Doesn't allow to paste data
Who in 2026 creates an app that doesn't allow to paste data? A banking app where you cannot safely paste a password or a bank account is useless. I use a dozen banking apps and this is the only one with this limitation. Whoever made the UX/UI decision needs to be fired immediately.

Breaking a proper app
This app used to be brilliant. Now with the new update, which says for compliance with the EU service directive, it neither works on any wifi or data network in the US. How ridiculous!
Worst banking experience ever
Whoever says this is better than banking apps in the US is full of it, this was done clearly by a third world developer with no clue in the latest development and banking nor UX trends
