Degraded over time
I'm just fed up with Bond Touch at this point: I had the original launch model which lasted for a good 3 years or so, until it simply stopped charging. Pick up a second generation one and it's only been about half the time and it can't even last an entire day before dying. I know it's past warranty so I just have to live with this, and I hate the idea that I have to buy more if I want to not deal with a cruddy bracelet than won't last more than 12+ hours after a full charge, with only a buzz or two!
I’m so upset
I bought these as a present for my boyfriend and I around march (I know I received them march 16th and gave him his march 24th). His bracelet randomly stopped working and the tech support seems very unwilling to actually help rather than just offer solutions like “power off your phone” as if that isn’t the first thing most people do.

It says trial but I was charged immediately. It’s lame for the apple phone. It only works when you have the app open on the watch just like walkie talkie. Kinda lame.

The accessibility could be better
hi me and my boyfriend both use this app with our bomb touch bracelets and we are both blind. It’s accessibility is iffy at Best so if possible, could you guys do a firm more update to make it more accessible for screen readers and easier to change the vibration strength that would be great we love the app besides that but the accessibility is why I gave it one star
Cannot sign up using email
Tried dozen times with different emails, clicked the link in email on same mobile, the link kept saying that I was opening the link on different device. Couldn’t even sign up. Terrible.
Bond touch lite
First purchased what I thought was a pair of bracelets for almost $70 but turned out to be one single bracelet which was very annoying but then realized it could be linked to an Apple Watch. Set bracelet up for my son, paired it with my watch which was very glitchy and complicated, but after unpairing / repairing both devices multiple times both were set up. I can send taps from my watch to the bracelet but not vice versa. I get some taps if I swipe the app then swipe back. Device is definitely not worth the high price tag, if issue isn’t resolved after contacting manufacturer I will be returning and canceling my subscription.
Disappointed
Worked for a few days and now the heart won’t pair. Tried all the suggested fixes and still won’t pair. The app finds it then puts it to sleep and won’t pair. This gift is extremely time sensitive as I wanted to get my wife’s dying father’s heartbeat. Customer service not responsive. I’m extremely disappointed.

Doesn’t work at all. Hundreds wasted
Spent a lot of money on these bracelets as a gift. Bought the gift in advance so it was passed the return window. The app doesn’t work at all. Initially it let me start the app and I started to make an account, but after clicking the link to verify my email the app is a blank blue screen and nothing works. Force restarted my phone, tried the link again, deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing works. Good idea wasted by bad software. Don’t waste your money.

App Update Resets Bond Touch
The latest application update removed all of my connections with my Bond Touch More, and made me setup my Bond Heart again, deleting all of my heartbeats. I had to sign up again using my email address and now I have to wait for my partner to get the update as well so that we can reconnect. As it is now the devices are useless without my partner updating.

It doesn’t work that great, it’s like sending messages back and forth (using Apple Watches).

This is so complicated to use and you have to go into the app to see what someone sent been trying to return since i attempted to set it up and no one gets back to you
It’s the same
I have three different heart beats stored and while you’re looking at the app you can see the different rhythms, but it doesn’t feel that way every heart beat plays the exact same way it’s even off beat watching the heart beat on the app. Plus to change who’s heartbeat you wear is an entire battle that last 3-4 minutes by “waking the heart” really cool idea. Should have got the touch bracelets instead.

The application is not working
The bond touch app wasn’t working for me , everytime I tried to open it , it would say uh oh something’s wrong and I pressed try again many many many times , and uninstalled , rebooted my phone nothing . Not sure what is wrong with this my phone is an I phone 12 up to date with iOS 17
Ever since the update, nothing works correctly.
I’m literally writing this after updating to the most recent version, and somehow it’s STILL broken, just in different ways.
The original update that released around the holidays obviously bricked a lot of people’s apps. For me personally, the chat room wiped all saved pictures, ceased to work for a decent amount of time in general and for those first few days the app would open and then immediately crash… my partner and I were unable to use our bracelets for a handful of days. Reached out to customer support and was told to send the info for our bracelet’s as the issues we were having warranted a new product altogether. I sent over the info (important to note, I never demanded a replacement, it was brought up to me completely willingly) only to have the representative turn around and tell me the warranty on the bracelets is expired so unfortunately we can’t do anything for you.
App started working again but now (despite the fact that our entire picture library is lost, a whole whopping handful of pictures because that library feature is so small, by the way) the messaging won’t work properly AGAIN.
Anytime my partner or I is typing there is this glitch now where sometimes when the chat room is exited if a person sends a message while the other person isn’t in the chat room actively, they can’t see what message was sent but will see anything after it. Does the same if the app is fully closed out and then you log back in despite getting the notif that a new chat has been sent.
I’m beyond frustrated at the lack of help Bond has been with this whole situation, thank god we won’t have to waste our time with this product much longer.

Bond Touch Lite Failing on Watch OS 10.2
Touches do not transmit through watches on Watch OS 10.2, and partner says my watch is showing “offline” on their app. She updated her watch to the latest OS, then her touches started failing too. As someone trying this out so I don’t have to have 2 wearables, it’s a fail right now.

I recently purchased a touch bond bracelet for my friend and I. We tried charging them and changing outlets and wires, but nothing worked. In the end we had to request a return and it was even more difficult to do that. I was hoping it would work and in the end I was very disappointed.

Version 6.1.8 Logged In But All Data Gone
Updated to the latest version of 6.1.8 and now the bond touch app has none of my data and unconnected from my partner.

love this app but wanted to let developers know there’s an issue where it won’t load or save anything. doesn’t recognize bond or account but still shows me and bf logged in. this happened after i had to update as with the release of the new update; app wouldn’t open until i installed update. now it loads but nothing is there and in every tab it’s empty. I’m so peeved because other reviewers and I just got the new iPhone or at least have a new IPhone update that’s 17.1. I’m sorry developers, but please fix your app to be compatible with the new IOS update. We can’t go back to 6.8 (16.8?) anyways if someone recently upgraded their phone to iPhone 15 or updated their iOS.

Latest version is broke.
Latest version of the app is blank and does not show anything. I want to communicate with my partner so I hope this can be fixed soon. On other reviews the developers stated the latest update fixed this but it appears to have not. The app opens now but is just blank.
The New Update Broke the App and Watch
On my iPhone 14 Pro Max, the new update made the app unable to open, therefore making my watch useless. The watch is connected to bluetooth but the app can’t connect to the app, so I can’t receive buzzes or send them

App Doesn’t Open
My girlfriend and I have had our bracelets for about three months, and everything was working phenomenally. When the app updated earlier today (11/22), we became unable to open the app and subsequently reconnect our bracelets. We love the bracelets and how they keep us connected when we’re apart, but this setback is upsetting both of us.
