I usually charge my customers by card but the app does not answer for the money when the customer makes a report in his bank

Thy could do better
Only reason why I keep the membership is because it has been a minute with them and a lot of miserable turn overs and fails. Last one was that my card info has changed and they did not even gave me a chance through notification to change or update my info while feeding me with unwanted notifications where the only winners are them with what it looks to me their predatory financial services. I almost lost many customers because I could access on my end but on the customers’s side all they were seeing was a message that “my business was no longer operating”. TERRIBLE!!!!
Don’t waste your money
30$ month and you’ll also run in to trouble they don’t have the app fully running 😂

Never had had any issues with the app until a client booked and they took it as a boost client, and couldn’t do anything about it. To say that it was the most frustrating to try and resolve this issue before i was charged from my own client , and having to change agents over and over that all, ‘ had to look over he issue’ plus having to resubmit all the evidence i had of this being my client, even tho it was already submitted. This shouldn’t be an issue that has to wait to be resolved, it should be fixed immediately if all screenshots are submitted , or wait until i am charged and then have to wait to get a refund for something that was wrong with the app
BEWARE OF BOOST!!
I love the feature but they will charge you for your own clients you’ve marketed to and deny your claim without investigating and unfortunately theirs no person you can speak to.
