Glitchy
The game is good and I did have fun playing it but it glitches too much. Right now it won’t load past the Home Screen at 14% and stays stuck there.

I downloaded to get points in a different app, but thought hey, this could be fun and relaxing. But it says I have to get past stage 1 but I can’t see stages or levels. And when I look up about this app, it says they have different options for game play, even right here it says it. But I can’t access that at all. I have no idea what level I am at, I can’t get to a Home Screen. It is grayed out. I signed in with Apple and Facebook and I save progress, but I can’t go to see a Home Screen or see anything other than the the same diamond type puzzles I’ve played so far. I’m at least to level 9 I think? This game is stupid if I can’t vary it up and I can’t even see how to play stages or see a map or anything. It’s bogus and lying. I took a screen shot then. Your images show that I can go see all the images I’ve made in a collection. I can’t do that either. I literally can only do the diamond thing. It will go nowhere else. What is wrong with this?

Unnecessary Paywalls
Game was fun and nice to play. Ads weren't horrendous to deal with., and they had added Paywalls to premium portions (which is understandable and worth it). Now, they have added unnecessary Paywalls onto basic images that take minutes to complete. $2 per puzzle to complete stages is ridiculous and proof that corporate style greed seeps into small company apps.
Unless this unnecessary paywall is removed, I will no longer support this app or company.

Frequency of Ads makes game unplayable
Took a break from playing this recently because life got busy; when I sat down to play tonight I could not get more than 5 moves in before ads started popping up. I kid you not, every 10 seconds a new advertisement enveloped my screen. I got about three more moves in and decided I was done.
New update is a scam
1 star for putting premium levels behind a paywall. I was ok with the paywall for special events (which I can tell you use AI for and that's already a strike) and the reward pass. The main premium levels should not be VIP. Having them cost money or to watch an ad is fine, but each one costing $2 is insane. These levels don't take more than a few minutes to justify spending money on them, and I am well aware you did this to manipulate people into buying the reward pass, which makes this abhorrent. I am tempted to uninstall this.

Broken Update
They keep putting out updates that change the game. No response from support. Can't get a refund. Don't have an ability to scroll to bottom. Try to get you to buy stuff to complete level. Tons of ads if you don't pay for it.
Pay for puzzles
Used to be fun, but now you have to pay $1.99 for a puzzle to finish a level, used to be 500 coins. Talk about greed. Will be looking for something new to play. Would give 5 stars, but not now.

Played more than 10 levels and never got to the story shown in the ads. False.
Game is fun but they go in and delete stuff periodically
It’s very frustrating that once in a while, I’ll go in and my levels on a special event will be reset and my energy will be back down to 50, when I had it up over 500! I asked for help a month ago and have not received a response.

Downloaded the game to play based on an ad that showed a story like feature, the page even showed and mentioned it. Looked it up after seeing it wasn’t like the ad and this page shows ups and it’s not the same description or page. Uninstalling.

Most things aren’t available without buying something. There are a ton of ads. If you navigate away from the game there is an ad even if you just watched one. Not enjoyable
Scrolling and scrolling and scrolling
Almost every 3rd time I open this app I am scrolled all the way back to level 1 not terrible until you realize you’ve played close to 300 levels and now have to scroll for minutes back to where you were and don’t forget since you will accidentally press some levels you will lose game tokens. The game is fun but the app interface is incredibly annoying so 1 star it is.

This game has way too many ads and it’s very inconvenient when you’re playing a game that has a timer and it’s interrupted by an ad and you end up losing because of it.

The amount of ads is absurd. I get they want you to buy the ads free one, but there is NO reason I should have to click “x” 3-4 times to close an ad when there are over 8 ads per level. It’s truly ridiculous.

Great Game…With Irritating Ads
This game is awesome…HOWEVER putting Ads that randomly pop up…repeatedly…during game play is absolutely annoying and honestly shameful! I get that you wanna make money…so give the option to buy it ad free like other games. They also have ads running underneath your game constantly. My advice, don’t download this game until the creators stop being so money hungry and greedy! I will be deleting this game as soon as this review is written.
They make AI ads
Enough said about a company/app, AI sucks 🤮🤮🤮🤮 the AI ads don’t even have the usual report button in the corner so you know it’s “rigged”. Absolutely VILE!
Lots of ads
I don’t mind ads because I know sometimes they are necessary what I have a problem with is there are so many and when you’re separating one puzzle into four different sections and you have to show an ad after every section and then at the end of the game it’s just ridiculous. How many ads there are. This one on the main reasons that I probably will delete this game.

Holy pop ups
Every time I open this app, I get like 1,000 different pop ups from wheels to get some prizes I don’t need, offers to buy things, etc.. Good lord.

Playing today, I had to restart the same puzzle several times when I had to put down the phone. When I came back to it, none of my progress was saved. Note that this happens both while I’m actively playing the game and also when I pit down the phone a minute.
I had finally finished one section and was well into the second section when the app froze and restarted. When it came back up, all progress was gone.
Having at least a “checkpoint” where progress is saved (like after completion of one section) should be a given.
ETA for Dev: Under the Settings where there is an option to “Save Progress,” I was logged in under Apple login. I had the option to sign into Facebook, which I did. This made no difference. It seems to only set it up to save across devices. Tapping “Save Progress” is only to save those settings when changed.

This game constantly locks up. Find a better version so that you don’t have to deal with the constant lock up.

I have NEVER seen as many ads in an app as this one. LOVE to play this but alas I can’t deal with the ads. Also, after 2-3 puzzles in a row, play bogs down and eventually freezes.

This new upgrade is glitchy. The game freezes and causing me to have to restart the stage I had almost finished. It’s also causing my iPhone to get hot. Something is happening behind the scenes. I loved this game but it’s so frustrating to have to start over especially since the trophy challenges cost energy and you only get enough energy to do two puzzles at a time. So I waste energy on glitches

Don’t pay to remove ads
I thought paying to remove ads would be a good use of my money, since I really enjoy the game. Instead, the developer just makes you close micro transaction screens at the same rate. Technically, not ads, but a gross dark pattern.
Will be requesting a refund from Apple and deleting.

To many ADs
This game is all about AD. You can buy off the AD for a couple of hours and then they are back. Will probably delete the game. Tired of all the ADs.

Misleading Ad
The ad is very misleading and nothing like the game. The game is fun but don’t download it based on the ad or you’ll be disappointed.

I enjoy the game, but there’s a permanent banner ad, and you have to watch that after every level. I say pick one or the other. I know you can pay to be free, but it’s not worth $10 to me. I would probably pay five at most.

Latest update is a hard pass
Game freezes and glitches mid puzzle, and robs you of your energy because you can’t get back in after resetting, and you have to start the whole puzzle over. The event energy refills much more slowly, too. I also didn’t get trophies for events I’ve already completed before this new feature was introduced, which sucks.

The gameplay is fine. As expected for a puzzle game.
The first day I started playing it it was pretty normal. Play a couple levels you get a couple adds. Day 2 came and not only was I getting adds after every level, they started doing pop up adds in the middle of the level. You’re about to make your move and an add pops up right in time for you to tap it.

Constantly freezes
Can’t get through two puzzles without it freezing. If you’re doing a timed puzzle, you’re screwed. Can’t tell you the coins I’ve wasted on them just for it to freeze while the timer continues and I have to force quit. On the bright side, I’ll never be tempted to spend a dollar on this game!
Not enough shelf
This game, same as another called jewel coloring or something, both are much more fun in the ad because there are rows and rows more of shelf space. It just makes the game less slow. I dont like moving 1 gem at a time.
