Got two phones with same iOS version and latest Blinq app. Both use the same account. One phone has all features and settings available, while on another almost all of them are missing. Absolutely absurd, especially since the phone that is missing almost all features is way newer.
What are you even asking money for? No way I’m paying for this kind of experience!
Not even talking about the ads they sneak into your vCard, unless you pay them a subscription. Never mentioned anywhere btw.

Charged us without knowing
Someone shared their info with us using this app. We were unaware to view that persons info that it automatically signed us up for a membership and we got billed 100 dollars for an annual membership.
Chanrged my account without consent
This app charge my 100 dollars and my bank was smart enough to stop this payment from going through because I didn’t make this purchase. I’ve called Apple to get this problem fixed and they can’t do anything about it so they have suspended my Apple account from downloading any type of apps. Apple support is telling me I need to pay this 100 dollar and it’s not 100 percent sure I will even get my refund if I make this payment. I love the business and the idea of having a digital card. But if I never made the purchase I should get my money back.
Misleading
Not a fan of an app requesting all your information, before hitting you with a number. Be upfront. I figured there would be a lesser tier, I don’t need the AI portion, only need 1 card type. You alienate people that could be spreading the platform.
QR codes stopped working
Right when you need them most, face to face at a client event. You try to show off your product and this cool tech and it doesn’t work. The QR opened the Bling homepage instead of my vCard. FAIL ☹️
Deceptive practice
They give you 7 days of trial and then just bill your credit card even if you cancel the plan. Be careful
Poor customer service
They have been very responsive with me until I asked to cancel my subscription. They sent me a cancellation link that did not work and I never heard back from them.
Update Ruined it
This latest update wiped out my business card. I will be deleting the app because of it.

I keep running into issues when it comes to saving my profile before that it was just creating my profile. This needs to be fixed ASAP

This app is not for me. I do not lead something like this. I don’t use this nor to my friends. I am not in the workplace. I’m just retired and at home. This was a mistake.

Warning
This company is not honest. Someone wanted share their card and to do so it forced me to download the app which then took over my phone and was very invasive. I tried to uninstall and did it on the 8th day and in the 7th day they billed me for a full year which I did not agree to. I requested a refund and they refused. They require you to buy the app to get a contact from a user so before you agree to take contact information from someone using the app do not accept unless you are willing to buy the app.
Disappointing
Why pay for this? Yuck!

This app appears to no longer work
Hello there, I recently updated from an iPhone 12 to an iPhone 16 and have the most current version of this application. Unfortunately, all it will do is open and get stuck on the same screen and not allow me to use the app. I really like this app, but I am having trouble using it now. Can you please look into this?
Lost All My Data Without Warning
I had my business card fully set up with all my contact information and connections. Without any notice or explanation, the app deleted everything and is now forcing me to start from scratch. All my information is gone.
This is unacceptable for a professional networking tool. If you’re going to delete user data, at the very least provide advance warning or explain what happened. I’ve lost valuable time and connections because of this failure.
Until this is resolved and there’s assurance it won’t happen again, ✅ I cannot recommend this app to anyone who values their professional information.

Tried, but won’t use
Adds a Blink link to your contact. Cheesy advertising not appropriate for a professional business card.
Purchased Premium but will can only use the free one
No support, no help, this response time is terrible.
Blinq support sucks
Cannot get phone support. Apparently the company is not doing well enough to afford it. Sick and tired of going back-and-forth on email when a simple phone call would suffice.
Second time my account is wiped
As a paying annual member for over four years, this is the second time that my cards and my account have disappeared from the app and of course it happened when I need my business cards the most I have been unable to log back in to my paid account, which is good through July of next year. This is unacceptable.

Forcing a single operator to pay for 5 seats just to unlock a basic API token or Zapier connection makes no sense. Competitors like Popl offer CRM integrations on their individual Pro tiers for a fraction of the cost. If you are a solo entrepreneur looking to build an automated marketing pipeline, you are better off looking elsewhere until Blinq stops gating basic integrations behind corporate team pricing.

Missing Cards
I performed the update and now my cards do not appear anymore. I continue to get the spinning dial saying wait retrieving your cards…words to that effect.
Bugs in your app connectors
I have utilized Blinq for 3 years now. Recently, the website redirects are down for Email Signature and “share”. Please fix this guys.
