I have checked a lot of the views on App Store and English is the most wanted feature. It has been 8 years and you still only have 6 people on your app team ?

It’s 2025 and still no English. You are losing customers to Amazon NL, MediaMarkt and Etsy because of this.

Bestelling geplaatst weekje gewacht vervolgens bestelling ontvangen ik heb bol.com gecontacteerd toen moest ik de bedrijf van de product contacteren heb ik gedaan en daarna moesten ik de transport app contacteren de een stuurt je naar de ander zonder enigs oplossing en geen hulp na een andere halve maand alleen geld terug gekregen zonder vervanging van de product die ik graag wou nu is de zelfde product duppele prijs dit is heel onprofessioneel bol.com twijfel of ik nog een bestelling plaats na deze slechte ervaring.

Tried calling and talking to bol.com . No solutions just empty apologies and no satisfactory replies
Based on the money spend and the promise of delivery you would THINK this would have been handled more delicately.

Do you planning to add English localization?
Notificaties spontaan opnieuw aan.
Wanneer ik notificaties voor reclame en dergelijke onzin uitzet in de instellingen van de app, dan wil ik dat ze uit blijven! Niet dat wanneer ik de app opnieuw opstart deze opties weer zijn ingeschakeld en ik vervolgens wordt doodgegooid met achterlijke meldingen op mijn telefoon.

It states that this app is supported in English, but this is not the case. Change your description until Bol actually creates an English language option for the app, otherwise you’re just misleading people. The Chrome browser is the best option for English users.

No international language there is no englesh and no french
No language setting😡
Lots of reviews over the past year that you’ve included no language setting, seems you don’t care about your customer base so I guess I’ll stick with Amazon.

I truely understand what you’re saying and appreciate your explanation.
But what I still don’t understand is why I can’t download your e-books directly to my (i)phone anymore.
Because I couldn’t download thru the Bol.com app I had to separately login thru my web browser. After buying the book, another tab opened which contained an icon (the e-book) that could be tapped. After tapping the book appeared in my iBooks. Simple.
I have a couple of books still “in storage” cause I don’t know how to get them on my phone. Like I said before, your e-reader is not available in US store.
Do you have a solution to this problem?

Why are bought ebooks not available in the app?? I have todownload something else that is not available in the US store. Now how bout that Bol.com? With another ebook I downloaded I have to download some program onto my computer, THEN connect my phone, do some other stuff and THEN I can read the ebook I bought two hrs before🙄

This app is used by many non-dutch people and unfortunately it is only available in dutch.
No advantages over visiting on the Web
The app lacks two important features:
1. Providing Tracking Information
2. Language support, for example English :-)
At least the web version offers Beta translation capabilities, which are also possible when Chrome is used.
