i love the game and it’s super cool but the new update snakes the blocks look creepy and kinda doesn’t wanna make me play the original is better with a slight touch up but these ones just looks weird to me and just takes away from the original gameplay

Lost all progress
After phone updated, game glitched, force closed the game. Lost all my progress. Paid way too much damn money into the game to lose everything. Block pass, all my cards, the characters. Was on level 748 or something like that. At this point going to contact my credit card and issue damn charge back and get my money back.

I’ve purchased coins from you in the past. However I have attempted to purchase 4 separate coin packs none of them were added to my play. I waited two days for the apple recite showing I tried to buy them. You charged me for them You DID NOT ADD TO MY Play. Therefore back to title : it makes your company a thief and any future or current players should be warned about buying in app coins from you.

This game used to be amazing
Over the last like 2 months this game has gone down hill. This has been my primary game for 2 years and I used to love it! They are completely changing the game from graphics to adding in a “scary” dragon that makes it feel so much more intense. I loved this game bc it was calm and I didn’t feel stressed when playing. I don’t know what else to play and am so sad in the awful development (no offense) yall had an amazing game and you ruined it.

Liked the game until they became greedy with 3 bus schedule with impossible levels requiring you to keep watching ads

Great game, but suddenly very annoying
After level 240 you have to defeat 3 different levels, to complete one level. Very disappointing and idk why they would do that. Immediately made the game not fun and I stopped wanting to play it. I have a feeling it’s because they want more incentive to have players spend money. Which I enjoyed this game so much I paid for no ads and the premium level pass. But I don’t see myself playing this game as much so I won’t be.

So I like the game itself overall. But it’s the ridiculous ads. I understand why they have the ads. But I don’t understand why there has to be the insane amount of ads that they do. And on top of that it’s not like a person can simply press the x to get out of the ad. No that would be too easy. You have to watch 5 seconds of it and then press the x that takes you to the playstore. After that you have to press another x to get out of there to, only to turn around and watch 3 seconds of another ad, and wait for another x to pop up. You can then return to the game. But don’t get too excited, you only get to play one round before that whole flippin process starts right back over. It’s enough to make a person cringe.

Constant crashing
Love it but please fix the crashing. i’ll be in the middle of a game or of a tournament with the wind and it’ll all of a sudden crash and I’ll lose everything including a wand. Support is no help.

Un-passable levels
They offer a way to solve it for $10. They offer12 hours of free play but you never pass or win. This game is rigged. To pass a level, you have to complete two games. One is easy & one tries to make you pay. I loved this game but I am leaving
ADS
This would absolutely be my favorite game if it wasn’t for ads after every single level. It’s faster to shut out of the game after each level than to click through the ads. Plus you get maybe 3 coins per level win but it cost so much for boosters in game.
Why do they do this??
This game was so fun until I hit level 44. It’s so hard I can’t get past it. It’s described as “Super Hard” but then when I finally win, it takes you to another hard one, then another, before you get to leave the level. You have to do 3 super hard ones in a row successfully before you can move on. This means you have to go back to that first hard one and start over again. I’m bored doing the same exact level multiple times. It’s no longer fun so I will delete it and find a similar game.

By level 31 you’re not able to pass the level unless you have real money to pay for coins and once you keep leveling up the more advertisement shows.
