I was ordering in the app and usually I get the egg-enormous burrito but it only lets me make it the bacon opt, I prefer sausage but it be nice if the app could let me choose that option only really reason why I’m giving a 1 star

I have tried to use BK rewards numerous times, and it is always a huge hassle. Today, this BK told me I just was not allowed to redeem crowns for food. This is ridiculous; no other company has been this bad.

Not friendly to use
Do not use this app it’s a trap!
Would not recommend this app, it is used to deny refunds when the store or app messes up the order. When you attempt to contact customer service via the app, it tells you there is already a ticket and refuses to allow you to talk to an agent. When contacting the store they tell you that they can’t give you a refund because you used the app and it’s “new”. You are better off using door dash, grub hub, etc because at least they might give you a refund for issue orders.
Duplicate login error with no help in sight
Tried using Walmart+ partnership benefit, but can’t even open my account on the Burger King app. I tried to create an account and it said I already had one. Fine. I tried to log in to that account, but it would only let me create a new account from the log in/sign up page. Every time I tried to log in it would force me to the create an account page only to tell me I already have an existing account and to log into it. Rinse and repeat. Clicked on contact support and the entire app just froze so I couldn’t interact with the chat support. Rinsed and repeated that until I gave up. I’ll give Taco Bell my money.
No refunds at this place!
I ordered bacon and cheddar tots. The employee came to me “We don’t have the bacon and cheddar tots.” I asked “Do I get a refund?” Chelsea (The employee) said “No, we don’t do refunds?” Since when you go to a store/restaurant and they don’t give you a refund? How is it my fault that the place doesn’t have the product and not give a refund?! Be careful on what you order here before they tell you they don’t have it and you can’t get your money back.

Incorrect order
I’m at the Burger King in Cranberry TWP, PA on rt19. I ordered via the app and attempted to customize my whopper (remember “have it your way”?). Despite requesting light pickle and making NO MENTION OF CHEESE in my order. I drive away from the drive-through with a whopper WITH CHEESE and most definitely regular to heavy pickle. I like the new whopper but your upgrades do no good when the team cannot get an order right!!!

Got two different meals first time order was dropped on the ground out the window when they remade it nothing was right
They charged without delivering
I placed an order. They didn’t deliver the product, but still charged my account. The store refused to help me. I won’t be using this app again.
Rip off
Don’t waste your time. Multiple times Ive had issues Including the location was out of the item and mobile order not going through. Both times I had to cancel through their customer service and this last time they are “unable to provide a refund”. It’s best to just order and pay in person.
No way to recover account without calling
Can’t set up account and it keeps saying I am setting up duplicate account. No way to verify my account or reset password without calling in. Not worth my time so will just use McDonalds or Tacobell.

Garbage app
App sucks. Even after specifically setting location to pick up, it changes back to previous location. Then I lose my points since Burger King doesn’t take responsibility for their garbage app

They trick you into their star system and bam start stealing them all before it can use them. It’s straight up robbery. Predatory fees &practices is when call it.
