I downloaded the free version. It instructed me to make certain changes that ended up hurting my credit and going against me for the next 7 years even tho it was on an account I paid off, the ai settled It as bad debt with a negative balance and now I have a strike against me. When I called to try and straighten out, it took 2 weeks for them to say it is what it is because I only had the free version, but If I would have paid the $100
I could re-dispute the change’s then I’d have a chance at fix’n their mistake thats negatively affected me in this way. They set me up for failure, then tried to sell me their solution. Only caused me more problems

I signed up for the App and they got my personal information and now I can’t sign in. It keeps coming up error so do not download this app. It’s a scam.

I was with Dovly almost a year and nothing got fixed and even removed from my credit report. It’s all just marketing to make money.
I feel like its a scam
Payed for it and not even a month in it claimed to boost me 90 points and all its done is take from me ive love about 100 points off my 690 credit score now im down to a 520 wild

it says “just one more step to higher credit” on the app, but then leaves me hanging and doesn’t identify what that one more step is…. Frustrating

Ripoff & AI nonexistent
Paid for a yearly subscription unintentionally, experienced MANY months where login stalled on ‘processing documents,’ and the advertised AI repeatedly loops the same options instead of functioning as described. Useful only for basic dispute clicks -> which you can do with Kikoff, Self, Credit Karma etc. for free
Very bad app
There is no customer support, this company ie evil and does not help people. A good app is available 24/7 with real people !
So many issues
Paid $99 for the Premium account, signed up for the $2,000 LoC for their Build feature, and it has been stuck in a “Review” status. Been having back-and-forth email conversations with the support team, they keep telling me to accept the tncs in the Build page, but it’s not there (not in iOS app or web mobile).
Also, I was intrigued about the AI feature, especially for reporting negative items. Thought it would handle it all for me, but it’s still a manual process, having to select the account, dispute type, and dispute reason. Submit, go back to list of accounts, and repeat. I use Claude for work as personal, and it does much.
The main thing that AI is supposed to do is to handle and execute complex tasks within a short time. Dovly seems to have a simplified approach to tackling key pillars of credit repair and management, but each of its features feels half baked. Rapid development, but its modules lack completion, aren’t really interconnected to support a single system, and their last feature/app page feels like a Craigslist site for related businesses to advertise their services.
