Getting more unfair
With each new update you guys are getting more and more greedy. And it’s getting harder for those of us who are poor especially during Covid to actually have any fun and satisfaction earning new daubers and other rewards. It seems like you have to be rich now to be able to do anything. I liked this game in the beginning with 100% free games and you could get lots of club balls and other awesome rewards in events. Now though, what is the point? If you don’t have money to give these people everyday, I wouldn’t waste your time.
Don’t waste time
The glitches are numerous, it’s not random (although they will say it is), game crashes all the time, support doesn’t respond when you have issues, they just say sorry when they do, waste of time time!!!
Poor support
Cannot get into the app after downloading. it stops at the welcome screen where it asks for your age but no matter how many times I try to enter age I cannot enter anything. So can’t get into app. Pretty poor setup if you can’t even get into app after you download it.

Game downhill fast!
This game use to be fun..now it’s impossible. Crashes, no help from clip wire, can’t get what you need, have 10-20 times of designee items except what you need. The game is rigged..don’t get this game!
Game cheats players regularly
If a player wins big on a game, the game withholds the winnings claiming that there was a problem and returns just a few credits if you ask a dozen times or more. Be aware that they try to force you to have to pay for the game if you want big wins.

Loved game initially 4 yrs ago. Has turned into pay pay pay to advance. They reduce all the rewards. Cheating also abounds from global teams. Just a drag now

I’ve played this game for many years now. It used to be fun but if you were looking for a fun game this is not it anymore. You get bombarded with ads, the cost of tokens or anything if you choose to buy something is ridiculous. You get on the team that you like and they’re hoping you stay because of that team. Their puzzles are the same as they have been for many years even though they say new ones are coming. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made the same puzzle over and over. They started something called Royal blast that just takes all your pinks. You can’t win and you just lose every token you have trying. But that’s OK they’ll sell you more and the cost are for the tokens and the pinks are expensive. It cost a lot of tokens to be able to play. All the games now when you’re playing you have to shut down an ad when it the pops up in between each game. They want $1.99 a month to make this go away. Since when do you have ads in between games? Everything costs so much it really is not worth it. They will not change and they try at least once a year to get more money out of us. If you’re looking for a fun game, keep looking these guys have gotten too greedy and do not care about fun…
No support , frequent mid game crashes
What has happened to the support with this game . I have lost 1280 credits over past few months with no response from support . Like the game but am ready to delete it .
Can’t open due to update request
Every time I open, it tells me to update. I hit update now and it takes me back to the open page and then it wants me to update. None of it works.
Player "Support" is non-existent!
I have been playing this game for close to eight years, and every time I've had a problem or heard about somebody else problem that they need to contact support on they have the same result as I do, NOTHING.
Clipwire's support is nonexistent. My game crashed almost a month ago and I was eventually told after messaging support, sometimes two or three times a day, that if I gave them my player ID, they would be able to fix my account and all of the lost progress I had would be restored. After two weeks, I was able to eventually find my ID from an old teammate, which I provided to clip wire. That was two weeks ago my account still has not been reactivated nor have I received any acknowledgment that they even received it. While I was waiting for resolved, I created a new account. Well two days before the new event started, the new account crashed and all THAT progress was lost as well and I am back to square one YET AGAIN! Don't start playing this game and spending your hard earned money like I did only to lose everything, twice, and be ignored the entire time.

This is a pay to play game. HORRIBLE! Those who were able to play free games, with blackouts and fun can no longer experience that. They have ruined their game but the 5&6 *** players are hooked and won’t leave their team of many years. So sad JIPWIRE came to this. Go play something fun that promotes team play and winning. Pay to win!
I went to play a game and it said I have no inventory. I didn’t know what to do, so I exited the game and tried again and same thing. I then went to main screen and had a look around and powerups and I had little of them. To get them I need real money.

Takes too long to get enough resources to be fun. It’s a bit glitchy.
This game is PAY TO PLAY
This past year, ClipWire has changed the game to a “pay to play”. If you don’t make a purchase, you are BOMBARDED with CONSTANT redundant ads, and in between those ads, banners come up saying “MAKE A PURCHASE TO STOP ADS”. But that only stops the excess ads. About half of them play anyhow. It used to be a fun game, but now, if you don’t pay, ads take up 2/3 of your time. If you leave the computer and do something else for a while, the ad will be waiting for you, or will repeat several times on its own. If you complain, when and IF support gets back to you, I swear they dog you, making sure you don’t get enough of the event items to advance. I give the game a 1 star because in theory, it could be fun. But not at the price you have to pay every month. Walk on by.
Too Expensive, Used To Love This Game!
The game has gotten ridiculously expensive, I used to love this game and played it for years. I took a break from playing it for awhile and came back to everything doubling in price and it’s just not as enjoyable as it used to be. Probably not going to be picking this game up anymore, I used to spend money often on the game because the money spent was worth it, now it’s just crazy!
Too expensive, less bingos
If you wanted people to play and spend money you’d listen and allow for more bingos resulting in more tokens. I used to spend money on the game but now barely play because it is so hard to advance. As one other person wrote, there was a glitch last year that resulted in winning a lot every game for about a month. Since then the developers have punished people by making it so hard to win at all. Terrible zero stars actually.
Zero Support For Issues
It is sad what this game has become. Now, to rub salt in the wounds, support has become none existent; it is now just a chat bot. So few people are left playing and the same teams are left winning everything week after week. Glitches, zero support, and expensive games. I guess the joke is on me for still playing until now.

