App will not let me make an account. I’ve tried to sign up for an account multiple times this week, I make it all the way through until I’m waiting to get a text verification code and no matter how long i wait, i never get a code.
Who wants dry chicken dippers
I ordered a deal that came with chicken dippers and supposed to come with 4 sauces I got back home with my order excited opened the bag and no sauces I tried to call the store because again who wants dry chicken dippers they told me they were out of the sauce I said then can I get a partial refund and they said well there free sauces but who is ordering chicken dippers without sauces like if I knew that I wouldn’t of ordered them to begin with cause who wants dry chicken dippers :(
Please fix in app delivery
Every-time I try to place an order for delivery whether it is on the app or the website, it does now allow me to type in my delivery address. It always says “unavailable” and tells me to order pickup instead. I also had problems creating an account because when I entered my valid zip code, it told me my zip code was invalid.
unsure why they make their app suck
it literally won’t let you login on the app & to make matters worse it stays on the loading screen when you try putting in a delivery address. Everything is so glitching on their app it’s kinda crazy to see a successful franchise like theirs have the crappiest app experience

Good restaurant-BAD App
I feel bad for the nice people working at Buffalo Wings who have to deal with the horrible app/online ordering system. We have been trying to use it to order for some time now. Almost never works right. Either the app doesn’t work or the whole system is “down” like tonight. Placed an order and it said “something went wrong. Try again later.” Then it charged my card but the order dint go thru. I called the restaurant and they said the whole system was down and they were unable to take ANY orders at all. Best thing they could do is trash this app and get a whole new system. We’ve had it work maybe 2 out of twenty time. Trash.

Everytime I use my rewards I never get the food and it doesn’t show on the ticket but always takes the points

I ordered a couple times and after the last time I ordered a cash back option came up and took my money when i accepted it!!
Broken app
This app used to be good, but for a few months I can no longer play trivia, see my rewards balance, or redeem rewards. I contacted consumer service and they instructed me to do the same troubleshooting steps I had already done and contact them if it still didn’t work. I contacted them again informing them it was still broken, and since then they have stopped responding.
Everything gets Worse
Carrots celery, and ranch or bleu cheese used to come free with your wings. Now they charge a dollar per tiny plastic bit of ranch. You used to get 6 sauces per 30 wings, so you could mix and match with your family. Now you get 4. We saved points for a year of consistent spending, and spent the entire reward in one dinner. Everything’s worse, nothing ever gets better. Except the buffalo bleu sauce, that was a fun weird addition when it was around.

Another app purposely designed to get you to waste your money and you think you're getting something for free when really you're not. I will never be ordering from this restaurant ever again because that is shady business

We just ordered a whole bunch of chicken with sauce on the side, and used points to get a bottle of sauce, but we came home with a bunch of dry chicken!
Dont get it does not work
Hello so multiple times I tried ordering from the app and website and I keep getting an error. I emailed customer support and they respond like weeks later. They don’t seem to care about customers issues as responses seem very vague and don’t seem to want to help.
Trivia problems
When I take a call or close the app during trivia it locks me out of the game for the round and invalidates answers. Never been a problem before the update.
Why can I not redeem a gift card on this app?
I wanted to purchase an online exclusive order and use a physical gift card to purchase it, but if there is a way to add that credit to your account they’re intentionally hiding it. I even went in person, and had multiple employees try and help, including the manager, but they had no solution. I ended up having to pay $4 extra because I couldn’t use the online deal with the gift card. It’s not a lot, but it sucks when you can’t just use something that’s already been purchased at full price the way it’s intended.

The rewards never work, it doesn’t allow you to activate it. I lost so much already.

Wings in St. Louis
We were in town for our granddaughter’s birthday and ordered a delivery of wings! We did not receive all of our order and was also missing the sauce! All of the wings both traditional and boneless were cooked way too much they were NOT edible! We attempted multiple times to call the store and it would ring 20 times and then got a busy signal! We still have not heard anything from the store regarding this and still have not received a credit for the order we did not receive! We will NOT return to this store or order from them again! I wish they would have reached out to me after finally answering the phone the next day! They said they would call us back and that was 4 days ago.

I usually come in and spend 100 dollars to eat here. When I try to sign up on the app it never sends me a text so I save money

They have intentionally designed their app to ask for a delivery address and then default to a pickup order. They are misleading and waste food because of it.

App lacks quality control
Tried using this app for the first time. I notice that there is an offer in the app for Buy One Get One boneless wings on Thursdays. I hit the button to place an order for the BOGO wings. After making selections for the first order and adding the item to my cart, the app makes no indication that I am getting the BOGO deal. It doesn’t ask for sauces for the “free” meal. It doesn’t show the second meal in the cart all. It also doesn’t show in the cart that I selected the BOGO deal. If I try to add a second order of the wings, my cart total is doubled. I couldn’t tell what the app was doing with my order so I uninstalled. I guess I will stick to my 1-2 annual visits to BWW instead of trying to bother with ordering takeout from this app or this BWW Go store.

Terrible app
The links it the app suck. The company sucks. I can’t place an order half the time and estimated pickup times are never correct. I have never and I mean never gotten an order on time from buffalo wild wings. Also they don’t do anything to prevent bots from getting their giveaway items or limited items. Website crashes just as often as the app.
Waitress was horrible
We waited over an hour and a half for our food . We asked the waitress what took so long she said they’re busy in the kitchen. All we ordered was a hamburger and chicken, which was their specialty.. I just left. My wife stayed behind and spoke with the manager who is very nice and helpful. Will probably try it again. His name was Gregg very good man, but the waitress should be fired. i’m not gonna mention her name, but Gregg knows who it was.
Worst app ever!!!!
I have had this app for several years and have never been able to use my rewards because they just will not activate in the app. There are also issues trying to make a payment. This app is almost useless. I have made several attempts to do mobile orders, and it just keeps crashing.

Went to chipotle today instead of Bdubs. The app didn’t work and put me in a “update phone number” loop. Slop bowl wins today based purely on my laziness. x2. Still happening, still choosing chipotle over Bdubs.
No way to add gift cards?
I’ve been up and down in this app and can’t figure out how to add gift cards. You click on “Gift Cards” and it takes you to a page to BUY gift cards, but no way to add. When you dig deep and finally find the payment method section, there’s a way to add a credit card, but not a gift card. It shouldn’t be this hard!!!
Waiting for my order
I went on the App on Saturday for an online order on Sunday at 5:10pm it’s 5;30pm and they say they saw my order on the kitchen screen but not sure when it will be ready! Not acceptable!
Needs upgrades and fixing loading issues

Can’t select delivery for BOGO deals, can’t access BOGO deals on DoorDash. Can’t deliver the order when there are plenty of delivery options, if I order through a delivery service, I can’t enter in the BOGO order. 1 star. Easy fix tbh.
