This used to be a good app....Now to get rewards it makes you watch ads that take way to much time. It also puts you in a never ending loop/ Dont waste your time

Literally the worst game ever how is it that the dealer draws 21 every hand in blackjack, how is it that every pair is higher than yours in set poker and how is it every time I pick red or black it’s the opposite every time. You pay for chips and then lose it all in 4-5 hands of anything

The only hand I get dealt is a 15 and the dealer ALWAYS getting 20 or 21. You got me hitting on 19 at this point. Don’t give us the luck bs. It’s at the point where it’s a bug or it’s rigged. That’s why you’re never touching my real money.

“Luck is the only thing that determines a player's wins and losses in the game.” I’ve seen 5 4’s that have been dealt. It’s hard to believe that it’s truly unbiased and fair.

Game sucks , the house has a 10 like 90 percent of the time and she usually has a 19, 20 or a 21. Table wins like majority of the time.

There have been too many times where I’ve noticed how rigged blackjack is. You will always land between 12-16 starting off majority of the time. If you hit you will always bust majority of the time. Dealer rarely busts majority of the time or always gets above a number that you have. Some players will instantly join and get 21 multiple times in a row. Very unfair game

Not that your loosing real money but you come here play some blackjack just to have some and you lose 60%+ of your hands, even if you play by the book. Then you play poker and every table to go to players will go all in before cards are even shown making it no fun.

I was trying to be unbanned for giving a friend chips in a poker game and didn’t know it was against the rules and instead of letting me know its a violation and warn me to not do that. Support just straight up ban me and block my messages . Play this game all the time and wasn’t aware of that rule . Didn’t want to lose the one game I really enjoy playing . Loyal player and get an unfair result. Understand the violation but the result for a first time offense is a permanent ban? Seriously ?

Algorithm is fixed so the dealer wins at least 70% of the time. You will not win anything playing this blackjack game. They say it’s fair play but there is no way a dealer wins 7 out of 10 hands every time. It’s just not reality.

The deal always has two 10 or Ace and a 10 black jack. And you always given these offers to pay for chips.

How can the game be fair if the dealers first card is a 10 90% of the time??? And every time I have 12-16 the next card to draw is ALWAYS 10???

Has some pretty cool objectives, tournaments, and games but if you are looking for a fun platform that mirrors real casino play this AINT IT. I was looking for something just to play when bored.
The algorithms are adjusted so the house wins even more than what each game dictates. Blackjack for instance already slightly favors the house. When you play this version and the dealer gets 20 straight hands of 18 or better without busting it’s comical.
Seriously check it out. If the dealer shows a ten in any fashion they are guaranteed to show 20.
I know you’re going to say that this game is run by random number generator blah blah blah. That’s not possible.

The game used to match you up with actual people for spades partners. Now it’s just bots and it seems like they play to intentionally make you lose the game. DO BETTER!!!

The dealer can get 21 points for seven or eight consecutive times, while the player will lose more than ten times without interruption. I have never encountered such a situation in any casino or game. It's too targeted, so this is a failed game and the experience is extremely poor!

It always makes the house win, sure you get a couple wins here and there but then you start to realize the game cheats you because no matter what hand you got the dealer has it better. You’re lucky if you keep winning without having to go do the “play other games for more money” thing cause it cheats like crazy, I feel bad if you put money into this.

It is very obviously rigged against the player to sell “piggy banks”. In blackjack specifically, it isn’t uncommon for the dealer to pull 5 card 21’s when you’re sitting on a 20. I will never play or download this game or any game from this developer again.
Roulette is also rigged to hit spots that you don’t have chips.

This game is scripted and it’s quite obvious. It’s a money grabbing scam to make you want to buy more chips to lose again and again.

At higher levels you are promised a Host that will help you navigate new or complicated games, not true. AI Jane will show up for a question or two, but she/ it takes a permanent break after that. She promised me 10 billion for their error. Never heard back or received.

I am uninstalling this game, due to the amount of losses that happened. Once I hit 1Mil chips and I’m betting at least 100k I went on a huge loss streak. It was one after a mother the dealer would get 20 or 21s for at least 10-15x in a row. That’s not remotely possible. Does not feel good once that happens. So just going to uninstall.

I’ve been playing this game for a while and I knew that something wasn’t right. More than once I’ve written in to the game to ask questions and each time I’m told it it’s fair play that there’s nothing rigged even when I would point out specific things and now it’s much more aware that this game is rigged so people lose and have to spend money.1. The game banned my account because I won 10 million chips in profit in a public Texas Holdem match and gave me no explanation to why!! I had 7.3 Billion in Chips this is so frustrating I hope this company loses everything one day!!!!!

