Without warning you discontinued the blockchain app on any iOS version lower than iOS 17 and now I have lost my wallet of over 5years because I use an iPhone X with iOS 16.6. Just like that! Worst part is that I can’t even get a customer service rep to email just bots and stupid bot questions. So not cool!!

This is so frustrating. It only works once a day. I buy some coin, then didn’t realize the fee was more so I needed to add a few more dollars to spend and it denies my charge.
This says my banking institution denied my purchase request, but I call the bank. They say they have never even received the request from this wallet.
Their security is way too much. It needs to be updated to be able to make 2 purchases in a row, it’s just not well made.

I think this app now runs scam. Cause tell me why I’ll have my withdrawal pending for hours and no response. All I keep getting is bot messages. I’ve gone through several verifications and I’ve been verified. Release my money!!!

I put in $50 for bitcoin and when I go to trade it and click sell the app crashes… like what am I supposed to do now, and when I go to the website and login it says my balance is $0.
NJ residents be warned
This fraud of an app will prevent you from sending your crypto to other wallets. Lost a lot of money selling assets and only to have to lose even more to convert to cash (which isn’t even working now). Joke
Sad but true
I tried to swop some crypto…2 years ago and my transaction has been lost since last week it finally showed up and said failed but the crypto didn’t go back into my wallet but a random wallet I don’t have access to. I’ve been trying for 2 years to recover my5 BCH no response I barely got someone to respond to me a few days ago I’m not being told anything just that we have this to out internal team you will hear back at some point I ack for a timeframe sorry we can’t give you one. So ya I do honestly believe this is a complete scam I don’t know of anyone that actually had a good experience here It was only 2400$ but beware they will take your money and give you no explanation

This app is not only constantly having problems they have now graduated to STEALING people’s money. They refuse to withdraw recent purchases forcing me to call my bank to get chargeback. STAY AWAY
