Brigit advertising
The commercial dude says can I borrow $100 to his friend and says please I lost my job. His friends say go to Brigit and get the loan. So the question is Brigit are you loaning to people with no job and pay stubs? Because every time I apply for a loan with Brigit they wanna see direct deposit from jobs Just another mortgage application if you ask me. And this sounds like false advertising

Way too many issues with processing and random charges
I really don't recommend this app. The processing times are absolutely ridiculous. When you pay back your advance, they say it takes 2 to 5 days, but for me, it literally takes a whole week just to clear my account so I can use it again.
On top of that, they take your money whenever they want. Last time, my due date was set for Monday, but they went into my account and took the $50 early on Thursday or Friday instead. It wasn't even the due date yet! It’s completely unreliable and messes up my banking.
Finally, their advance rules make no sense. If you are approved for $50 but only take out half, they completely lock you out of the rest of the money you had available until you pay the first part back. The app does not process well at all. Save your time and use a different app.

Don’t use total scam they still charge you after the fact of cancelling. And the refuse to refund the money I literally cancelled two days ago and then was charged today. Absolute rip off find a free service other than this one they are out there! Disgusting

I’m pretty sure this is a good app for those who decide to use it. I signed up for the trial. I never borrowed any money from the app. I ended my free trial. And they charged me anyway. Now they are refusing to return my $8.99.
Absolutely awful. Made my life worse, not better.
Terrible, terrible company. Paid off my tiny high interest loan early. They take forever to process it. Can’t get anyone on chat, chat assistance useless. Now I have to tiptoe for days keeping track of my tiny bank balance so they don’t end up getting me an overdraft charge.

Worst app ever
This is the worst app to think you’re going to actually get help, whole time they want you to have money basically there and link 4 different accounts just because one isn’t up to their standards. I DONT HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS AND IF I HAE A FIXED INCOME WHY AM I NOT ALLOWED YOU SEE THE DEPOSIT

I did not find this app useful at all. I’m only leaving a review because I just saw an ad for Brigit, demonstrating how you can you use Brigit to help cheat on your significant other. This is distasteful marketing and it speaks a lot to the character/integrity of the company.

I have my bank account directly connected and they’re saying it’s still processing even tho I paid it 2 days ago .. they’ll give you $85 to start with but if you need it in a emergency I don’t recommend

Tried to sign up, it connected to my bank and now takes money every month. The app will not load past a paycheck screen nor does it give you a way to exit out and cancel its service. Absolutely horrible, and keeps taking money from me.

if you’re expecting instant money this is not the app you need. even when it verifies your card you still have to wait 2-3 days. it makes it seem like it will be able to help you immediately but they lie just like always.

Higher Subscription Fees, Very Low Cash Advance Limits
On a positive note, this is a nice looking platform and user friendly app, only negative in my experience is the cash advance limit they give you is too low. They approved me for $25.00, however, you have to subscribe to the service before you can access it, the monthly subscription fee is $8.99 per month. So after paying the subscription fee, they are technically advancing me $16.01, which in today’s economy will not buy a fast food meal nor put a decent amount of gas in your car! One thing I noticed is that all of these cash advance apps love to advertise high dollar amounts that you can advance but once you officially subscribe and register for an account, they barely approve you for anything, it’s all very misleading. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine, and the app will use this review to improve their services in the future.

I was waiting on my debit card to be verified. Now that’s it’s verified I can’t switch my deposit from 2 days to immediate.

Credit Builder is a Joke
Go to TransUnion, and check your credit. The Bridget app says they pull your score from transunion but your real score will be lower in reality as to what Bridget app depicts. This is because Bridget is claiming to raise your score. The only derogatory mark I have on my transunion report as of late is from Bridget’s “credit builder”. So I tried to get some answers, could not, and cancelled, taking my loss. But then a month later they charged me again. I can confirm that the credit builder has been cancelled. I can confirm that my subscription with Bridget has been cancelled a month ago. BE READY FOR A SCAM BUDDY BUDDY!

Stuck with the same advance amount for awhile
Brigit I have to let you know. I have been stuck with the same advance amount for awhile. Other cash advance apps I use tend to give me a higher amount with on time paid advances and keeping a positive balance with my bank. I make a decent amount of money so I’m unsure as to why I am stuck at $80. I hope there are some changes coming.