This app has no exit, you will need to restart your phone to get out of the app? Also it has no time in the app so be next to a clock when playing and when you are trying to find the exit out of the app.

So, after purchasing chips, playing other games to get chips, for maybe a solid 3 weeks now and being an ACTIVE REAL PLAYER, I’ve noticed a few things… I enjoy the game for what it is, and just for context I’ve sat and played at every table, and almost all tournaments btw. I’ll give a pros and cons list.
Pros - Decent poker, blackjack, slots, sports betting tables. A nice variety of tournaments. Seems like you get humans to play with more often than not with certain games like the tournaments mostly, and usually the hands are pretty fairly distributed when talking about winning chips. If you play smart enough, you can come out with some chips. Easy ways to get free chips and other incentives. Obviously ad watching, game offers etc.
Cons (important) - There are certain games that do not have enough players, so they end up compensating a lot with bots. Please do not try to comment on here and tell me they aren’t bots either, you’d be insulting my intelligence and any other human with a brain that works.
For example, people hardly play spades on this app, so alot of the time your partner is a bot who has no idea how to play. For example, they’ll be the last player to throw a card, and let’s say the suite is hearts, and 3 players have put down a 7, a Jack, and a 9… your “partner” will actually throw down a 10 before they played a King of hearts. You might say okay?! What’s wrong w that if that’s all they had.. well nothing, but then you’ll see on the next hand they actually had a King of hearts (which they end up throwing for some reason) on the next hand. Which means they could have easily won the trick on the previous hand. It’s almost like they deliberately want you to lose (the bots) Most of the people they have for that game are bots 100%.
Sometimes it’s not even gambling, it’s a deliberate hit at your chips(thank goodness these are not real) Also, some of the hands seem highly unbalanced. Like you know how a real casino will let you know how many decks they are using? Well, this game doesn’t and you have no idea how to tell if you are seeing more of a deck than you need to see if you catch my drift…
Also last thing Let people enjoy your game with the peace of mind you guys actually use RNGs. Cause I couldn’t find information on that anywhere. I also had some glitching issues, twice, and unfortunately was met by an extremely rude support staff person whom told me that it was 100% my fault and they couldn’t do anything about it. Huh? So I guess I’m leaving in the middle of a 1m chip tournament on purpose? At home, with perfectly good wifi? This game billed my card $2.99 without me confirming a purchase. I refunded the purchase via apple and they suspended/blocked my account as final with no way to discuss the matter.
They will fraudulently bill your card be weary.

This review might get taken down, but this app is by no means “fair.” Kamagames support claims their RNG is authentic because the “game algorithm hasn’t been changed” (Their RNG certification hasn’t been valid in 6 years) but refuses to give players an audit to verify their claims. The support team does not care what you think and provide no transparency whatsoever. I brought to their attention my concerns, pointing out the issues above, and was basically met with “Yeah we don’t care what you think, just trust us that our game is fair.” In extraordinary amount of unnatural sequences in hands that shouldn’t even be remotely possible. Anyways, anyone reading this take this as you will, but please do NOT spend money on this app.

Every time I play black jack I keep losing more then I win I can never get either a black jack or a higher number then the dealer the game needs improvements because I can’t Even play black jack anymore without getting mad please try to make black jack have more odds because the odds of me winning is actually the most unfair thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

Cons of Blackjack:
-Game crashes constantly and customer service was not inclined to be bug the program.
- I’m sick of being dealt 12s and 13s only to draw my next card and have it be a 10 value. The ratio this happens at is insane.
- The dealer will get on a hot streak where they get exactly what they need by 1 point to wipe out the group. This happens A LOT.
- One person at a table is a winner, and everyone else will lose. This happens a lot. I’ve been in both positions, and it doesn’t seem natural for it to happen as often as it does.
- The character’s hands they use to play their cards don’t match the gender they picked for their a avatar. We should be allowed to pick what our hands look like or they should match the gender we assign ourselves.
- I’m tired of playing with people named “Guest”. Everyone should have to pick a nickname before being allowed to play their first game.

This is a fun game at first but will systematically make you lose if you are not watching enough of their ads or paying for chips

in spades, the players are not real anymore and the bots know what is in your hand! The player who is in your team won’t play to win sometimes (dude had ace and didn’t use it) So you’ll lose. Winning and losing is on x4 and x8! So it is not fun anymore!

It is a fun app. You have plenty of options and you do have ways to make chips. However, no. There is no fair card distribution. If you go higher in chips, stay away from blackjack, they’ve rigged that part of the game. You will have long losing streaks in other part of the game but that’s when it wants you to buy more. Just beware
