Horrible platform
I started the free trial, I loved the original P90x. Somehow I ended up with both both the P90x subscription and the BODi subscription. The p90x is contained inside of BODi, do they were duplicate. I got charged for both, I tried to fix it, but their support site was down. I assumed they would naturally catch this, that was on me. When another charge for both subscriptions went through, I reached out. They are refusing to credit me for either subscription.
Poor
Not compassionate or customer friendly at ALL. They take your money and do not provide good customer service and their return policy is the worst.
