If something goes wrong while playing (and it will) customer service will screw you over and make some BS excuse which is obviously a canned response that they all give. The games just drain your money/credits. In a real casino, your bankroll goes up and down while playing. Here it only goes down. Save yourself the time and money and move on to a more reputable online casino game. This platform is designed to steal your credits by putting the max bet button next to other features you routinely use…so you will hit the max bet by mistake at some point to drain your bankroll. No matter how many times multiple users report this issue, the developers do nothing to fix the problem. Which means it’s designed to screw over the players.

Good place to lose the money, cost of fortunate to play, and pay out is very minimal. If you get a jackpot if you ever do don’t ever expect more than a mini jackpot it just does not happen and they’re very good at wanting more money constantly but yet as far as paying out anything to keep people playing doesn’t happen.. just enough to keep you playing to lose your money. Their games out there a lot cheaper better fun

This is one of the biggest rip off games on here …I have been playing Caesars since day one , many many Years ago, it will rip you off big time if you let it believe me I have learned never buy their tokens…I get morning spins and play with whatever I get and WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER TOKEN FROM THEM…too many other good games to play. Not what you would expect
I have played the game for the past 4 months. I find it not worth the time because it takes all your credits while playing what they call “the chase”. This morning I had 30 billion credits and the game ate all of it while attempting to complete portions of the chase. This game has done this 3 times to me, and stupidly I paid about $200 to continue playing, but it always ends up with the game seriously taking all your tokens in order for you to purchase more to continue. This makes the game not fun to play at all, when you realize all your tokens that you worked hard to keep after paying and purchasing disappear in minutes. What’s the sense in keeping up in the game if you have to buy your way to nowhere.

This game sucks. It’s like a real casino, but worst. You never win, they take all your money, and the WORST part is you demolished by 13 ads before getting to the lobby telling you to buy buy buy coin packs, and I can see why! You NEVER WIN!

Broke Player !!
This was a great App a few years ago. But unfortunately like everything else in the world today it’s overcome by GREEDY PEOPLE as this once great game was. I’ve lost so much money buying in app purchases that I can’t even afford to buy anything else. It’s crazy that people get hooked on this stuff and then get nothing in return. I’ve had to many issues with customer support, they are not helpful and have never resolved my issues with the app, always excuses for everything to not resolve the problem. So, I will be deleting this app and will not be using it ever again. And customer support you still owe me for a package I never received but you charged me for it. Pretty sad you guys have gotten so damn GREEDY and ripping players off for their hard earned money. I have not one good word to say about this app. CAESARS SLOTS…YOU STILL OWE ME MONEY! That’s well over 500 hands!!! Thus, l am certain that their blackjack is using the online’s traditional weighted algorithm, to insure the player has ZERO CHANCE of winning.

They have a toga reward program to be able to purchase gift cards. I had enough to purchase 6 different cards. Never received one card. Many emails to customers server have never been answered.

This game is a complete disaster. It’s constantly glitching, and the latest issue was the final straw. I actually paid to advance, and the moment I tried to use my items, the game glitched, wiped everything, and left me with nothing. Caesars Support - specifically Patrick William - refused to fix it or credit back what I purchased and earned. Save yourself the frustration. Don’t waste your time or money on this game. There are plenty of better options out there.

This morning, after I’d spent several hundred dollars the past week buying coins through the app, I finished the challenges received a bingo and my two chest rewards, and this gave me 1.5 trillion in coins. The game then “glitched” and my 1.5 trillion in coins disappeared. This happened to me a few months ago as well, which now makes me think that it’s not a “glitch” but intentional on their part. Stay away from this app!! I’m a diamond plus member at Caesars, but this is enough to make me switch to MGM.
Pay to play
This game is pay to play. They argue they have the same randomness and odds as real slots, but we are not winning real money here. After over a decade I’m about to stop paying therefore stop playing. Odds seem to get worse every year.

This game is literally a stupid scam. First they give you all these bonuses and then when you’re on a certain level they take all of your coins. Bought the 2.99 pack for the vault 44 million coins. No wins. Talk about mini transactions.

% on slots low
I understand it’s for entertainment I’ve been playing for awhile level 485 most free play but have spent over 200 dollars but no more not one red cent! Unless changes happen with pay out %. Under federal law real slots need to pay out a certain % I understand this isn’t real money but you do take money for gold coins. I would actually spend more if slot % was high it is very obvious it’s random of course but programming on payout is very low. Why would I ever pay for week of you type of battle pass per week if I can not even play cause I run out of coins.. Same with dog treats Goldies that you can’t even earn at certain bet levels.. Ok I now hit Gold status which is nice and offer a permanent gold upgrade but explain to me one thing why is all the packages that you can buy all the respins on wheels etc have all doubled in tripled cost now so I have a new reward tier but all costs for packages have dramatically increased this is definitely not acceptable I used to be able to buy spins on wheels respins for much cheaper I understand some of these spill winds heavy higher dollar amount for the spins but there’s no way I’m giving you 30 or $40 to spin because it’s an upgrade for the spins of that particular games. They let you get within a few chips or points to get a huge reward that you’ve WORKED for for days or a week. SO obvious that they want you to spend money to buy more fake chips but why do that when you KNOW you’re going to lose it very quickly once those pesky goals are met. Ridiculous.

