One of the worst app and their supporting team is also so bad they didn’t response the mail as well I have some problems and they are not responding it and their supporting Botai in botim is repeating the same thing never suggested this app and they will take to processing your money 3 days and I try to contact them they are not responding

It’s unfortunate that this app is basically a mandatory to be used in some counties.

Messages failure
If I received messages on my botim app immediately I click it to check and it disappears. I want to know what’s up with it.?

Not made for USA
This app won’t even detect my location nor let me change the area code for my city. Trying to call my friend in Dubai and suggested this app. Obviously it won’t work. I’ll stick to telegram or WhatsApp.

The new app just show the error “you need to update your mobile app” even though i am on the latest version and now the desktop version would not even start

Worst app ever
Don’t download this app it’s useless. It will ruin ur day if ur on call with someone it will keep shutting down and ur video camera doesn’t work when u go back to home page
Horrible updates!!
The last 2 updates has pretty much rendered Botim unusable! This app used to be great but lately it has went down hill fast. Can’t even view past photos properly and won’t even open the one you click on. Don’t recommend until they fix these bugs!!
Cant login to PC
There is no login to PC option on the latest update if botim and I download on pc app and scan the QR code and its not working

This is by far the worst app I have ever downloaded! The account deletion process is a nightmare-it's confusing, frustrating, and completely lacking in user support. I feel trapped and helpless. It's unacceptable for an app to make it this difficult to manage my own account. I am beyond disappointed and would strongly advise anyone to avoid this app at all costs!"

Even after installing the VIP privileges, the app doesn’t work at all. The UAE lottery app freezes all the time. The BOTIM money app is not trustworthy and super expensive. Frankly, it should be a lot better coming from a UAE Government entity.

Botim Review after Recent Update
It was good, I genuinely don’t know what happened that caused this severe fall in quality. I can barely get a single call through and even then it lags the entire time. It’s now deleted!
Not able to delete account
According to California law, user should be allowed to delete their account and data. I don’t see any option to delete my account.

Review for Botim Application (After Latest Update)
After the last update, Botim has become much worse and almost useless. The call quality has dropped, the app is full of annoying ads, and many users are complaining about the same issues. It used to be a reliable and simple app, but now it’s frustrating to use. Please roll back to the previous version we don’t need these unnecessary updates that make the experience worse instead of better.

No verification code received
Upon first time installing, no sms verification code is sent at all. Tried on 2 different devices/ phone numbers. Installed and uninstalled multiple times and no luck

I am not sure this is properly tested all IOS platform devices before roll out the newer version. After upgrade it even not sending otp at all.

Super Trash app. Don’t install it. IMO is better
Most trash apps ever. Very heavy. Always reconnecting. And now you can’t migrate chats. The only lovely feature now is gone and the customer service representatives they don’t know if it is gone for good or it is a technical issue. No back up to phone number ( like tawasal app ) or to email address so you can retrieve when changing the device. What is the point of adding the money transfer feature of the primary one is not working properly. You think I will trust you with my money? And every time I put a comment, they reply to me an automatic response that send an email. I HAVE SENT 8 EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE. What a worthless app. I am writing this frustrating experience then do something about it now, don’t ask me for the email. First read your emails then ask for a new ones.
Migrating Trash
We are living in the future of trash technology. Just like Google Account, they can’t protect from real threats but they will lock your account if your login were wrong. This app is the same, I tried to migrate the chat and it said I took more than mins and I had to wait a day. Are you serious nut? We are using seriously trash technology made by idiot.
Requires full access to contacts
I have provided limited access to contacts but the app won’t allow me to call unless I provide full access. Not sure why I need to provide access to contacts who don’t use botim.

When I downloaded botim it gave me ads like not even 1 or 2 but 4! When I called someone in video it said I have to upgrade to premium for HD calls, when it says you can get it for free in the description.

After so many years this app just got worse and still is not reliable for calls. Even with paid subscription it overloads user with endless unnecessary promos and ads.

From Usable to Absolute Trash
This app has gone completely downhill. It used to be somewhat good - not perfect, but at least usable. Now it’s pure trash.
First, it randomly turns on video during calls without me even touching anything. Even worse, sometimes it opens the video for the other person without even showing me that my camera is on - that’s a massive privacy issue. Same with mute: I mute my call, only to realize later that I’m not actually muted and the other person can hear everything. Completely unacceptable.
Then they added that useless new call interface on the home screen with the annoying little arrow. It’s distracting, gets in the way, and I have to move it every time just to tap on the screen. And what’s the point if I can’t even end the call from it? I still have to go back into the app to hang up. Honestly, who thought dumping this garbage on the screen was a good idea? It’s like they decided to ruin the whole experience on purpose.
And the connectivity? Forget it. Calls constantly drop with a “bad signal” message even when both sides have strong internet. It shuts off right after the other person picks up. We’ve rebooted devices, reinstalled the app, done everything - and it’s still random, unreliable, and broken.
To make it worse, I even raised a report to Botim customer service, thinking they would actually improve things. But nope - not even a response. It feels impossible, like they’re deliberately making the app worse with every update.
I finally gave up, deleted the app, and honestly my life is better without it. No more frustration, no more wasted time. What was once “okay” has turned into complete trash.
