Hard to unsubscribe
The information on the app is already available on the internet, so I didn’t find much added value. When I tried to cancel my subscription, it wouldn’t let me. I then tried on PC, but it told me to disable pop-up blockers. After that, it asked me to verify my identity through email, but I’m not receiving the verification emails, so I’m unable to complete the cancellation process. If I was you I would avoid it

Poor search capabilities and ordering support
Searching for RTX 2080 brings up all manner and model of video cards and there’s no way to sort by price.
Outdated
Doesn’t seem to have any current components.
Cool Concept but poor execution
This does not list all parts actually available, which I understand as many parts come out daily. So you look in community parts. But there’s no search, so you have to scroll through 800 submitted GPUs to find yours. Or you submit your own, but you can only do 3 per day. Like it’s going to take me 2 weeks to simply list out my parts on my pc. Just use the pcpartpicker website.
Bad
They don’t have communities for 4 things :(
Horrible app
Prices are ludicrous. You’re not even buying anything on there as far as I can tell, but prices can be 6-7 times normal prices. Small selection of parts. Overall just plain terrible.
Doesn’t seem to work
Search doesn’t work today so this app is unusable.
Can’t find parts
With no filters this couldn’t find the motherboard, graphics card, or ram that I wanted to put as part of my build.
Incredibly disappointing.

Does not render

App gets stuck in loop
The app is fine for finding parts and putting together a PC build, but if you click on one of the “Buy” buttons for a part, it will automatically bring you to Amazon or Newegg or BestBuy in a Web Browser or it will open it on the companies app if you have it installed, all fine and dandy there. But when you go back to the PC Builder app, it will get stuck in a hyperlink loop that brings you back to the web site or app from the original part you were trying to buy. The PC Builder app becomes unusable unless you close it and reopen.
Missing case
When I got the game I was expecting it to have the case IWas going to use for my PC The DA 601 but it wasn’t there
Unbelievably limited
Don’t believe the overrated reviews. If you now the basics of machine building this app is fine. But if you’re a real builder and are looking for an app with a good database to create and track multiple builds you’re going to want to grab a pen, notepad and open a web browser cause this app is infuriatingly limited. I couldn’t even get this app to find basic year old hardware like a Phanteks Evolv Shift 2. A case that came out in January of 2021. Instead I had to add the part myself. After that I noticed a lot of parts weren’t showing up as I searched for them. It didn’t have the ITX mobos I knew about or would use. And adding a part, you’d think it’d be something as easy as adding a link for a missing part, but nope. The app has you add the photo, name, specs, and price with a link to the actual product. Suddenly I realized … the app dev is basically asking for the community to update the extremely limited database for them instead of keeping an up-to-date database of current parts. By the time you’re done adding in all of your parts manually for just one machine, because you won’t find 90% of them through this app, you could have put together several lists for custom machines using a browser and notepad. Heck it’s easier to create custom wishlist that does exactly the same thing in the Amazon app. Some of you might be saying “it’s a free app what did you expect?” Something that actually deserved the reviews it’s gotten and an app that I’d want to give my money to.
Broken
It won’t even open it just shows the logo then back to home.
