DOES NOT PAY YOU OUT
I’m a beauty professional who works on my feet all day, and it’s frustrating that Booksy suddenly “can’t locate” the account to send my payout to yet they have no issue pulling the subscription fee from the exact same account.
I’ve been waiting for my payout since June 1st, and today is June 11th. Instead of resolving the issue, I keep getting asked irrelevant questions, including why I chose to collect 100% for a service even though Booksy clearly allows artists to set any deposit percentage they want.
The payout team refuses to speak directly and only sends the same generic “24-48 hours” message for 10 days straight.
This level of inconsistency is unacceptable from a platform that depends on beauty professionals to function.

Clients are un able to book appointments
Since four weeks now I and several barbers have had contact with Booksy concerning clients not being available to book appointments. (the main reason why we or you for that matter will need this application) I Have had this application for well over 7 years , I have made this a platform for my business and it’s affected my income. For a moth straight now they have only said we are working on it but provided no other status updates information nothing . And the audacity to bill me for services I can not use and income they are affecting to not just me but everyone on this platform.

Oszukanie klienta który chce zrezygnować z aplikacji. Dzwoniłam 2 razy i Pani powiedziała wysłać maila i miesiąc wypowiedzenia . Założyłam wypowiedzenie jeszcze w kwietniu a dzisiaj znowu pobranie pieniędzy, zadzwoniłam Pan powiedział że muszę napisać z tego samego maila, a Pani przed nie powiedziała tego. To nie jest moja wina że wasz asystent podaje błędną informację a ja muszę znowu płacić!Jak pobierać pieniądze niema problemu, pobieracie łatwo, jak wykonać swoją pracę to nie znacie!Nikomu nie będę polecać w życiu więcej , nie znacie swojej pracy, ja znowu muszę zapłacić, oceniam to wszystko jak oszustwo!
horrible interface in customer service
One of the worst run companies I've ever experienced not only can you not get them on the phone but they're certain engine makes it impossible for your business to get any traction. I would never list my business with them again, ever.

I got this app but they gave my number to a random person who was a *guide* but I didn’t want a guide I just wanted to add my clients and book appointments but they can see everything you do still that a creepy I don’t like that

Good When It Works
I’ve been a booksy to user for sometime and initially I had a positive experience. Unfortunately, my experience with booksy boost and customer support has declined.
I’ve contacted Support multiple times regarding boost, attribution concerns. I have not received a response after more than a week. As a paying customer, I expect timely Support when I have questions about charges incline attribution.
I’ve also experienced situations where clients who found me through my own marketing efforts, such as social media and direct searches were attributed to boost. When I disputed those bookings, I received automated warnings about claiming clients which felt discouraging rather than helpful.
I understand attribute and systems aren’t perfect, but there should be a clear and responsive process for reviewing disputes. Small business honors depend on accurate reporting and reliable customer service. At this point, I’m reconsidering whether the boost program is worth the cost.
I hope Booksy improve support response times and provides more transparency around how boost bookings are determined.

Two stars, and only because the core booking calendar works. The reason I'm leaving this review is to warn other independent barbers about the Boost feature before they turn it on.
I run an established shop with a steady book of referrals - clients my existing clients send me directly. After enabling Boost, Booksy began classifying those referred clients as Boost clients and taking a cut of their bookings, even though they came from my own network, not from Booksy's marketing. At the same time, my visibility to genuinely new clients searching the platform appears to drop unless I stay enrolled in Boost. That combination is the problem: it creates pressure to keep paying a fee on revenue that the platform did not generate.
If you are a barber with your own clientele and your own referral pipeline, understand what you are opting into. Boost is not a neutral marketing tool - it sits between you and your own clients and bills you for the privilege. The booking software is fine. The growth model attached to it is not built in the barber's favor.
I'll be moving my book elsewhere.
