I have reported that this game shuts down in the middle of playing and quite frequently. Sometimes, when it shuts down, you lose your rewards and have to start over.
UPDATE: After numerous conversations with support and their claim the programmers are working to fix the problem, the game still shuts down and you lose all your rewards. So you have to start over. I’m beginning to think this is intentional.

Disappointed
I've been playing this game for months and months. I worked up to a level where if I ran out of time, I could watch a free video to earn an extra 30-60 seconds and it was like this for WEEKS. Now, that privilege is gone and when I run out of time, I have to pay 900 coins to continue on or lose my steak. BOO-- don't give that privilege or option to then just take it away. It's enough to make me walk away from the game permanently I'm so turned off right now.
Bots
The game is fun to play and has reasonably priced add ons. My complaint is that it is so obvious they have you playing against bots for 1st place in the trophy and weekly win tournaments. The ‘first place player’ magically wins another game only when I win a game. I can walk away for 2 hours and our wins will be the same but the second I play a game, the ‘player’ also won a game.
Overcharging
Great game , except when you purchase coins you are being overcharged and not what the game is advertising as the purchase price.

Don’t fall for the false ad. Game is nothing like you see in the ad, it does not have the mountains of drops.

Your game could be pretty cool if you fixed the HORRIBLE lag in it, and you stopped the data mining. It’s bad enough with the ads after every level but draining my battery completely down to steal every drop of data info to resell is desperate. I’m deleting your game

Went through first levels well but once you get near level 20, there’s really long ads between each level and it’s just like every other hole game. Nothing new. Deleted within an hour.

If you enjoy being crapped on when you’re trying to relax play this game which, like every other hole game, has bombs. Good job at being a copy cat of the dozen other hole games out there

Why do all these game companies, given the opportunity to make a fun game, always make it super complicated and put roadblocks and pay walls in everything.
I’d pay $100 for a version of this game without the timer and bombs, and without the “lives”… that would be a fun fidget game. This is just a money pit with flashy colors that tries to hide behind 10 events at a time. Don’t be fooled, by the time you get to level 100 it’s pretty much impossible to win consistently. You can’t zoom out on the map to plan your route. So you have to guess where the stuff you need to collect is distributed.

I enjoy playing the game, but I think it’s totally unfair that they put the bombs on top of the item you’re trying to gather so that you can finish. Then you have to play video after video after video to get more coins so that you can continue on. That is so mean and unfair.

As soon as you get a certain amount of lightening or hourglass time, as soon as it is over you have lost all the ones you had. What the heck is that about. You don’t take away what someone has played levels to win.

It’s also unfair how the rewards are say 1000 coins for events and they are few and far between and how boosters costs 1200 coins and an extra life is 900 coins. It kind of tries to force you to spend money. Very devious.

I get you need ads. Started out great but as the game progressed, the ads were longer and after every level. Not sure I like the game enough to dish out the money to be ad free. If the ads were even after every 5 levels, I would keep playing. They sucked the fun out of the game.

As much as I want to love this game, I can’t! Not only do you have to watch an ad AFTER EVERY GAME! It’s a long azz ad. Each ad is damn near 2 mins And the ad is a lie. Like king match or something or the game with the abused lady and her kid 😫 those games do not play like that. The ad shows you the special game that come after 50 plays.

I like the game ok but there’s lots of similar/same games. I tried it because the ad said game had NO ADS🙄, wondering how that could be true. It wasn’t. Just like all the others. So if you see that ad don’t fall for it
Not balanced
It’s fun for a while, but the way it’s balanced makes it too annoying/costly to keep playing. You need power-ups to beat half of the levels, yet the rewards are not big enough to allow you to buy the power-ups at even half the rate to keep playing without spending $. I’m all for paying for a good game, but not for constantly pumping real money into it. I wish one of these games and their clones was fairly balanced. So this is yet another “hole” game that I’ll be deleting.
To many Ads
I love the game but an Ad after every level is excessive and going to be the cause of me stop playing. An Ad every few games would be much more enjoyable.
