Scam Advertisements
They lay on the ads that the iPhone now allows this blood pressure monitoring but it doesn’t and when you get to the App Store it says blood pressure log.
You can log your blood pressure in the Health app you don’t need another app.

My blood pressure
This was not at all accurate is was off by a lot won’t used this ever. This is not for me .
Can’t even cancel the subscription
Bad app
Free
You lie it’s not free
BEWARE False advertising!!!!!
I saw an ad for this app while playing a game and I clicked on it specifically because it showed an animation of being able to use the app for blood pressure readings. Then I get to the app and it does the same thing as my other trackers do. It can only be used to check your heart rate. So I just spent $40 on an annual subscription for an app that does not do what it says it does in its ads. I have immediately cancelled the subscription. But I’m still out the $40. Not cool.
Apple Turns Absent Care Ongoing. A TACO.
Turn on the Heart light and it worked for the first few times and then never again. Of course it’s impossible to contact Apple. And of course,, they keep billing me. Hello Apple!? Hello??!!
Difficult
I don’t know how to use it.
Misleading
This is misleading. I bought this app to be able to check my blood pressure.
Rip off
Rip off does nothing worth 59.99 a year. Pass on this app.
Doesn’t take BP!!!
This app only will take your pulse, not your Blood Pressure. You have to enter the BP data and it will log it for you.
Awful app
The app would not work!!!
Scam
Says nothing at all that you get it free for 3 days then 10 a month afterwards
Blood pressure
There is a 20 number difference in my blood pressure from the app and the doctors office so I really don’t believe it works
Bill
Thought it was going to measure blood pressure
Cancel
Cancel this- I am NOT paying for this service
Terrible app (I got scammed)
I had a free subscription on this app and cancelled it the day after, the app itself is good it just it’s not trustable, it forced me to pay 10$ when it said “free subscription”
I am expecting money back.
I am expecting money back.
Cost
It’s not free
i want a refund
this is not an app that i want
Can’t take blood pressure
Lies
No sugar monitor by finger tip to camera.
No sugar monitor promised by using your finger tip. I still have to prick my finger and log it in. It’s a lie. You’ll pay to try it only to be disappointed with you having to enter it manually.
Said it was free
It’s not free. Not sure it even measures blood pressure.
Misleading
You can’t measure blood pressure. You can only record the numbers. It will measure heart rate but my smart watch does that.
Didn’t work
Tried multiple fingers never did a scan . Never passed 0% scanning. Wasted $50
Doesn’t work.
What can I say? It simply doesn’t work, so there’s not much to evaluate. The AI doesn’t let you manually type anything, so you just get canned responses and no real intelligence. I wouldn’t spend a dime on this until it actually provides real value.
This app does not work on my iPhone
This app does not work
Blood pressure log heart rate
Shows that it takes blood pressure and then after you pay for it tells you it does not
Won’t stop scanning
Very disappointing. The app keeps scanning but no measurements even after following all steps in FAQs. Poor product
Did not work
It advertise stuff that it doesn’t do!!!
"It's Totally Free”
The ad says it's totally free then you go in and it shows it’s free for a few days then you pay. That's a little different than totally free! DELETE. I HATE lying!
DOES NOT WORK ON MINE 16 Pro Max
Do not Purchase! The main feature that they advertise, which is the camera and flashlight scanner does not work at all. And this was from day one I’ve talked to Apple Support. They do not want to reimburse me for $40 even though the app does not work. I’m not gonna quit.
$9.99 Per Week 🧐
Please Beware! This app you Will Not give u a refund after ripping you off for $9.99 per week. 😤😡🤬
Not free
Not a free app, when you get done signing in it want money.
Don’t work
Does not work for me
Prices promised not what's charged
Deceptive ad says i can check blood pressure from the app. That's untrue. You can get heart rate, then it gives you a place to type in blood pressure checked elsewhere.
Does not include blood pressure
Don’t buy it. It does not include blood pressure feature as we can see on the screenshot. It’s free only for 3 days and does not include BP
Don’t worry
Didn’t work for me. I placed my index finger over the camera and nothing happened.
Didnt work
Phone and app didn’t sync I guess.
Accuracy
From what I can tell comparing this apps numbers with 2 other sources, it is very close to being accurate.
Waste of time
I can’t get it to work
Worthless
This app is oversold. Requires manual entries and fee for use is not clearly stated. You can easily create your own spreadsheet to track your vitals using the Numbers app.
Scam - not free app
This app looks good but shows as free app and first thing you get is request to subscribe. Can only get 3 day trial for free after subscribing.
Bait and switch
Bait and switch
No blood pressure results
I’ve only been able to get my pulse rate and not my blood pressure. My smart watch does that for free. This app is not intuitive and difficult to maneuver
Scam
Not free why not let people see if it really works then why do you make it so hard to unsubscribe so you can steal another 45 bucks
Doesn’t work
Fraud
Hard to understand
This app is very hard to understand how to use. I’m not able to get it to use or monitor my blood pressure and when I take my heart rate on a normal blood pressure cuff it comes up 10 points different than the app shows 10 points lower, which makes a big difference. I will be deleting the app.
Misleading Marketing at Its Worst
The Hook: A False Promise
This app is marketed with bold, high-tech claims: "Your iPhone now supports blood pressure monitoring" and "Blood pressure for Apple Watch." For anyone looking to manage their cardiovascular health, this sounds like a revolutionary breakthrough. The advertising leads you to believe that by simply using the sensors on your phone or watch, you can get an instant systolic and diastolic reading.
The Reality: A Manual Logbook in Disguise
The deception only becomes clear once you’ve already downloaded the app or dug deep into the FAQ, where it explicitly states:
"No, the app does not measure blood pressure. You can manually log these values after measuring them with a compatible device."
There is a massive difference between monitoring (the act of measuring) and tracking (the act of typing in numbers). This app is essentially a digital notebook that charges you for a feature your iPhone’s built-in "Health" app already provides for free.
The Trap: Financial Friction
The most frustrating part of this experience isn't just the misleading "bait-and-switch" marketing-it’s the difficulty of getting your money back. Even after canceling immediately upon realizing the app cannot perform the physical task of measuring blood pressure, Apple’s refund system often denies these claims because "the app functions as described" in the fine print.
Final Verdict
Do not download this app. It preys on users' health concerns with deceptive wording. Currently, no iPhone or standard Apple Watch has the hardware required (like an inflatable cuff or specialized optical sensors) to measure blood pressure directly.
• Pros: None.
• Cons: Deceptive advertising, redundant features, and a near-impossible refund process.

Blood Pressure Log
YEEE haw! My blood pressure went up when I saw the price I have to pay to check it.
Buy a pulse ox and blood pressure cuff instead of doing this
Save your money and get better results
This app stinks
It doesn’t do anything it’s supposed to.
