BAD BAD BAD App
Do not get this App. Charged me for entire year just to make few phone calls. APP Glitched in stuck spinning mode for the rest of the year. Wrote to Customer Support several times without any response. 60$ wasted. Avoid!

i couldn’t even get past the area code part because it keeps saying “too many attempts try again later” yet it was my first attempt? i just had to delete it because it hasn’t working no matter how long i waited.. fix your app.

this ia a VERY sensitive texting app, i was texting someone something important and all of a sudden when i sent the long paragraph the app immediately logged me out and blocked me. I am very upset because i have no idea if my message went thru or not! i hope it didn’t tho since the app logged me out. I do NOT recommend this app, i have had other face texting apps that work better.

Messages Not Sending
Like others, recipients are not receiving messages. I suspect they have some censorship arbitrary software that throttles people under the guise of “spam suspicion”, yet, not the case. Canceled subscription and deleted. Bravo overpaid developers

This app won’t work for me, and I sent a help request over one week ago and still have no received any tech support.

Fraudulent
This app has been secretly charging my Apple account for months and it’s not even installed on my phone. It’s very shady and fraudulent. I recommend staying very far away from it. I see that others have reported scam activity and fraudulent charges from this app as well. Check the reviews. If they have scammed you report them to Apple and request a refund. I am looking into a class action lawsuit, too many reports of unauthorized charges.

This app is running a scam
I’ve been being double charged for this app for months, one charge through apple, one direct to my CC. Cancelled the app, second charge keeps getting billed. Contacted their support, chat is a useless AI. Emailed their company, no response. No way to remove (or even) view my billing information in the app. Absolutely criminal, do not, I repeat, do not allow this app to access your payment information, they will steal from you.
Dialing out
For me this was a waste of time and money. Every number I tried to call or text went to the same one number 80 miles away instead of the number dialed/texted.
Privacy violating app reads your messages sent
Please don’t use this app. Every word you send is scanned and stored. There is no privacy on this app. They shut your account down involuntarily because they are reading your messages. Avoid avoid avoid.
really sucks!
i got the free trial to check it out and today have found that there is no message history, apparently? like. scrolling up, to read previous messages, you know? they’re just simply gone, messages from an hour ago are gone and the app is deleting more texts as new ones come in. ridiculous. i get having that as a privacy feature like a lot of apps but to have that be the default and have zero way to disable that? just why? and their help section is useless, it just keeps telling me “we don’t allow you to export messages” which is not at all what the issue is or what i want to do.
Paid for a number and it didn’t work

I closed my account and they still continue to bill me for a monthly subscription. When I log in it says that my account is scheduled for deletion. Be careful or this will happen to you.
Money grab
I upgraded to the premium 3 phone numbers I have 6 switches per line so I used each line to make normal calls to grocery stores stuff as such which is why I wanted burner , so as I was making my switches I did one switch per line remember I had 6 switches per phone number I get a pop up stating I need to upgrade to the 29.99 version for what I had plenty of switches per number to switch see money grab if I could post a picture so you could see. You would see what’s going on! All of that being said when you see the money grab beginning you just what cancel get your money back and go on.
Lost My Account
I had trouble accessing my account after changing my main phone number. When I contacted support, they were unable to locate my account or assist with resetting it.
This made it difficult to continue using the service, since access to the account was lost after the number change. I hope the app can improve its account recovery options and customer support so situations like this can be resolved more easily in the future.

Beware, this app blocked me from my account and I kept charging me for months even with no access. Apparently they are famous for doing this. See the bad reviews here we all have had the same issue. It was a great app for years then all of a sudden they lock me out for no reason yet keep taking my money? Shame on you!
Also, review their terms of service that clearly states they can do this at anytime and you have to agree in order to use their service. Apps like this should not be legal.

Blocking me from downloading apps until i pay them
They have made it where until i pay 16.04 i dont have can not download apps on my phone which is stupid because i used this app one time during the free trial and now i have to wait until i can afford to pay them so i can download apps again DONT START THE FREE TRIAL WITH THEM.

Paid for a year up front. Went to use it today: NO paid access. NO support. This is a scam.
MULTIPLE app updates and STILL premium video sending features don't work.
Being updated to latest iOS doesn't help either. 2/28/26 - still paying for premium and not receiving premium features... Don't update the app everyone unless you want your features broken.. If they work and release an update, don't update if you're features are working.
