Useful only for basic dispute clicks -> which you can do with Kikoff, Self, Credit Karma etc. for free

I installed the app and it only popped up a Aidolvey chat bot with no login user and password confitmation

I’ve tried this app a few times, but it is unstable and never actually opens. I don’t know if I can trust the app with my personal information if it can stay open.
Bad decision
Let’s put it this way I paid for the annual subscription through apple, error #1, the first month was great but then all of a sudden sorry there is a error message that pops up and says there is a problem with your credit file, so I call customer care because no brainer I’m paying them for a service and they tell me that I need to fix my credit file with TransUnion and it’s simple just start a dispute and then we can continue working on your account surprise that was a lie, for 11 months my disputes are still the same as they were a year ago the only difference is I have educated myself through several different google searches in order to fix my credit. If you want to waste money be my guest but I just want to warn other people who are in a tough time and thinking that this place is a solution like I did. I tried to cancel my subscription at the end of the first month and most companies refund your money but not this one just fyi.

This App is trash I’ve been paying for the premium subscription for a year now and my credit score hasn’t changed for the better yet at all. It’s like they’re doing nothing but collecting my money and let the credit people know you’ve got this fake amount of credit that you can’t even use and it’s not helping my score so I’m owed money from what I can see if your platform doesn’t work get rid of it and pay me back for wasting money with you guys!!
Don’t rely on computers
Had my identity stolen and have some unknown activity on my credit. This app made my credit worse and now unidentified companies are calling me. I was better off writing my own disputes. Don’t waste you $$$…

This did nothing to help me and I paid the annual fee and got scammed
Don’t do it! Waste of time.
This company did absolutely nothing for me except bill me. I tried. Gave them 3 months. Enough time. They will continue to push back and push back on promises and results dates. Nothing ever gets resolved. Trust me, don’t waste your time.

Free Version is better than the paid version
AI chat helpful and appears to have the same results in both the paid and free version. No improvement in score seen with purchase for months. No new line of credit added either, as advertised. There were a lot of third party advertising referrals too for more services to purchase for credit improvement.
