I’m not able to chat with any artist. I am not sure as to why I have to pay for a ticket. I was able to sign in but I can’t chat with any artist
all previous messages gone.
I recently had to uninstall and reinstall the app because the artist i am subscribed to, her messages were showing but not the images. Along side that, most other idols profiles were also not working. I reinstalled the app and now I cant see any of my artist's previous messages nor mine. I have been subscribed for almost a year now and I don't want everything to just disappear just because the app wasn't working. Please fix this immediately.

What a bunch of scam. It’s basically a bot sending you messages lol. What a waste of money. Buyers beware!!!
Bubble messages won’t appear
I get the notifications for new messages but they never appear or translate
Subscriptions
Why aren’t you more transparent about subscriptions? I stopped a ticket with an artists and saw the payment date disappear! I also have received no messages, did not pick another artists, buy anymore tickets or anything! Also, my ‘days’ with that artist as a subscriber disappeared also! BUT I STILL GOT CHARGED! After the payment, I still haven’t received any messages. Im filling a claim. It is unfair you billed for the whole month and next month and I’m not even receiving the service you offer at the moment! I will never subscribe again and I don’t recommend. I’m also annoyed at the constant prompts for me to not leak content. Go away.

i cant sign up for an account because my email is not receiving the verification code , i tried with several different email addresses and it still didn't work so i cant sign up :/
