Location services would be nice
The whole point in having an app is to provide an actual means by which a customer can SEE your menu and order! In the time that I’ve had the Bojangles app, it does not find any Bojangles in my area, and there are 2 within driving distance of my house, THAT I KNOW FOR A FACT ARE OPEN! Either this is a company problem or it’s a franchisee problem and it shows a mass amount of laziness on both parts to address the issue! If you want to fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated, otherwise, don’t expect my business if I can’t see what’s on your menu before I get to the store.

App doesn’t work
I’ve tried to order from the app multiple times, but I keep getting the same error message that my card doesn’t work at my location. I know I’ve got money, and I’ve tried using different cards. I have to give this 1 star simply to rate the app. I’d rather give it a 0, but that isn’t an option. Hopefully they’ll fix the issue
App price issues
When you choose a family meal, it charges you +$27.99 extra when you choose regular on the mix of chicken, making the normal 8 pc family meal over $51 dollars! App is worthless to us.
Horrible App
Awful all. Coupon codes never work. Very glitchy.
You guys have a big in your system.
“All day breakfast” isn’t ALL day. According to the app you cannot get all day breakfast until after 10:30am. You can order combo meals for breakfast before then but not à la carte sandwiches. Makes no sense. 1 star rating due to this issue and not being able to even use the app for my order.
Hamburger day BUST
Was promised a free chicken sandwich on the app for Hamburger Day. The order was accepted and processed on the app with a confirmation number with instructions to pick up my order at the counter but when I arrived they reneged. I ended up wasting my time and gas.

Tea
The Bojangles restaurant in Buford has very friendly staff. However, I feel they are not being supported at the regional manager and above. They have a container for sweet tea but not unsweetened out on the counter for customers to get half and half tea the way we want it. The staff mixes it but it is better when I mix it. I have asked the store manager was told several times she has tried to order an extra container but it never comes
Worst restaurant app and order correctness
I’ve used this app about 20 times.
1) It keeps creating a fraud alert from my bank, which no other app does.
2) I have to keep re-entering my card on random occasions.
3)They double charge me.
4) If you want to file a complaint, you have to go to the very bottom of the license agreement and click CONTACT LINK. Upload all the info then receipt
5) Half the time the orders are not correct and I have to go back inside or wait longer to get the order asked for
6) when you tell him you’re gonna be there in 15 or 20 minutes. The order is still not done.
7) the only reason I have to continue going to Bojangles is my son likes the chicken Supremes. I go out of my way to get food at a neighboring restaurant.

Barely Functional
This is the slowest and glitchiest app I have. It barely works and it takes many attempts to actually order anything.
Doesn’t Work
Promotion says download app for free chicken sandwich. Clicking the promo leads to nothing.
Apply Offers
Have tried on 3 separate occasions to add offer. Added offer Before adding food and also at check out. WONT WORK AND THE APP FREEZES UP!!!! So TO get out of app I have to cut my phone off and then restart it. If I don’t add the offer, the order will go through. Happens EVERY time I TRY to order!!!!!!

Can’t order pickup at drive thru. Can’t remove items from the cart. All kinds of issues with the app. Not worth trying to use
App crashes and freezes
First day using the app, app is up to date and I am using a brand new iPhone. When I go to claim my coupon or enter a promo code the page freezes completely. I tried it yesterday and again today. Still same issue. Not a very good first impression. Deleting after one day of having it installed

Locks up
App is pretty much useless. If you want to schedule an order ahead of time the app freezes when you select a pickup time. If trying to order the same morning the App shows store closed when it is in fact open and will not let me place order.
Why?
The app will not let me enter a card number. Redownload the app several times and I cannot enter a card number or use Apple Pay. Why does this app exist if I can’t even pay?
Can’t use gift card in the app

Cancel Button?
For some reason in the app it auto submitted an order without me hitting the button? No matter, the issue at hand is that there is no cancel button in the app. Additionally the restaurant was unable to cancel it themselves when I called. That’s a pretty major oversight. Also, the app freezes whenever I try to use a promo code so I can never use one.

Great food; horrible app
All of the fast food apps seem to compete for the worst possible user experience, but Bojangles takes the cake. App crashes often, coupons will not apply and for seemingly no reason, and the stores will not honor coupons that are on the app. The app menu is also missing items that are on the in-store menu which makes precisely zero sense.

Update broke the app
The most recent update has broken the offers system - which they conveniently do not honor in store. No more Tender Tuesday for a while I suppose

Lack of customization
The app does not allow the user to make basic customization. For instance I always add a slice of tomato and mayo to my Cajun filet biscuit. I could not find a way to accomplish this on the app. The store never has an issue taking my order.

Why can’t I pay with my normal credit card?
Spent 20 mins trying to use my credit card just for it not to go through for an order. Finally decided to just use Apple Pay & I’m charged $2 extra just for using Apple Pay. App is one of the worst I’ve ever used in my life terrible experience.

This has got to be the worst food app I’ve ever used.
a) if you place a mobile order, you cannot pick it up in the drive thru! You HAVE to go inside to pick it up. This makes no sense, and I never use the app because I don’t want to be forced to go inside (which is so much slower)
b) there’s zero incentive to use the app. No rewards, no rewards points. There’s offers…. but they don’t work. I have a reward for a free biscuit with a $1 purchase, but it says the proper items aren’t in my cart - when they certainly are.
Do not waste your time downloading this garbage app.
