They do not treat their streamers with the respect they deserve.
Agency run app
This app customer service and support group is horrible, they’ve deactivated my account and then told people that they didn’t and then reactivated it so they allow people that probably shouldn’t have the ability to ban people to do so… and when I say shouldn’t, I mean people that are actively involved in the app in streamers based on who they get along with and who they don’t… the app is very agency driven, and it has a mafia mentality…. There’s very few streamers that do well on that app unless they’re in an agency there’s a lot of behind-the-scenes drama and they say there’s no bullying but then you’re not allowed to defend yourself publicly. They allow certain things to slide with people that bring more money and all rules don’t apply to everybody. Start it off as a great App now just very toxic and some of the people that run the app and people that do the rundown are some of the most toxic people on the app and do some of the most shady stuff behind the scenes. Respectfully.
Never using this app again
If you are looking for an app that supports its broadcasters and streamers, definitely do not download this one. The moment there is any trouble between them and their streamers, even the ones with their own agencies who do nothing but bring in money for them with other streamers, they abandon you, abuse, you and lock your account. A streamer I followed for a decade over to this app had this happen and I am following them away from it for that very reason.
Horrid app
This is the WORST APP. They treat their streamers awful and ban and deactivate their accounts so that they can’t cash out their money! They lure streamers over under false pretenses and promises and rip them off! Wish I could give zero stars. They only value a couple of streamers whom they make admins and moderators so that those girls can HATE on everyone else. They change rules to rip off streamers and not pay them due to their missed metrics that they change without any notice to streamers. I feel so bad for their broadcasters. I only went on there for one sunshine person and will be deleting my account now that she’s gone. How does apple allow this type of treatment to go on in their Apple Store from a live streaming ap that contracts their streamers?

I would not recommend C2 to anyone serious about streaming. The platform shows unfair favoritism, banning some users without clear reasons while allowing others to stay, which makes the app feel biased and untrustworthy.
A major issue is that banned streamers may loose access to their earnings, with little to no support to recover their money. The app also lacks real viewer engagement, and many creators feel pressured into spending large amounts of their own money or gifting just to stay relevant, often receiving far less in return.
Streaming should be about content and community, not favoritism and financial loss. There are far better platforms like: Twitch, TikTok and YouTube that offer fairer opportunities for creators.

Can’t trust them
Don’t spend ur money here was making connections. The people already there are not gonna gifted u or support u until u spend money not even a convo. I familiar with streaming on other platforms I was sitting in a box and account deactivated. Ladies with there cleavage and Brest out but no deactivation. It’s a popularity contest. Never revived cash out even thou I cashed them out days ago. I will let everyone know of this behavior because this is how yall went bankrupt last time?

This app allows elite streamers to play mods to the app. They then target other streamers and allow them to be banned. Also, they freeze your funds so you can’t cash out. ALL PROVEN WITH RECEIPTS

Full of drama and predators. If you like BS from admins about issues on the app or concerns regarding streamer safety, this is the place for you! You got Elite badges (Big) who loves to send his dick to every female unsolicited, and the app is well aware of it but they don’t do anything because they don’t care. Money over morals ❤️ run behind the scenes by a group of streamers who play favorites and manipulate the system. They will delete your account without cause and void your hard earned cashouts. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

I come from other platforms that are definitely dying out. So i saw a friend that is new to streaming sharing their profile on this app and decided to check it out and the app has some good things about it even in comparison to what i was streaming from before. But one huge issue i noticed off the jump is there is no such thing as being a fresh new stream when you first start broadcasting where people jump in. Like literally no one will hop in at all unless you find followers to make it a point to visit before hand. I have even made friends with streamers on this app but when i went to broadcast myself, i was on for over an hour along with activity even, and i have not had one person pop in at all… you would think they would push new active streamers but they dont. The top stream is always someone sleeping w their camera on a tv from a distance.. how is someone sleeping and inactive the top broadcast?.. lol

Please exercise caution regarding the five-star reviews; they may be falsified or financially motivated. The application’s customer service is notably inadequate or nonexistent, and there is a risk of financial loss. I don’t think I ever seen so many jealous people in one community. The streamers are known for shooting for themselves, which shouldn’t be a problem, but it doesn’t allow the genuine streamer to win. BIG DIAMOND TRADING CARTEL. Their elites are just like being back in high school with all the drama and sneaking around. DON’T TRUST ANYONE THERE.

It’s completely unacceptable behavior that people are getting deleted just for talking out against diamond traders. Everyone should have freedom of speech and not be afraid to express themself. Your company should be ashamed of yourself that you delete people who speak up. Shame shame shame on you do better and don’t just stand up for the diamond traders.

This app is a scam. I spent a bunch of money on this app and they kept the money from me and they banned my account because of something that happened in my past when I was 14 years old I believe they already knew this information and they waited for me to spend money on the app so they could just take my money. Do not use this app

Read the 1 star reviews for actual reviews of how this app is ran, and how they treat people - the 5stars are by paid streamers or fake users with fake ratings. Try and find the names of these 5 star reviews on app for proof. lol
They monitored my instagram and emailed me regarding speculation that it had anything to do with another streamer, when I asked for clarification on what I did they got verbally aggressive and violated our contact. by NOT terminating our contract via writing! They also blocked me on email, blocked me on instagram, IP banned me, and stole my money!!!
I had pending cashouts I had earned from MY supporters that they stopped processing, along with NOT paying my hours streamed (prior to them violating our contract agreement) and banning me from the app.
Additionally, they play favorites and prioritize the streamers that are SPENDING 15k dollars a month to gift other streamers and boost their numbers 😂.
There are NO GIFTERS. Top VIP gifter leaderboard is 1500 gifters, on the top 100 board there are probably 10 gifters that AREN’T streamers. (Very clear that the ppl with high gem counts are trading)
I brought my support from another app. You cannot survive financially on this app unless you’re willing to trade gifts with other streamers.
They make everyone an “Elite” streamer to get those streamers to atleast make them *750* to justify paying them $500 a month.

I have this a 5 star review so people can see this… So the only question I would love to be answered is why is the app not truthful.. what do I mean by this you ask? Here is the question to the app developers and owners look at when you go to the store to download this app it shows a preview of how the app is you have a fake leaderboard showing people with over 100 million gems.. why give a false representation.. and even people on that leaderboard aren’t even on the app?

When this happens, the app does not pay the streamer meaning any viewers or supporters who have sent gifts to that streamer all that money goes to the app now and the streamer does not see any of it and the viewers money goes directly to the app. this app has certain streamers running certain customer service functions through the platform which would lead to favoritism and punishing some streamers while giving benefits to some of their favorites. also, if you plan on being successful on this platform, be prepared to have to support others to get anything back or else everyone will turn on you and make it very hard for you in my opinion there is lots of talking amongst people on the app to control who succeeds and who fails in my opinion. When you make a deal to pay a streamer and you back out of that deal without notice, that’s not good business. Also forcing new people to join streams just to elevate numbers is shady behavior.
