Time and money pit
Constant nefarious advertisements for ‘special’ deals - you can easily spend a ridiculous amount of money if you’re looking for a shortcut. Even if you don’t spend money, and just advance by winning battles, you will eventually be unable to move forward because your hero isn’t at the ‘divine’ tier - which you can only attain if you spend money. Again, don’t download, don’t put money into this game, it’s very deceptive.
Not Fun After 30mins of Play
I was genuinely having a good time while playing this game, but then once you get to a certain point, there's no way of upgrading your character fast enough to make it fun (or not constantly losing) without having to pay money. This is a pay-to-play game, and it's really disappointing they put so much fun behind a paywall!
Matchmaking is where they are p2w
They are matching you with way higher people constantly to force you to buy the chests and items to get upgrades to stand a chance. You’ll be place with 200-300 level higher people some of these people have toons that can 2 shot you while playing with tank classes. Its only purpose is to get you to spend money to upgrade. You will not get enough pieces along the way to keep up. I bought a legendary class and afterwards within an hour of being on par with people I was placed with people 200-300 power level above me and they were 2 shotting me. Legendary versus red mythics within an hour of buying. You can’t compete with that…I’m not new to shooting games either these lobbies are bots or they are shoving people in high tier brackets to force you to buy to keep up and I’m thinking these arnt actual people but bots because you can’t even click their profiles it says they don’t exist…

Fun for the first 30 minutes to get you hooked then you need to start paying. It’s unplayable without spending money because you are matched with mostly bots that are 2-3x stronger than you.
Unbalanced
Only put maybe a couple hours in and the game puts you against players over double your power level. It’s not fun losing to someone who’s over twice as strong as you. No skill involved just bad balancing
Overpriced
The items to purchase are way overpriced. Like this thing is stealing money from plenty of people for sure. Game is good but the game modes all seem to be the same except for two. It’s a good game don’t get me wrong but they’re just way overpriced their heads for what they’re asking for. The most I’ve gotten asked for an item was 200 bucks. Crazyyyyy!

The game could have great potential but the developers are too greedy. The skill you acquire isn’t a problem. The gear is. I have been playing this game for over a year and a half and i’m stuck in the same power forced to used certain characters that went balanced or stacked enough to compete with characters that have full sets of gear. Collecting cards, gear, and characters is way too slow, i mean way too slow. The fights arnt fun because i’m 1700 power with my best character and i’m fighting people 2500 that have an insane advantage with me in the same trophy division. i’m forced to be reminded ever game to buy a pack for little progress and high cost. I deleted this game. Save your self and your wallet some time.

Don’t waste your time with this game
It’s a fun game and has potential, but the way they built it is to make you keep paying. The game starts ok. You win and lose and feel that there’s a balance. After some time you can’t win anymore. It takes you a lot of shooting to kill a target and the other players could kill you with one or two bullets. Your character will be weak without paying. There’s no way you could beat the ones who paid. Even when you pay, it will last for a day or two then you’ll be weak again and need to pay. On top of all this, if you deleted the game and reinstall it, you’ll lose all the things you purchased. I submitted a refund claim since this is a scam

To reiterate the game is wonderful best mobile game I’ve played in a long time but the pricing in this game is a absolute scam literally everything costs money and not like a lil couple bucks no just one supreme character is 100 bucks and you guessed it this game couldn’t be any more pay to win such a shame to they will try to make you feel like ur getting a good deal too for a 30 dollar purchase bc it’s not 100 and the economy in this game makes 0 sense I stg they showed me a recommended pack for a character I have and then I went to recommend deals and found a better pack w the same things and more for 20 it’s actually comical

Over charges !
This game continues to over charge me. The prices that are listed in game are not correct. So you don’t know what you’re paying. Listed items 0.99 then charges you 19.99. Fraudulent. I’m requesting refunds now.
Nothing like the ads
Game feels clunky and slow, ads that were advertised are a completely different game and play style. This game is boring and fake multiplayer against bots only.

Bot filled rigged game
Makes no sense, it’s just bot lobby spam and you get broken aim that intentionally misses while the bots one shot you. How do you get around this? Pay for better sht… waste of time. Greedy dev as usual, rigging the game intentionally to force profits.
False Advertisements, Too Many Pop Ups In Game, and No Real Players
The devs falsely advertise a stealth game. This game is NOWHERE near a stealth game. It’s quite literally a who does more damage up close and is tankier game. That’s it. No hiding in corners and doing cool little takedowns or anything like that.

You wanted this so I’m gonna give it to you!! It’s ridiculous!! If you’re not buying packs don’t waste your time playing!! You’re ALWAYS gonna lose!!! The people you play against are high HP and attack, hence the constant buying of packs!! Don’t waste your time, it’s not worth playing without spending!! I’ll be deleting!!

Играю около 4-5 лет, с каждым новым персонажем становится тяжелее так как его делают слишком баффоным, на поле битвы творится полный хаос, Альтеры которых надо убивать по 2 раза, Бонни которая спавнит по две гончих собак, честное слово каждый новый перс становится все сильнее и сильнее, от этого и не интересно играть, их делают настолько сильным что бы батл пасс покупали😕

Don’t do in app purchases if you want what you paid for, worst customer service experience too
I did everything I was asked to do to get the in app purchase I paid for. I didn’t even want a refund because I genuinely enjoy this game. They told me to go to Apple. Apple tells me to deal with them. In the end I didn’t receive the purchases I made. Instead I just get ripped off for 30$. I’ve never had such an issue getting something I purchased before. In the end I did what they said was the only option and requested a refund from Apple on the purchases I never received. Apple then declined my refunds saying there is no refund on this sort of in app purchase. How is it I just end up losing out all around on something I paid for. Absolutely horrible customer service, I sent all screen shots, showed I paid. They tell me they can’t see what I paid for and what I received. I don’t know what’s worse. Being lied to more than once. Or being ripped off more than once. I would have much rather given this 5 stars because it’s a lot of fun. Instead I have to waste more time writing this just so I don’t feel like I didn’t try absolutely every way to get what I paid for. So aggravating and messed up treatment of someone who supported your game off the jump. Very disappointing

Hella review botted, so I rated one star in attempt to counter rate it. It’s an ok game, probably 3 stars. Lowkey sucks though because u put me in bot lobbies with bots that have double my power. I don’t mind playing against bots, but at least make them around my power level, yk? I also hate how bots follow you around when ur invisible. Kinda defeats the purpose of being invisible. Still viable in other ways though, so not too big of a problem.
They delete progress after inactivity
Never again will I use a product of MSG, I come back to the game after paying for services and everything is removed! Create a new nickname. I bound the account to my google email incase prior to leaving yet no account found.

The game is not too bad but it’s not a game that gets regular updates. Not only that but no customer service, and rarely any fixes to bugs in the game. Not to mention the new characters that are added into the game are very overpowered, especially snipers. And they want people to pay absurd amounts of money for barely anything in the game.

every match that I start up, I get hard countered by over-leveled bots with gear far superior than mine, playing this feels like hell when every match is like this and I don't see how new players would stick around for stuff like this, extremely pay to win when you can't get any of the resources (hero cards + gear cards) if you can't win any matches when they're all structured this way against you, the only fix to this is to either tone down their gear and hero level massively, or just don't have bots in the game.

My only issue with this game is the match making I get put with people who have 700+ health with alot of amor while I have 300 health and I just get instantly killed! Other then that it’s a fun game
