How is it this bad
This is a first party app. How is it so glitchy I keep getting logged out and half the time I can see my grade but can’t clear the notifications, and the other half I can see the grade update on the web but it doesn’t show up in the app for an hour even if I refresh it
Still nothing is viewable IN the app
this app just became a send me to safari when ever I click on something you can't see document details in pulse app.
Software
Says software is out of date and won’t work. I have the newest software on my phone.
School system sucks
Too complex and difficult to navigate. Clunky gradebook management. Excessive notifications and system performance issues.
Needs lots of improvement
Unfortunately, this app is very useless, it is better to log in the web. Doesn’t allow for you to download any files directly into your device, instead you always have to go on the web. Additionally, they should add some sort of grade calculator? I always have to make my own due to this issue.
Useless
Useless app, doesn’t send you a notification before something is due, but will immediately notify you get a 0 on that assignment. Half of the assignments don’t even show up in the app. Useless, might as well just check the website
Latest update-broken
The latest update removed my school information. Went in to look up school and no space bar to type the school into the search bar

Kinda clunky
Clicking notifications don’t bring you anywhere other than the dashboard and the app randomly logs you out of everything and bombards the phone before the password manager can ask you to save your password. Honestly brightspace in general is clunky the app is definitely worse than the website but both are not user friendly
Needs redesign
Bad UI design, makes accessing assignments, grades, and content unnecessarily complicated