Not worth the time or money
I have played the game for a month now and while it does offer the value of playing slots. It doesn’t however offer monetary value nor does the “rewards” you get worth it. If you link a Caesars account you do get Reward Credits not Tier Credits and the amount you get are the equivalent as a grain of rice! I have spent probably close to 1k and don’t even have enough Credits for anything usable! So much for being a Caesars Partner. Guess the only partner part this game and company does is let the house win without having to give you at least a decent reward for doing business with them.
Very disappointed
I’ve had a lot of fun over the years playing this game, of course I’ve lost small and lost really big but I’ve never lost it all. Eventually I started buying small packs here and there to throw away because why not, the game also rewards you pretty good most of the time. However lately I’ve been extremely disappointed. After taking but if a break from the game I came back and noticed an instant difference. The game took me from having a fairly substantial amount of coins to almost none in no time flat, giving me almost nothing in return. And I’m not talking about big bets loosing quickly, I spent billions and one million coin bets and didn’t get a single big win back. It was all just gone. Then decided to take my final five hundred million to a fast spin because those tend to give out pretty quickly and at 750,000 a spin it spun at least 400 times without triggering a single bonus or rewarding me with enough to be over what I started with. At that point it’s not just bad luck that’s horrible programming aimed at making you loose so you spend money. The reason I play this app is because it’s fun to win money gambling but when you have no money you can’t do that so we play games like this. However intentionally writing out programming to make players loose like that makes this game trash. I had a higher likelihood of getting struck by lightning while driving that actually loosing like that.

I enjoy this game and I know that they need to pay their techs. However this app is just greedy. When I started giving money for things it was &2.99. Now they want $29.99 and up. I will not pay this. So sorry. I now just collect my daily coins and go play other more reasonable apps.

Stay away, no customer service
I’m a daily user. Or o was. It gave me the feel of being at the casino while slowing down my spend at the real casino. I make purchases in the app all the time. For years. I won’t be anymore. Made a $20 purchase yesterday and didn’t receive it. Close the app went back and still not available. Played some more. Still not available. So I reported it Because companies that aren’t scamming, you see that there was a fail and give you a refund. Then made a different purchase that had a 60 min time limit to use. Well wouldn’t you know that the first purchase all of a sudden is showing and won’t let you use the app until you pick it. So I’ve been waiting for them to fix it and am now out $40 because they seem to think “ok it works now” is a solution. Again, I make purchases all of the time and this is my first complaint. So I’ll be downloading other a slot games to spend my time with that don’t scam people.

Scammy kind of app. You collect these cards then the cards all disappear after I earned so many. I saw other reviews on here about the same thing. Then magically card collections are back. Reappears in game. Go to sleep I have 38 cards I built up AGAIN. Log on this morning I have 11. App deleted. Horrible.

Another pop up simulator
It’s like browsing old school AOL with no antivirus. All pop ups. Some will even rip you away from the slot machine to go look at a side mechanism you don’t even have anything for yet. Others rip you back to the menu so they can hit you with 5 shop pop ups. Imagine being at a real casino and being dragged off your machine to the food court so they can ask if you want to buy their overpriced steaks. That’s what it feels like every 3minutes. Thinking of idling? Too bad, you’ll get a pop up you have to manually skip before your auto spins are up. The only thing automatic about this game is the bots giving it fake 5 star reviews.

AWFUL GAME EVEN WORSE SUPPORT
Watch your coins when you win. I won on respins on kitten corner & thought that my coins didn’t apply but wasn’t sure. So next respin win I took screen shots & had proof that in fact the coins won did not apply to my total. I messaged support 4 times and included the screen shots. Not one response though after each message I sent to the support team I was told I would be reached out to shortly. Nothing in my email or junk mail from them. Since then I constantly lose. Maybe 45 seconds of play. It’s been 4 weeks!!! Not a word from support & every day I try to play I get the same exact results no matter what slot game I play. So here I am leaving a review. I’ve reached out to support more times than I should have to give them a chance to make it right and plenty of time to do so. Very disappointed since I’ve spent money on this game. So I intend to continue playing to see if there will be a response after this review & plan to update this review. One last chance I guess.

Lots of nice games on offer, BUT many glitches resulting in lost play time and lost rewards. I have noticed spins not being credited and other relatively minor malfunctions, but, most recently, Reel Travelers malfunctioned and restarted the app on the last game of the most challenging level, then would not reload that one game for the last 40 minutes, preventing me from getting my last few spins in to win the big prize. Funny, all the other games, including earlier levels of Reel Travelers, opened just fine. I find that a bit suspicious. I was able to get screenshots of the game not opening and reported the problem, but will have to wait to see if I get a satisfactory response (which would be, at the least, the ace chest and 8 billion coins I would have gotten had the app not frozen the game) or get told too bad, so sad.

Loot lift is ruined!!!
Why did you raise the amount of gems in the loot lift. You’ve made it impossible to play the game. You charge more for the gems and you need a ton to save the prizes. You ruined the fun of loot lift. I won’t play it anymore and all my friends agree. They are mad you did this
Lots of FREEZING
Loved the game, forced myself to delete it because it was constantly freezing/glitching while trying to switch or load any added screens in the game. Might be a bug fix but not impressed.
