago because I would spend and spend and never receive enough cherries to keep going without spending even more. I downloaded it again a few weeks ago. I don’t even want to know what I’ve spent over the last few weeks. Now it’s even worse. I can play 20-30 rounds and maybe get 1 or 2 bingos. It’s truly ridiculous. I’m so close to pet rewards and yet it never happens. Obviously this is being controlled/rigged. So sadly I will be deleting this game permanently after I submit this review.

Recently anytime there’s a pop up, or in a screen I’m able to make a purchase the same message pops up. It’s very annoying to have it pop up many times in a game. Also you need a greater cherry payout or more ways to earn them. Unless I want to spend money sometimes it can be days before I have enough to play.
Puzzle pieces
It’s ridiculous how it takes 200 plus games to solve a puzzle. I even play 4 to 6 cards at a time. 6 of my friends already deleted the app because of it and I’m so frustrated that I am about to also. Each card should have at least 6 to 8 puzzle pieces on each card minimum
Not worth it anymore
Unless you are putting real money into the game by buying cherries/coins; you will not win anything substantial. I used to love this game and it’s now overrated.
No reason to keep coming back
So frustrated with this game. I’m at level 959 so I obviously love to play. I’ve spent so much money over the years. I rarely get bingos and there is no incentive to keep coming back. It’s my favorite bingo game but I can only play every few days because each game cost so many cherries and the return is so small. A real bummer
Hate the new updates
I have been playing for years, and have enjoyed the game. However, the most recent updates are dreadful. The “new” format looks like a game from the late ‘90s. The menus are not user friendly. Overall it feels as though the game is regressing, and becoming more geared towards a juvenile audience.

I downloaded this game two days ago and I’ve had fun playing but it’s extremely difficult to get a Bingo and I’m already out of the cherries needed to play. I’m not spending money this early in so I’m deleting it and moving on. I see many reviews saying basically the same thing. Maybe one day the developers will take notice and make some changes.

Better the way it was prior
I used to play this app all the time, now when I log in it is just super frustrating. Yes you can earn daily cherries to play other rounds but I miss ticket redemption giving you additional cherries to play rounds with. Also I can no longer watch videos to earn rewards and the payouts are very low now. You also have to play a ton of games before you can advance to the next “level”. I would delete the app but figure I have already invested this much time in it.
Not as fun anymore
You can play rounds and rounds with no luck or cherries. Even when you spend money you can’t achieve. It’s only a game don’t be so stingy with things like cherries that really mean nothing you you guys