Terrible customer service
I used to love playing this game, BUT, they have way too many ads now. They make you watch an ad before the game will load every single game. If you watch an ad to double your score, then they play another one before you can play the next game as well. They have an ad for $1.99 where you are supposed to not have to watch ads for 30 days. But they take your money and still make you watch the ads. It’s a rip off. Contacting support does zero good. They won’t even reply. I do like the concept of having clubs to play with. But the number of bingos you get per game and the rewards are way down from what they were. I’m a long time player and becoming very disappointed with the game. Lots of crashes, low rewards, etc. dismal at best these days.
Very unhappy
I have played this game for almost 10 years. I’ve collected & purchased several dabbers & I opened my app to play 4 days ago & everything I’ve worked for is gone. The game opened up as if I’ve never played before. Where did 10 years of data go??? I can’t get anyone to respond when I email developers.

Frustration bingo
That should be the new title of this game. Used to be so much more fun before they got greedy, now you never finish a challenge. They give you so many duplicates and you wait and wait for that final item that you need and never get it, we used to get so many bingos that we could cover a card totally and get extra points for a blackout bingo. Haven’t had one of those in months. They want you to spend money to play the game. Frustration Bingo. If it weren’t for the friends I made I would’ve quit months ago.
Jumped the shark
This game use to be fun you could move through event rooms get rewards. Ever since the new year they’ve totally changed it. Rewards are minuscule the chest if you land on one gives you like 3 bingo tokens. It’s a shame that they turned into money hungry and that fairy to shoot the arrow ridiculous totally jumped the shark
GAME IS RIGGED
Do not download this game unless you want extra angst in your life. It is expensive, and when you win event items, and spend $ your items are not debited to your inventory. You ask for proof, but the give you some data sheet. Zero TRANSPARENCY, they will cheat you.
Glutton for punishment
Hey Jipwire, I left for a year, and just recently signed back in, and guess what ? Your morals regarding your loyalty to your players has not changed, its actually gotten worse. 2 years ago, when you would start a new event, I could get to the premium room within a few days. Since THIS present event started, I have only made it to the 3rd room. Your prices have skyrocketed, but the rewards aren’t worth spit. Not to mention its actually impossible to get more than 5 or 6 bingos in a single game. The chest opens and out pops a blue chip, maybe 2 but youve spent 40 on a game. Long story short, Im done with your rip off game, and I hope those reading this ( that is, if you have the ba**s to post it ) will walk on by and not bother with you.
HATE the new changes!!
Once again...there’s an update...and my tablet has “updated” it multiple times...and it continues to say I have to “update”. While I like this game, there are so many issues that are in the negative.

HOWEVER…they’ve recently made so AWFUL new changes…it now next to impossible to even earn enough on your own to play more than a couple of times per week!! Sooo, it’s GOODBYE again unfortunately. Worst game ever
I used to play this every day, but in the at LEAST the past 6 months or more, it has not been a fun game. I’ve waited for many months, even after doing the ‘best rewards’ 320 tokens, to get ore than 1’sones’. Even if it shows up on my boxes it doesn’t go through. It used to be so much fun to play, but it has turned into money grubbing App. Once I’m done using my tokens I’m going to delete. I’ve had to contact ‘SUPPORT’ with never ending issues. Going to look for a ‘fun’ bingo. Very disappointing
Was my favorite
This game was my absolute favorite. Now since their most recent update, I have to delete and reinstall this app every 24 hours if I want to play on my iPad. I installed it on my iPhone, which has the same operating system and there are no issues. So what is be done to fix this? My understanding is, I am not the only one with this issue on the iPad.
Free bingo play gone & ongoing glitches with loading
This used to be a fun game but they removed the free bingo play and now it has a bug that they don’t seem to care to fix. In order to play this game I have to uninstall and reinstall this game every time because it will not load otherwise. I contacted support multiple times with no response and the issue continues to persist.
Expensive
I played this game for several years. It was fun and could be played at no or little cost. However, it has become cost prohibitive to play these days. You can easily spend $1,000 a month, and you do not even win actual money or prizes, only game tokens. It is no longer fun to play and results in spending lots of money.

Long time player here. I hope people are reading the most recent reviews! This game has gone from being my favorite by far to my least. I used to recommend it to people.. not anymore!! Why? Because all they have done is take things away and deliver an exceedingly poor game experience. Glitches abound too.

Too much purchase advertisement
I had a personal issue with purchases. Firstly, I feel that the only way to progress in the game is to buy their packages. With most of there updates there are tooo many issues that are not in the player’s benefit. They give you a little but take away a lot! I made purchases recently where this weird update popped up when I logged in. I purchased 3 packages for $4.99 and I received NONE of my items. I contacted support and they ignored me for days and still never resolved my issues to this DAY! So play cautiously because they may ROB YOU TOO!

I have been playing this game for the last 2-3 years and the game has changed. Hard to get bingos. You can’t get anywhere in the other events. They have made it so you have to spend money! Not worth the money and frustration!

ZERO STAR IF I COULD!!!
I have been playing for years and it use to be fun. Now it is a total waste of time. I have been messaging Support for 5 days now with no reply. There is NO ADVANCEMENT anymore at all. There have been issues for well over a month now and tons of player’s complaining and nothing being addressed. I have NEVER had such a bad experience in any game I’ve ever played. So extremely disappointed. This game could be great but the developers just don’t care. So very sad.
Going Downhill
This game used to be a lot of fun but has quickly gone downhill. The game is now not offering any winnings, collection pieces, or anything you need to advance. When you contact support about the glitches, they give a canned answer back that has nothing to do with the question you asked. This game used to be very popular, but people are leaving it by the droves. If they would allow the players to actually win something, it might entice them to stay and spend money.
Not Free
Don’t let them fool you when they say this game is free. They give you very minimal items per day to keep you playing but you can never progress through the levels with the minimal amount they give you each day. So it’s only minimally Free. Know that going in

This game is a lot of fun, and I used to love playing, I have a great team I play with but they have made it impossible to get anything and everything costs A LOT!
