I did not use the app and I do not like the format. I thought I canceled my 1 year subscription. The reminder emails went to my Spam. I let the company once I saw the charge. Refusal to refund my money when they can see I have never used the app and do not need it due to their policy. GRIFT. Do NOT bother.

As if it wasn't already annoying ads popped up after every question I searched, you now only get 10 answers a week unless you spend money for more. Half the time the ai is the only one who answered the questions and it usually isn't even the correct answer. I'm deleting this app because I'm not wasting my money just because the developers feel greedy.
The new update is trash
Wdym we only get 10 free answers a WEEK? And you can get anymore unless you pay. Seriously disappointing and just overall just a dumb update and I deleted the app IMMEDIATELY.

I’ve used this app frequently for about a year only to sign on today and realize you now only get 10 answers per WEEK not per day per WEEK. As if you guys weren’t making enough money off the ads you ran every 3 questions now your trying to force me to buy your dumb membership

Unable to cancel subscription
This app is incredibly useful but it is impossible to cancel and will not allow you to cancel even if you end the subscription in the App Store. Do not add your credit card information to brainly directly.
Horrible answer display and provides wrong answers
Provided the wrong answer numerous times and rather than show this answer in the header or in bold, you have to scroll and and read just to find it. Maybe that sounds lazy of me but when you forgot to do the assignment until last minute and need answers quick it matters. Don’t recommend, there are many better apps out there.

Where's the AI?
I used this app on my old phone and the AI was easily accessible? I just got a new phone and now when I open the app there's no button for it anywhere, no matter which tab i'm in. I went to the FAQ and it said how to get to Ginny (the AI personality they use) and it's not there either. This was a really good app, i'm really sad about this honestly. I recommended this app to so many people too. Please reply with an answer i'd gladly edit this review!
Wasted time
Why do I have to listen to it say if I want a live tutoring session click this button, I got on to use the app not listen to it talk.

Pay attention to their refund policy
I was not given any warning or heads up before they auto renewed my subscription. When I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund, they rejected it and referred to their “new no refund policy.” Not a very professional company to say the least. It’s a common practice for subscription providers to let a customer know before an upcoming charge. And the way they were so quick to basically tell me oh well, guess you paid $40 for nothing, we won’t help you fix that. Not a good business practice. Never using them again.
Was my go to math helper at first but now it’s just irritating.
Before this big update there was NO ads and I could just get my answer easily, but now I have to wait for an ad EVERY TIME I try to get an answer for a problem. The app is hardly even usable anymore for me .
Not helpful at all
It used to be so helpful I don’t what happened to it. It doesn’t give me answers only suggestions and those suggestions are never helpful. When they do give me an answer it’s always wrong maybe it’s because now I’m doing geometry but it’s supposed to be helpful for all types of maths or at least the basics but it’s not. I really don’t recommend getting this app, it’s made me crash out so many times and this is my breaking point so I’m uninstalling.

Was a great app until I got a tutor that was mean. He asked what grade I’m in so I told him and told me “You said know how to do this”. I’m here paying for the tutoring sessions and is acting like this. Do not recommend.🤷🏽♀️

Ai tutor is terrible
The ai tutor gets a lot of calculations wrong and you can see it clearly when it’s explaining the calculations like it would say that 8000-100 equals 9000 it makes no sense and when you try to tell it otherwise it just explains over and over why it’s “right” when it’s clearly not. No use in studying with this thing does not help will make you fail. There’s so much more wrong with it. Needs a lot of work
Subscription scam…
About a year ago I make an account and subscribed for the monthly subscription it was like $10-$11,,,after a week I cancelled it because well it’s not all that not really worth the money…a year later I get an email for a “auto-renewal for another 12 months for $39”…girl what do you mean ANOTHER TWELVE?!?!? I had only subscribed for a monthly and within the first week I had cancelled it….thennn I emailed the support team it’s been 4 hours since I got the “we received your inquiry” email and it’s been dead silence…had to figure out how to cancel it and well still waiting for my email back again requesting clarification on how the 12-month renewal was initiated and also clarification that I won’t be charged for it…just a weird situation hope they get back to me just wanted to let anyone know this is very weird and scammy behavior…. also most questions you have and/or post on brainy will take weeks or months to get a reply or they will be replied to but by someone wanting a “brainiest response” review for their account..lol

Why do this to me😭😭
My Brainly app is not helping me at all, it was working last week but now it’s not. When I scan the question it’s telling me that “there was an error while retrieving the answer, Try Again,” and when I try again it’s doing the same thing. Brainly headquarters kindly fix the problem.

Horrible as expected
I know they can decipher questions and give me answers which is good but the issue is that even though I cropped out one question and the photo isn’t blurry, it still registered as blurry and refused to solve it. When I tried seeing if it works for certain math problems. The app doesn’t know that it’s clear and it’s only one question. Therefore, registering it a blurry and more than 1 question. I believe it’s the system’s problem then

I used to use brainly a couple years ago and it was sooo helpful and actually taught me how to solve certain problems. That is not the case now…it is so inconvenient and doesn’t help at all. You’ll ask it a question and it gives you explanations to completely off topic questions. So disappointing. Don’t waste your money!
Huge fall off
This used to be my go to app for school. they made it quick and simple and wouldn’t shave wrong AI answers down your throat. God forbid you do get a human answer they used to put the answers simply at the bottom but no, now you have to spend 5 minutes skimming through all the pointless “exploration” just download Gauth AI its not always 100% but it is 10000% more consistent now
Ai helper
This app has always been pretty good for me I recently redownloaded it and have been using the “Ask Ai” option and it’s been working good for me too so far except every time I go to ask it a question it won’t answer it, it acts like I never asked the question at all specifically when I take the picture for it to answer it never pops up so I have to keep retaking the picture until it lets me which takes me 10-15 tries if I’m lucky if not it’s more it’s so frustrating.

It’s alright but you need the premium thing to get actual answers that either aren’t AI generated or aren’t wrong or just the wrong question completely. It’s kinda just another money hungry app, you pay to get actual good things and the right answers.
